As shown in fig. 1, the water circulation heating device of the diesel filter element comprises a filter element seat 1, at least one heating sleeve 2 and at least one diesel filtering device 3, wherein an oil path channel 11 and a water path channel 12 which are isolated from each other are formed in the filter element seat 1. The oil path channel 11 is connected between a diesel oil tank of the diesel vehicle and the diesel engine through an oil pipe, and two ends of the water path channel are connected into a water circulation pipeline of the diesel vehicle through pipelines. As shown in fig. 3, the oil path passage 11 preferably includes at least one oil inlet 111, an oil passage 112, and at least one oil outlet 113 that are communicated; waterway channel 12 includes at least one water inlet 121, a water channel 122, and at least one water outlet 123 in communication. The filter core seat 1 is formed by die casting, an oil path channel 11 and a water path channel 12 which are mutually independent are arranged in the filter core seat 1, other openings except for an inlet and an outlet of the oil path and the water path are arranged on the filter core seat 1 for facilitating die casting, and the filter core seat is in a tight blocking state in actual use. One side of the filter core seat 1 is provided with an installation seat which is used for being fixed on a vehicle body.
The diesel oil filtering device 3 is arranged on the filter core seat 1 in a sealing way and is communicated with the oil path channel 11, and the middle part of the diesel oil filtering device is provided with an oil passing cavity 31. The diesel fuel filtering device 3 may be an existing device for diesel fuel filtering. Preferably, the diesel filtering device 3 is provided with a shell 32 and a filter element 33, a filtering oil port 34 is formed in the shell 32, and the filter element 33 is arranged inside the shell 32.
The heating sleeve 2 is of an annular sleeve structure and is arranged in an oil passing cavity 31 of the diesel oil filtering device 3, one end of the heating sleeve is fixedly connected with the filter element seat 1, and the heating sleeve is preferably fixedly arranged on the filter element seat 1 through threads. The middle part of the heating sleeve 2 is provided with a through oil through cavity 21. Both ends of the oil passing through cavity 21 are respectively communicated with the diesel oil filtering device 3 and the oil path channel 11. The heating sleeve 2 is internally provided with an annular water circulation cavity 22, and the water circulation cavity 22 is communicated with the waterway channel 12. Preferably, the heating sleeve 2 comprises an outer wall 23, an inner wall 24 and a spacer tube 25, the spacer tube 25 being fixedly mounted in the water circulation chamber 22 between the outer wall 23 and the inner wall 24, dividing the water circulation chamber 22 into two cavities communicating at the bottom. The two sides of the outer wall 23 are provided with a water inlet 231 and a water outlet 232. After the heating sleeve 2 is fixed on the filter core seat 1 and is communicated with the waterway channel 12, the waterway forms a closed independent circulation state except for a water inlet and a water outlet, and the rest is not communicated with the waterway channel 11.
Diesel oil to be heated and filtered flows through the oil path channel 11 in the filter element seat 1, the diesel oil enters the shell 32 from the filtering oil port 34 of the diesel oil filtering device 3, and flows out from the oil passing through cavity 21 in the middle of the heating sleeve 2 after being filtered by the filter element 33, and the diesel oil is heated and filtered simultaneously. Another way of reversing the above way of diesel oil can be realized, the diesel oil enters the diesel oil filtering device 3 from the oil passing through cavity 21 in the middle part of the heating sleeve 2, and flows out from the filtering oil port 34 of the diesel oil filtering device 3 after being filtered by the filter element 33, and the diesel oil is heated and filtered in the process.
The structure of the heating sleeve 2 is that, preferably, the separation tube sheet 25 is two, and is symmetrically and longitudinally arranged in the water circulation cavity 22, a water passing gap 26 is arranged between the bottom of the separation tube sheet 25 and the bottom of the heating sleeve 2, and two cavities through which water circulates are arranged on two sides of the water passing gap 26. The hot water after cooling the diesel engine flows through the waterway 12 in the filter element seat 1, enters the cavity on one side of the water circulation cavity 22 from one side of the top of the heating sleeve 2, flows into the cavity on the other side after flowing into the water gap 26 at the bottom of the water circulation cavity 22, continuously flows up to the top of the water circulation cavity 22, and flows back into the waterway 12 in the filter element seat 1 from the other side of the top of the heating sleeve 2, thereby completing the heating process of diesel in the filter element 33.
The filter core seat 1 is provided with an oil pump accommodating cavity 15, an oil pump 4 is arranged in the oil pump accommodating cavity 15, and the oil pump is communicated with the oil path channel 11. When the oil pump 4 is used for starting the diesel vehicle, the oil pump 4 pumps diesel oil to supply the diesel engine, and after the diesel oil tank and the diesel engine are automatically pumped and supplied with the oil after a period of starting, the oil pump 4 can stop working.
In one embodiment, the number of the diesel filtering devices 3 is two, namely an oil-water separator 5 and a diesel fine filter 6. The oil-water separator 5 and the diesel fine filter 6 are the existing devices for filtering diesel. The heating device can heat the original filtering device of the diesel vehicle, and only the diesel filtering device is required to be installed at the corresponding position of the filter core seat 1 in a sealing way.
The filter cartridge seat 1 is provided with a first heating port 13 and a second heating port 14, the oil-water separator 5 is arranged at the first heating port 13 in a sealing way, and the diesel fine filter 6 is arranged at the second heating port 14 in a sealing way. The heating sleeve 2 is a first heating sleeve 7 and a second heating sleeve 8 respectively, and one end of the first heating sleeve 7 is arranged in the middle of the first heating port 13 and is positioned in the middle of the oil-water separator 5; one end of the second heating sleeve 7 is arranged in the middle of the second heating port 14 and is positioned in the middle of the diesel fine filter 6. Therefore, the double-seat filter element water circulation heating function of the diesel engine can be realized.
The filter element seat of the diesel engine filter element water circulation heating device adopts aluminum materials, is formed by high-pressure casting, has compact structure and multiple purposes, and can be generally used for the existing diesel filtering device of the diesel vehicle. The coarse filtration of diesel oil and the fine filtration of an oil-water separator can be simultaneously carried out. The self-priming water heater consists of an automatic control electric pump, a self-priming supply system, a water heating circulation system and the like.
