In order to facilitate the connection between the blowing element 423 and the conveying element 421, an air guide element 461 is disposed on the blowing element 423, the air guide element 461 is a plastic tube, and the tube diameter of the air guide element 461 is smaller than the tube diameter of the conveying element 421, so that the air blown from the blowing element 423 can be concentrated, and the capsule conveying effect can be enhanced.
Further, as shown in fig. 11-14, the polishing mechanism 5 includes an inverted U-shaped metal bracket 58, and the bracket 58 includes a cross bar 580 fixed on the top of the wall, a left fixing rod 581 vertically fixed at the left end of the cross bar 580, and a right fixing rod 582 vertically fixed at the right end of the cross bar 580; a polishing piece 51 which is a stainless steel tank is arranged at the lower end of the bracket 58, the left side of the polishing piece 51 is movably connected with the lower end of the left fixing rod 581, and the right side of the polishing piece 51 is movably connected with the lower end of the right fixing rod 582; a first driving member 52 for driving the polishing member 51 to rotate is fixed on the right fixing rod 582, and the first driving member 52 is a commercially available servo motor; a polishing chamber 511 is provided in the polishing member 51, and a feeding member 53 is connected to the left side of the polishing member 51 in order to facilitate the entry of the capsule into the polishing chamber 511, the feeding member 53 being a PU tube; meanwhile, a discharging piece 54 is arranged at the lower end part of the polishing piece 51, and the discharging piece 54 is a stainless steel pipe; after polishing is complete, the capsule exits the discharge member 54.
Further, in order to dry the capsule, a drying part 55 is connected to the polishing part 51, the drying part 55 comprises a heating part 550 and an air blowing part 551, wherein the heating part 550 is a blower provided with a dehumidifier, one end of the air blowing part 551 is connected to the heating part, and the air blowing part 551 is a rubber tube; the other end of the blowing member 551 is connected to the lower portion of the feeding member 53 so that the air blown from the heating member 550 blows the capsules in the feeding member 53 through the blowing member 551; an exhaust port 515 is formed at the right side of the polishing member 51, a suction member 552 is inserted into the exhaust port 515, and the suction member 552 is a 304 stainless steel pipe; the suction is realized on the suction member 552 by a suction device, which is a centrifugal fan; therefore, in operation, the air sucking member 552 sucks the air blown by the blowing member 551 and the dust polished out of the polishing member 51; in order to avoid the capsule entering the suction member 552, a stopper 57 is provided in said outlet 515, and the stopper 57 is connected to the end of said suction member, the stopper 57 being a commercially available stainless steel filter mesh.
Specifically, an opening 542 is formed in a side wall of a lower portion of the discharging member 54, a baffle 541 is disposed in the opening 542, and the baffle 541 is a metal plate; a fixed part is arranged on the side wall of the discharging part 54, the baffle 541 is movably connected with the fixed part, and the baffle 541 can rotate around the fixed part in the horizontal direction; in order to realize the automatic opening of the baffle 541, an opening and closing part 56 is arranged on the bracket, the opening and closing part 56 comprises a second driving piece 562 and a pushing piece 561, and the second driving piece 562 is an electric push rod existing in the market; the pushing element 561 is a stainless steel rod with a metal clip 566 at an end thereof, and the pushing element 561 is fixedly connected with the second driving element 562, so that the second driving element 562 can drive the pushing element 561 to move back and forth; an extension part 549 matched with the pushing part 561 is fixedly arranged on the baffle 541, and the extension part 549 is a stainless steel sheet with a notch; when the pushing piece 561 needs to be opened, the pushing piece 561 moves forwards to clamp the extending part 549 to move forwards, and therefore the baffle 541 is opened; meanwhile, when the pushing member 561 moves backwards, the pushing member can bring the extension 549 to move backwards, so that the baffle 541 returns to the opening 542 again; furthermore, in order to facilitate the baffle 541 to smoothly return to the opening 542, a reset piece 543 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the discharging piece 54, and the reset piece 543 is fixedly connected to the baffle 541; the reset piece 543 is a reset spring.
In order to facilitate the use, a visual window 512 is arranged on the polishing piece 51, the visual window 512 is a square window, and the inside of the polishing piece 51 can be seen through the visual window 512; a closing member 513 is hinged to the side wall of the polishing member 51, and the closing member 513 is made of stainless steel; the closing member 513 closes the viewing window 512 when the polishing member 51 is in operation; in order to prevent the water in the suction member 552 from flowing back into the polishing chamber 511, a backflow preventing member 53 is connected to a lower portion of the suction member 552, and the backflow preventing member 553 is a stainless pipe, so that the water in the suction member 552 can flow out of the backflow preventing member 553 without flowing into the polishing chamber 511. Meanwhile, a placing groove 599 is arranged on the left fixing rod 581, and the placing groove 599 is a stainless steel cup; a polishing agent is placed in the placing groove 599, and an oil feed pipe 598 is connected to the left side of the polishing member 51, and has one end connected to the placing groove 599, so that the polishing agent can be fed into the polishing chamber 511 at the time of use.
Specifically, during production, the oiling mechanism coats the membrane needle on the capsule mold with oil firstly, then the membrane needle on the capsule mold stretches into the glue groove and is stained with the glue solution, the membrane needle comes out from the glue groove, after the glue solution on the membrane needle dries, the capsule burr is cut off through the trimming mechanism, and two capsules are connected to form the same whole, and then send the polishing mechanism to the polishing through feeding mechanism and polish, realize capsule production after finishing waiting to polish.

the fixing part (33) comprises a fixing cross bar (331) and a plurality of fixing pieces (332) arranged on the fixing cross bar (331) at intervals; a placing cavity (333) is arranged on the fixing piece (332), and a pushing piece (334) capable of moving back and forth is arranged in the placing cavity (333); a pushing cross rod (335) is arranged on the workbench (31), and the pushing piece (334) is arranged on the pushing cross rod (335);
the driving part (34) comprises a rotating shaft (341) capable of rotating back and forth, a first transmission piece (342) and a second transmission piece (343); one end of the first transmission piece (342) is matched with the rotating shaft (341), and the other end of the first transmission piece is matched with the fixed piece (332); one end of the second transmission piece (343) is matched with the rotating shaft (341), and the other end of the second transmission piece is matched with the pushing piece (334);

the oiling mechanism (1) comprises an oiling part and an oil delivery part, wherein the oiling part comprises a support, a support shaft (14) connected to the support and an oil absorption part (15) movably sleeved on the support shaft (14), the support shaft (14) is provided with an oil inlet channel (141) and a plurality of oil outlet holes (142) communicated with the oil inlet channel (141), and the oil outlet holes (142) are distributed on the outer surface of the support shaft (14) at intervals;
the oil coating part also comprises a fixed shaft (111) connected to the bracket and an applying piece (112) movably sleeved on the fixed shaft (111), and the applying piece (112) is contacted with the oil absorbing piece (15);
the feeding mechanism (4) comprises a storage piece (41) and a feeding component (42), the storage piece (41) is an irregular barrel with a storage cavity (411), the lower part of the storage piece (41) is arranged in a conical shape, and the lower end part of the storage piece (41) is provided with a discharge hole (412); the feeding part (42) comprises a conveying piece (421) and an air supply piece (423), the conveying piece (421) is a pipeline with a conveying cavity (422) arranged inside, the conveying piece (421) is connected with the lower end of the storage piece (41), and the conveying cavity (422) is communicated with the storage cavity (411) through a discharge hole (412); the air supply part (423) is connected with the end part of the conveying part (421); a guide member (431) is arranged in the conveying cavity (422), one end of the guide member (431) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the storage member (41), the other end of the guide member is suspended in the conveying cavity (422), and a ventilation gap is formed between the other end of the guide member and the bottom of the conveying cavity (422); the guide (431) is a metal groove with one end bent upwards;
