本发明公开了一种云彩缎染丝的环保工艺，加工工艺如下：第一步：采购原丝；第二步：按原丝重量5％‑15％的比例加上助剂，助剂的原料为膨松剂或环保硅蜡；第三步：按1‑2的切深倍数要求加弹机；第四步：用三根选中的色丝合股机；第五步：出一根三股三色云彩缎染丝，形成拉伸变形丝。本发明为了能达到环保要求，不经过印染工艺，避免油味残留，还能本企业控制交货期，最终达到节约成本。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域，具体涉及一种云彩缎染丝的环保工艺。
背景技术
目前纺织行业的生产工艺过程为：原料上机用油剂进行梳理，用水洗去油味，然后进行印染，上加弹机，之后出成品。国家对环保要求的严格控制，印染行业的成本增加，能生存下来的印染企业都是环保做得好的，小企业都要求其关闭，使得企业发外加工印染的成本相对昂贵，从而企业的产品成本增加，而且不能及时完成加工。
目前用油剂的过程中将有5％的残留，这直接影响了客户的产品质量；常规类印染的色固度达到2.5-3级，深色的常规类加工工艺有褪色现象。。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种云彩缎染丝的环保工艺，解决了现有技术中的缺陷。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案：一种云彩缎染丝的环保工艺，其特征在于：加工工艺如下：第一步：采购原丝；第二步：按原丝重量5％-15％的比例加上助剂；第三步：按1-2的切深倍数要求加弹机；第四步：用三根选中的色丝合股机；第五步：出一根三股三色云彩缎染丝，形成拉伸变形丝。
可选的，所述第二步中的助剂的原料为膨松剂或环保硅蜡。
有益效果：
本发明生产的云彩缎染丝是三股单色线组合成的，原材料采用定制环保的彩色POY(涤纶长丝)，达到环保要求，不经过印染直接达到印染的要求，甚至保持色泽的时间比印染的时间长，对温湿度没有要求。

本实施例提供了一种云彩缎染丝的环保工艺，加工工艺如下：第一步：采购原丝；第二步：按原丝重量(5％-15％)的比例加上助剂，助剂的原料为膨松剂或环保硅蜡；第三步：加弹机，按1-2的切深倍数要求，第四步：合股机，用三根选中的色丝；第五步：出一根三股三色云彩缎染丝，形成拉伸变形丝，简称DTY。云彩缎染丝是三股单色线组合成的，原材料采用定制环保的彩色POY(涤纶长丝)，达到环保要求，不经过印染直接达到印染的要求，甚至保持色泽的时间比印染的时间长，对温湿度没有要求。

第二步：按原丝重量5％-15％的比例加上助剂；
第三步：按1-2的切深倍数要求加弹机；
第四步：用三根选中的色丝合股机；
第五步：出一根三股三色云彩缎染丝，形成拉伸变形丝。
