As shown in fig. 5A, at least one front-end system is respectively connected to at least one first system, the front-end systems correspond to the first systems one to one, and each front-end system is connected to a second system, where any front-end system in the embodiment of the present invention may include:
a receiving module 11, configured to receive a service message sent by the first system, where the service message includes a target packet and at least one target service number.
A determining module 12, configured to determine, according to a first service list in the pre-configured system, a target interface address corresponding to the target service number, where the first service list includes service numbers and corresponding interface addresses of all interfaces in the second system.
And a sending module 13, configured to send the target packet to the second system through an interface corresponding to the target interface address.
Optionally, the first system comprises an external network telemarketing system, and the second system comprises an internal network telemarketing insurance policy service system.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5B, the front-end system further includes:
the receiving module 11 is further configured to obtain a second service list of the second system, where the second service list includes service numbers and corresponding interface addresses of all current interfaces in the second system;
an updating module 14, configured to update the first service list according to the second service list, so that the first service list and the second service list are consistent.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5C, the front-end system further includes:
the judging module 15 is configured to judge whether an interface corresponding to the target interface address is set in the intranet electric sales insurance policy service system;
the sending module 13 is further configured to, when it is determined that the interface corresponding to the target interface address is set in the intranet electric sales insurance policy service system, send the target packet to the intranet electric sales insurance policy service system through the interface corresponding to the target interface address by the front-end system.
Optionally, the sending module 13 is further configured to, when it is determined that the interface corresponding to the target interface address is not set in the intranet electric sales insurance policy service system, send the target packet to another system through the interface corresponding to the target interface address by the front-end system.
The front-end system of the embodiment of the present invention may be configured to execute the technical solutions of the above method embodiments of the present invention, and the implementation principles and technical effects are similar, which are not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the functional modules may be divided according to the above method example, for example, each functional module may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. It should be noted that the division of the modules in the embodiments of the present invention is schematic, and is only a logical function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
Fig. 6A is a first structural schematic diagram of a telemarketing service system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6B is a second structural schematic diagram of a telemarketing service system provided in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6A, a telemarketing service system provided by an embodiment of the present invention may include: at least one first system 20, a second system 30 and at least one front-end system 10 as described above, wherein each front-end system 10 is connected with each of the at least one first system 20, the front-end systems 10 correspond to the first systems 20 one by one, and each front-end system 10 is connected with the second system 30.
For convenience of illustration, the first system 10 may include at least one intranet telephone sales system and at least one extranet telephone sales system, the second system 30 may include an intranet telemarketing insurance policy service system, each intranet telemarketing system and each extranet telephone sales system are connected to the front-end system 10 through a dedicated line in a one-to-one correspondence, and the intranet telemarketing insurance policy service system further needs to send the target message to the core system 40, as shown in fig. 6B.
The telemarketing service system of the embodiment of the present invention may be configured to implement the technical solutions of the above method embodiments of the present invention, and the implementation principles and technical effects are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 7 is a fourth schematic structural diagram of the front-end system according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the front-end system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
a processor 51; and
a memory 52 for storing executable instructions of the processor 51;
wherein the processor 51 is configured to execute the telemarketing services method as described above via execution of the executable instructions, comprising:
the front-end system receives a service message sent by the first system, wherein the service message comprises a target message and at least one target service number;
the front-end system determines a target interface address corresponding to the target service number according to a first service list in the front-end system, wherein the first service list comprises the service numbers of all interfaces in the second system and the corresponding interface addresses;
and the front-end system sends the target message to the second system through an interface corresponding to the target interface address.
Optionally, the first system comprises an external network telemarketing system, and the second system comprises an internal network telemarketing insurance policy service system.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
the front-end system acquires a second service list of the second system, wherein the second service list comprises service numbers and corresponding interface addresses of all current interfaces in the second system;
and the front-end system updates the first service list according to the second service list, so that the first service list and the second service list are kept consistent.
Optionally, before the front-end system passes through the interface corresponding to the target interface address, the method further includes:
the front-end system judges whether an interface corresponding to the target interface address is arranged in the intranet electric sales insurance policy service system;
and when the front-end system determines that the interface corresponding to the target interface address is arranged in the intranet electric expense insurance policy service system, the front-end system sends the target message to the intranet electric expense insurance policy service system through the interface corresponding to the target interface address.
Optionally, when the front-end system determines that the interface corresponding to the target interface address is not set in the intranet electric sales insurance policy service system, the method includes:
and the front-end system sends the target message to other systems through the interface corresponding to the target interface address.
Optionally, each interface in the intranet electric marketing policy service system includes: at least one of a self-core interface, a delivery interface, and a receive core interface.
The front-end system of the embodiment of the present invention may be configured to execute the technical solutions of the above method embodiments of the present invention, and the implementation principles and technical effects are similar, which are not described herein again.
The computer-readable storage medium stores thereon a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the method for implementing a telemarketing service as described above is implemented, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and are not described herein again.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (9)

1. A telemarketing service method is applied to at least one front-end system, the at least one front-end system is respectively connected with at least one first system, the front-end system is in one-to-one correspondence with the first system, each front-end system is connected with a second system, and the method comprises the following steps of:
the front-end system receives a service message sent by the first system, wherein the service message comprises a target message and at least one target service number;
the front-end system determines a target interface address corresponding to the target service number according to a first service list in the front-end system, wherein the first service list comprises the service numbers of all interfaces in the second system and the corresponding interface addresses;
the front-end system sends the target message to the second system through an interface corresponding to the target interface address;
the first system is an external network telephone sales system, and the second system is an internal network telephone sales insurance policy service system.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the front-end system acquires a second service list of the second system, wherein the second service list comprises service numbers and corresponding interface addresses of all current interfaces in the second system;
and the front-end system updates the first service list according to the second service list, so that the first service list and the second service list are kept consistent.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before the pre-system passes through the interface corresponding to the target interface address, the method further comprises:
the front-end system judges whether an interface corresponding to the target interface address is arranged in the intranet electric sales insurance policy service system;
and when the front-end system determines that the interface corresponding to the target interface address is arranged in the intranet electric expense insurance policy service system, the front-end system sends the target message to the intranet electric expense insurance policy service system through the interface corresponding to the target interface address.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein when the front-end system determines that the interface corresponding to the target interface address is not set in the intranet electric sales insurance policy service system, the method comprises:
and the front-end system sends the target message to other systems through the interface corresponding to the target interface address.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein each interface in the intranet cyber sales insurance service system comprises: at least one of a self-core interface, a delivery interface, and a receive core interface.
6. A kind of leading system, characterized by that, at least one leading system is connected with at least one first system separately, said leading system and said first system one-to-one, every leading system is connected with the second system, any leading system includes:
a receiving module, configured to receive a service message sent by the first system, where the service message includes a target packet and at least one target service number;
a determining module, configured to determine, according to a first service list in the pre-configured system, a target interface address corresponding to the target service number, where the first service list includes service numbers of all interfaces in the second system and corresponding interface addresses;
the sending module is used for sending the target message to the second system through an interface corresponding to the target interface address;
the first system is an external network telephone sales system, and the second system is an internal network telephone sales insurance policy service system.
7. A telemarketing service system, comprising: at least one first system, a second system and at least one head-end system of claim 6, wherein the at least one head-end system is connected with the at least one first system respectively, the head-end system is in one-to-one correspondence with the first system, and each head-end system is connected with the second system.
8. A front-end system, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the telemarketing service method of any of claims 1-5 via execution of the executable instructions.
9. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implementing the telemarketing service method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
