本发明公开了一种聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜及其应用,聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜由74%的聚氨脂TPU、18%的炭黑和8%的铜铬黑粉末制作的母粒吹膜而成,其厚度为0.8~5丝,宽度为500~3300cm。采用本发明制作的产品,手感特别柔软,防水透气性能好,能起到保温保湿,抵抗较强的太阳光及红外线照射,遮光好、耐水洗干洗且环保。

一种聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种遮光膜及其应用,具体涉及一种聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜及其应用。
背景技术
目前,全遮光的产品均为多次涂层形成或以中间加黑色遮光丝的编织产品。常见的涂层全遮光窗帘在环保上不能被通过,水洗干洗上也不是理想的产品,且易老化,使用周期较短。涂层全遮光窗帘一边是涂层一边是面料,外观的品质上不够档次。编织的中间加黑色遮光丝的窗帘产品,即编织的遮光窗帘,克重高、成本大,且功能做不到全遮光。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜及其应用,采用聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜制作的产品,手感特别柔软,防水透气性能好,能起到保温保湿,抵抗较强的太阳光及红外线照射,遮光好、耐水洗干洗且环保。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜,由74%的聚氨脂TPU、18%的炭黑和8%的铜铬黑粉末制作的母粒吹膜而成,其厚度为0.8~5丝,宽度为500~3300cm。
作为一种优选,所述炭黑的着色度为140%、流动性为26~28。
一种聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜应用于窗帘布,通过PUR热熔胶或PU胶贴合在窗帘布面和底部之间。
本发明通过多年时间研制,将比例为74%的聚氨脂TPU、18%的炭黑和8%的铜铬黑粉末均匀的搅拌,再用造粒机把搅拌好的原料制作成母粒,再用吹膜机吹膜而成,这样制成的产品整体颜色偏差小,产品的遮光效果均匀一致。可用于制作全遮光窗帘、卷帘以及帐篷、遮阳布之类,使用范围广泛,填补了国内外窗帘、卷帘、防水遮阳布等产品的需求,降低了制造成本,提升了高品质产品的需求。还可以按照以上炭黑和铜铬黑粉末的比例调整,制作成半遮光的产品。
本发明聚氨脂TPU黑色遮光膜可根据不同产品的要求,制作不同的厚度,运用不同的工艺,使用范围广。还可以用在服装上,可预防紫外线辐射等。
本发明的有益效果是: 采用聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜制作的产品,手感特别柔软,防水透气性能好,能起到保温保湿,抵抗较强的太阳光及红外线照射,遮光好、耐水洗干洗且环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜,由74%的聚氨脂TPU、18%的炭黑和8%的铬黑粉末制作的母粒吹膜而成,其厚度为0.8~5丝,宽度为500~3300cm所述炭黑的着色度140%、流动性26~28。
实施例2:将实施例1所述的聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜应用于窗帘布,通过PUR热熔胶或PU胶贴合在窗帘布面和底部之间。选择70g春阳纺磨毛布和所需的面布,把TPU聚氨脂黑色全遮光膜、用PUR热熔胶贴合在中间,制作而成的窗帘柔软垂感好。采用聚氨脂黑色全遮光膜,用热熔胶双面复合的窗帘布可以做到100%的遮光、100%耐水洗干洗、100%的环保,且能做到夏天抵挡强烈的太阳光线降低室内温度,冬天能保温保湿。
实施例3:将实施例1所述的聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜应用于帐篷及遮阳布上,防水性能好并且能透气不透水。聚氨脂黑色遮光膜的特点,夏天防水遮光抗强烈光线照射,TPU黑色全遮光膜制作在产品上,起到吸光不反射而不透光,降温的功能,冬天起到防水保温保湿的功效,因此用在帐篷遮阳布上恰到好处。

1.一种聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜,其特征在于:由74%的聚氨脂TPU、18%的炭黑和8%的铬黑粉末制作的母粒吹膜而成,其厚度为0.8~5丝,宽度为500~3300cm。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜,其特征在于:所述炭黑的着色度140%、流动性26~28。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的聚氨脂TPU黑色全遮光膜的应用,其特征在于:应用于窗帘布,通过PUR热熔胶或PU胶贴合在窗帘布面和底部之间。
