本发明公开了一种淮山黑芝麻复合营养粉,由下述组分按重量份组成:干淮山粉末100份,黑芝麻20‑40份,生物防腐剂0.1‑0.3份,所述生物防腐剂由下述组份按重量份组成:乳酸链球菌素20‑40份,海藻糖10‑20份,壳聚糖4‑8份,甘氨酸2‑4份,竹叶抗氧化物2‑4份。本发明中淮山和黑芝麻二者完美结合,具有很好的保健功能,并且本发明添加了生物防腐剂后,大大延长了产品的保质期。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种营养粉,尤其涉及一种淮山黑芝麻复合营养粉。
背景技术
食疗是中国人的传统习惯,通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。食疗文化源远流长,食疗是一种长远的养生行为,以前的人通过食疗调理身体,现在的人通过食疗减肥、护肤、护发。
营养粉是由各种养生的五谷原材料低温烘焙熟后磨成的粉,未经膨化,在加工过程中也未添加任何速溶剂,因此最能完整地保留原料的营养成分,可以直接食用,而且可提高其使用效果,被吸收的速率加快,产生的疗效更显著,使用量也可减少。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种淮山黑芝麻复合营养粉。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种淮山黑芝麻复合营养粉,由下述组分按重量份组成:干淮山粉末100份,黑芝麻20-40份,生物防腐剂0.1-0.3份。
优选的,所述生物防腐剂由下述组份按重量份组成:乳酸链球菌素20-40份,海藻糖10-20份,壳聚糖4-8份,甘氨酸2-4份,竹叶抗氧化物2-4份。
本发明中淮山补中益气、消渴生津、美容养颜,黑芝麻中含有丰富的维生素E和不饱和脂肪酸,抵抗衰老、保持年轻态,二者完美结合,本发明的营养粉口感好,是一种良好的养颜美容食品,并且本发明添加生物防腐剂后,大大延长了产品的保质期。
具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解与实施,下面将对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1:
首先称取乳酸链球菌300克、海藻糖150克、壳聚糖60克、甘氨酸30克,竹叶抗氧化物30克,室温下搅拌混合均匀,即可制得该生物防腐剂。
将淮山粉末和黑芝麻低温烘焙熟。
称取淮山粉末100公斤,黑芝麻30公斤,上述生物防腐剂0.2公斤,搅拌混合均匀,磨成细粉,即可制得本发明的淮山黑芝麻复合营养粉。
将本发明的淮山黑芝麻复合营养粉,以开水冲调成糊,即可食用。
实施例2:
将淮山粉末和黑芝麻低温烘焙熟,称取淮山粉末100公斤,黑芝麻30公斤,山梨酸钾0.2公斤,搅拌混合均匀,磨成细粉,即可制得本发明的淮山黑芝麻复合营养粉。
实施例3:
将淮山粉末和黑芝麻低温烘焙熟。称取淮山粉末100公斤,黑芝麻30公斤,苯甲酸钠0.2公斤,搅拌混合均匀,磨成细粉,即可制得本发明的淮山黑芝麻复合营养粉。
