Abstract

本发明涉及钢铁生产供气领域,尤其涉及一种用于替代压缩空气的随动流量混气设备,包括氧气加注管路、氮气加注管路及通过静态混合器连接氧气加注管路、氮气加注管路的混气管路。将氧气与氮气之间按照空气中氧气所占的比例(约为氧气:氮气=1:4)进行掺混,使混合后氧气所占的比例与空气中基本一致,使其可以替代压缩空气使用。这样不仅减少了氧气和氮气的浪费,同时也降低了制造压缩空气过程中对于能源的消耗,节约了资源及成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢铁生产供气领域,尤其涉及一种用于替代压缩空气的随动流量混气设备。
背景技术
钢铁行业在生产过程中会用到大量的氧气、氮气以及压缩空气,但从上游管道过来的氧气和氮气不会全部用掉,会有大量的富余气体,造成资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种充分利资源,减少浪费的用于替代压缩空气的随动流量混气设备。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种用于替代压缩空气的随动流量混气设备,包括氧气加注管路、氮气加注管路及通过静态混合器连接氧气加注管路、氮气加注管路的混气管路,所述氧气加注管路包括与氧气气源依次通过管道连接的截止阀,阻火器,过滤器,气动切断阀,调压阀,流量计,气动调节阀及单向阀,所述氮气加注管路包括依次通过管道连接的截止阀,过滤器,流量计,气动调节阀及单向阀,所述混气管路包括依次连接于静态混合器后端的流量计,氧分仪,并通过截止阀连接外管网。
氧气加注管的截止阀后端及氮气加注管路的截止阀后端之间连接由多个截止阀。
本发明的有益效果是:
本混合装置,将氧气与氮气之间按照空气中氧气所占的比例(约为氧气:氮气=1:4)进行掺混,使混合后氧气所占的比例与空气中基本一致,使其可以替代压缩空气使用。这样不仅减少了氧气和氮气的浪费,同时也降低了制造压缩空气过程中对于能源的消耗,节约了资源及成本。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和最佳实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明一种用于替代压缩空气的随动流量混气设备,包括氧气加注管路、氮气加注管路及通过静态混合器连接氧气加注管路、氮气加注管路的混气管路,所述氧气加注管路包括与氧气气源依次通过管道连接的截止阀,阻火器,过滤器,气动切断阀,调压阀,流量计,气动调节阀及单向阀,所述氮气加注管路包括依次通过管道连接的截止阀,过滤器,流量计,气动调节阀及单向阀,所述混气管路包括依次连接于静态混合器后端的流量计,氧分仪,并通过截止阀连接外管网。
氧气加注管的截止阀后端及氮气加注管路的截止阀后端之间连接由多个截止阀。
以氮气为主气源,按照比例(约为氧气:氮气=1:4)进行掺混,利用氮气管路上的流量计给氧气管路的调节阀传输流量信号,使调节阀根据氮气的实力流量来调节阀口开度,从而控制氧气的流量(如实际氮气路流量为400N m3/h,则氧气路流量为100N m3/h,而氮气路流量变为300N m3/h时,此时流量计就会将流量信号反馈给氧气调节阀从而减小阀口开度,将氧气流量控制75N m3/h)。出口的氧含量分析仪可以监测氧含量同时可以将信号反馈给氧气调节阀,以便及时调节氧气的流量。
工作原理:两种气源分别进入管道后,用减压阀调到相同的工作压力,然后经过静态混合器进行充分的混合,最后进入下游管道加以利用。
本混合装置,将氧气与氮气之间按照空气中氧气所占的比例(约为氧气:氮气=1:4)进行掺混,使混合后氧气所占的比例与空气中基本一致,使其可以替代压缩空气使用。这样不仅减少了氧气和氮气的浪费,同时也降低了制造压缩空气过程中对于能源的消耗,节约了资源及成本。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种用于替代压缩空气的随动流量混气设备,其特征在于,包括氧气加注管路、氮气加注管路及通过静态混合器连接氧气加注管路、氮气加注管路的混气管路,所述氧气加注管路包括与氧气气源依次通过管道连接的截止阀,阻火器,过滤器,气动切断阀,调压阀,流量计,气动调节阀及单向阀,所述氮气加注管路包括依次通过管道连接的截止阀,过滤器,流量计,气动调节阀及单向阀,所述混气管路包括依次连接于静态混合器后端的流量计,氧分仪,并通过截止阀连接外管网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于替代压缩空气的随动流量混气设备,其特征在于,氧气加注管的截止阀后端及氮气加注管路的截止阀后端之间连接由多个截止阀。
