本发明公开一种除湿剂,其特征在于按重量份计由以下各原料组成的:氯化钙20‑25 份、二氧化硅粉体20‑25 份、二氧化铝粉体10‑15 份、膨润土30‑45 份、硅藻土10‑20份、硅藻土10‑20份、天然香料1‑5 份、水80‑100份。本发明有较好吸湿作用和再生能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工产品技术领域,具体涉及一种除湿剂。
背景技术
常规的除湿剂,分为两种,一种为非潮解除湿剂,包括硅胶、分子筛等,另一种为潮解除湿剂,如吸湿性盐,包括氯化钙、氯化锂。非潮解除湿剂,其吸湿机理为物理吸附,由于其具有大的比表面且含有大量的微孔的毛细吸附作用产生对水分的吸附,其主要缺点是吸湿能力弱、吸湿速率慢、吸湿容量小、解析温度高等,其主要优点是没有液体产生,便于使用。而潮解除湿剂,如吸湿性盐,包括氯化钙、氯化锂。其主要机理是化学吸收。其主要优点是吸湿能力强、吸湿速率块、吸湿容量大、解析温度低等,其主要缺点是产生液体,不便于使用,大部分盐还有强腐蚀性,极大的限制了其应用。
目前,市面上大部分的除湿剂产品多以生石灰干燥剂为主,生石灰干燥剂的主要成分为氧化钙,其吸水能力是通过化学反应来实现的,因此吸水具有不可逆性。不管外界环境湿度高低,它能保持大于自重35%的吸湿能力,更适合于低温度保存,具有一定的干燥吸湿效果,但对使用环境有低温的要求,且吸水性不是特别高,有时常常会出现,自身返潮的效果。
因此,本发明提供一种除湿剂,无毒、无味、无嗅,化学性质稳定,具强烈的吸湿性能。因而广泛用于仪器、仪表、设备器械、皮革、箱包、鞋类、纺织品、食品、药品等的贮存和运输中控制环境的相对湿度,防止物品受潮,霉变和锈蚀。是一种理想的除湿剂产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种除湿剂,具有理想的除湿效果,使用方便、环保、价格低,事宜推广应用。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种除湿剂,按重量份比,由以下物质混合制备而成:氯化钙20-25 份、二氧化硅粉体20-25 份、二氧化铝粉体10-15 份、膨润土30-45 份、硅藻土10-20份、硅藻土10-20份、天然香料1-5 份、水80-100份。
一种除湿剂,其制备方法按如下步骤进行:将氯化钙20-25 份、二氧化硅粉体20-25 份、二氧化铝粉体10-15 份、膨润土30-45 份、硅藻土10-20份、硅藻土10-20份、天然香料1-5 份按比例混合,融入水中,在60 -70℃下,充分搅拌4-5 小时,自然冷却至室温,静置10-12 小时,然后加热至95-100℃,保温2 -2.5 小时,即得到除湿剂。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的高效除湿剂是一种绿色环保,无毒无味,对人体无损害。它在室温及一般湿度下吸附性能良好,具有吸附活性,静态减湿和异味去除等功效。不仅吸附速度快,吸附能力高且无毒、无味、无接触腐蚀性、无环境污染,尤其应用于食品包装,对人体无害。与现有技术中的化学除湿剂不同,本发明所提供的制备方法,得到的吸附剂,利用其物理性能除湿,可以再生使用。本发明所得到的除湿剂的表面为多孔性的结构,空气中的水份因毛细管作用而吸附于表面,因此有较好吸湿作用和再生能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种除湿剂,按重量份比,由以下物质混合制备而成:氯化钙20份、二氧化硅粉体20份、二氧化铝粉体10份、膨润土30份、硅藻土10份、硅藻土10份、天然香料1份、水80份。
一种除湿剂,其制备方法按如下步骤进行:将氯化钙、二氧化硅粉体、二氧化铝粉体、膨润土、硅藻土、硅藻土、天然香料按比例混合,融入水中,在60℃下,充分搅拌4小时,自然冷却至室温,静置10小时,然后加热至95℃,保温2小时,即得到除湿剂。
实施例2:
一种除湿剂,按重量份比,由以下物质混合制备而成:氯化钙22份、二氧化硅粉体22份、二氧化铝粉体12份、膨润土35份、硅藻土15份、硅藻土15份、天然香料3份、水90份。
一种除湿剂,其制备方法按如下步骤进行:将氯化钙、二氧化硅粉体、二氧化铝粉体、膨润土、硅藻土、硅藻土、天然香料按比例混合,融入水中,在65℃下,充分搅拌4.5小时,自然冷却至室温,静置11小时,然后加热至100℃,保温2 小时,即得到除湿剂。
实施例3:
一种除湿剂,按重量份比,由以下物质混合制备而成:氯化钙25 份、二氧化硅粉体25份、二氧化铝粉体15份、膨润土45 份、硅藻土20份、硅藻土20份、天然香料5份、水100份。
一种除湿剂,其制备方法按如下步骤进行:将氯化钙、二氧化硅粉体、二氧化铝粉体、膨润土、硅藻土、硅藻土、天然香料按比例混合,融入水中,在70℃下,充分搅拌5 小时,自然冷却至室温,静置12 小时,然后加热至100℃,保温2.5 小时,即得到除湿剂。

1.一种除湿剂,其特征在于按重量份计由以下各原料组成的:氯化钙20-25 份、二氧化硅粉体20-25 份、二氧化铝粉体10-15 份、膨润土30-45 份、硅藻土10-20份、硅藻土10-20份、天然香料1-5 份、水80-100份。
2.如权利要求1所述的除湿剂,其制备方法按如下步骤进行:将氯化钙2、二氧化硅粉体、二氧化铝粉体、膨润土、硅藻土、硅藻土、天然香料按比例混合,融入水中,在60-70℃下,充分搅拌4 -5 小时,自然冷却至室温,静置10 - 12 小时,然后加热至95 -100℃,保温2-2.5 小时,即得到除湿剂。
