本发明提出的一种对接式可拆卸电子连接器,包括接线块和连接块,接线块上设有条形插口,其内设有接线铜片,接线铜片由导向部、夹持部、连接部和转接部构成,转接部上设置球形转结块和条形卡槽,连接块上设有连接孔和铜制导体,铜制导体两侧设有转接柱,转接柱上设置与球形转结块、条形卡槽对应契合的转接块,本发明结构简单、体积小、重量轻,端子连接快速、稳定,随插随用,接线块和连接块为可拆卸的分体式结构,便于拆卸和更换,适用性更强,且整体结构美观,使用顺手,便于操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子连接器领域,特别是一种对接式可拆卸电子连接器。
背景技术
电子连接器(也常被称为电路连接器,电连接器),将一个回路上的两个导体桥接起来,使得电流或者讯号可以从一个导体流向另一个导体的导体设备。
现下使用的电子连接器多为螺丝紧固式,多是直接向回路导线直接缠绕在螺丝上,再拧紧螺丝,完成连接,此种紧固方式的电子连接器普遍存在连接繁琐、拆除麻烦的缺点,如出现破损,维护较难,大部分情况需整体更换,适用性较差。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种对接式可拆卸电子连接器。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种对接式可拆卸电子连接器,包括接线块和连接块,其特征在于,所述接线块的数量为2个,对称设置于连接块两侧;
所述接线块上设有条形插口,其内设有接线铜片,所述接线铜片呈对称式结构,由导向部、夹持部、连接部和转接部构成,所述导向部、夹持部、连接部和转接部为一体式结构,所述转接部为铜制直柄,其一端凸出于接线块外表面,且凸出于接线块外表面的一端上设有球形转结块以及2个对称的条形卡槽,所述连接部为圆弧形铜板,其下端与转接部连接,上端开口,开口两侧连接2个相对设置的夹持部,夹持部为方形铜板,2个夹持部相对的一侧上设有卡齿,导向部与夹持部一一对应,位于夹持部顶部,呈圆弧形;
所述连接块上设有连接孔和铜制导体,所述连接孔对称设置于连接块两侧,所述铜制导体内嵌入于连接块内,其两侧设有转接柱,所述转接柱伸入连接孔内,其顶部设有与球形转结块、条形卡槽对应契合的弧形的转接块;
进一步的,所述接线块、连接块周边以及条形插口处均设有倒角;
进一步的,所述连接块的外壁上设有防滑纹。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提出的一种对接式可拆卸电子连接器,包括接线块和连接块,接线块上设有条形插口,其内设有接线铜片,接线铜片由导向部、夹持部、连接部和转接部构成,转接部上设置球形转结块和条形卡槽,连接块上设有连接孔和铜制导体,铜制导体两侧设有转接柱,转接柱上设置与球形转结块、条形卡槽对应契合的转接块,本发明结构简单、体积小、重量轻,端子连接快速、稳定,随插随用,接线块和连接块为可拆卸的分体式结构,便于拆卸和更换,适用性更强,且整体结构美观,使用顺手,便于操作。

如图所示的一种对接式可拆卸电子连接器,包括接线块1和连接块2,其特征在于,所述接线块1的数量为2个,对称设置于连接块2两侧;
所述接线块1上设有条形插口3,其内设有接线铜片4,所述接线铜片4呈对称式结构,由导向部41、夹持部42、连接部43和转接部44构成,所述导向部41、夹持部42、连接部43和转接部44为一体式结构,所述转接部44为铜制直柄,其一端凸出于接线块1外表面,且凸出于接线块1外表面的一端上设有球形转结块5以及2个对称的条形卡槽6,所述连接部43为圆弧形铜板,其下端与转接部44连接,上端开口,开口两侧连接2个相对设置的夹持部42,夹持部42为方形铜板,2个夹持部42相对的一侧上设有卡齿7,导向部41与夹持部42一一对应,位于夹持部42顶部,呈圆弧形;
所述连接块2上设有连接孔8和铜制导体9,所述连接孔8对称设置于连接块2两侧,所述铜制导体9内嵌入于连接块2内,其两侧设有转接柱10,所述转接柱10伸入连接孔8内,其顶部设有与球形转结块5、条形卡槽6对应契合的弧形的转接块11;
进一步的,所述接线块1、连接块2周边以及条形插口3处均设有倒角;
进一步的,所述连接块2的外壁上设有防滑纹。

1.一种对接式可拆卸电子连接器,包括接线块和连接块,其特征在于,所述接线块的数量为2个,对称设置于连接块两侧;
所述接线块上设有条形插口,其内设有接线铜片,所述接线铜片呈对称式结构,由导向部、夹持部、连接部和转接部构成,所述导向部、夹持部、连接部和转接部为一体式结构,所述转接部为铜制直柄,其一端凸出于接线块外表面,且凸出于接线块外表面的一端上设有球形转结块以及2个对称的条形卡槽,所述连接部为圆弧形铜板,其下端与转接部连接,上端开口,开口两侧连接2个相对设置的夹持部,夹持部为方形铜板,2个夹持部相对的一侧上设有卡齿,导向部与夹持部一一对应,位于夹持部顶部,呈圆弧形;
所述连接块上设有连接孔和铜制导体,所述连接孔对称设置于连接块两侧,所述铜制导体内嵌入于连接块内,其两侧设有转接柱,所述转接柱伸入连接孔内,其顶部设有与球形转结块、条形卡槽对应契合的弧形的转接块。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种对接式可拆卸电子连接器,其特征在于,所述接线块、连接块周边以及条形插口处均设有倒角。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种对接式可拆卸电子连接器,其特征在于,所述连接块的外壁上设有防滑纹。
