The vibration damping washer 40 of the present application can be disposed at the bottom or lower end of the compressor 30, and when the compressor 30 is placed on the ground, if the weight of the compressor 30 is light and the vibration amplitude is small, the body 10 made of the elastic material with low hardness in the vibration damping washer 40 is sufficient to support the compressor 30, and a certain vibration filtering effect is maintained. When the weight of the compressor 30 is large and the vibration amplitude is large, the body 10 made of the elastic material with low hardness in the vibration damping washer 40 and the spring 20 arranged in the body 10 are used for supporting the compressor 30, and a certain vibration filtering effect is maintained.
The vibration damping washer 40 of the present application will be further illustrated and described below for a better understanding and description.
The vibration damping washer 40 according to the present application, as shown in the semi-sectional view of fig. 3, has the body 10 extending in the vertical direction, and the body 10 may be made of an elastic material, generally, the elastic material may be rubber for cost reasons, but of course, the kind of material of the body 10 is not limited to the above description, other materials satisfying the elastic requirement and having a certain supporting effect may be used as the material of the body 10, and other modifications are possible as long as the function and effect achieved by the same or similar rubber as those of the present application, and are included in the scope of the present application. The hardness of the elastic material can be changed according to different materials, or different hardness is selected under the same material, so that the supporting property of the damping washer is adjusted, and the vibration filtering effect of the corresponding body 10 can be adjusted along with the supporting property.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a through channel 11 is formed in the body 10 along a vertical direction, and the purpose of the through channel 11 is to enable the body 10 to have a larger elasticity along the vertical direction, so as to have a certain vibration filtering effect. It is the through passage 11 that greatly reduces the support of the body 10 that results in the inventor of the present application improving the prior art vibration damping washer 40.
As shown in fig. 2, the body 10 has a connection part 12 for connection with the compressor 30, and the connection part 12 may include a groove at an upper end of an outer sidewall of the body 10, and the compressor 30 may be inserted into a corresponding connection structure at a lower end of the compressor 30 as shown in fig. 5 according to an assembled view of the air conditioning system of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the spring 20 is disposed in the body 10 while the spring 20 is disposed to extend in a vertical direction. Generally, the body 10 and the spring 20 in the damping washer according to the embodiment of the present application are integrally formed, specifically, the spring 20 is placed in the die-casting cavity of the damping washer 40, then the rubber is injected, and finally the die-casting is integrally formed. The size, elastic coefficient and shape of the spring 20 placed inside the body 10 can be selected according to specific requirements, and the requirements can include the weight of the compressor 30, the vibration filtering effect to be satisfied, and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, the damping washer 40 according to the present application is constructed such that at least the last turn of the upper end of the spring 20 is closely attached to, i.e., the last turn of the spring 20 is tightly fastened, as shown in fig. 4, so that the last turn of the upper end of the spring 20 has a certain supporting property for the compressor 30 supported thereabove, preventing the tail end of the spring 20 from being poked with rubber after being compressed under a force. At least the last circle of the lower end of the spring 20 is tightly attached, so that the last circle of the lower end of the spring 20 can have certain supporting property on the ground below the last circle of the lower end of the spring, and the tail end of the spring 20 is prevented from poking rubber after being compressed under stress. The structure can effectively ensure that the damping washer has certain supporting property and vibration filtering effect.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the upper end surface 21 of the upper end of the spring 20 is flush. The lower end surface 22 of the lower end of the spring 20 is flush. Before the integral forming, the upper end face 21 of the last 3/4 circle of the upper end of the spring 20 is ground, the lower end face 22 of the last 3/4 circle of the lower end of the spring 20 is ground, so that the upper end face 21 of the upper end of the spring 20 is in a flush state, and the lower end face 22 of the lower end of the spring 20 is in a flush state. The lower end and the upper end of the spring 20 of the damping washer can better prop against the upper end and the lower end of the spring, and further the vibration filtering effect of the damping washer is improved.

According to the vibration damping washer 40 and the air conditioning system of the present application, the spring 20 is provided in the body 10 made of an elastic material in the vibration damping washer 40, so that the spring 20 can play a supporting role when the hardness of the vibration damping washer 40 is lowered. In addition, the hardness of the rubber in the damping washer 40 and the elasticity of the spring 20 can be adjusted, so that the application range of the damping washer 40 can be greatly improved, particularly on the small-size damping washer 40, the supporting effect of the damping washer 40 on the compressor 30 is required to be ensured due to the small limit size of the damping washer 40, the hardness is required to be increased, the vibration filtering effect is poor after the hardness is increased, and the damping washer 40 can effectively solve the supporting problem and simultaneously strengthen the vibration filtering through the spring 20.
