Abstract

本发明涉及一种电缆,尤其是一种额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆。包括一芯线及绞合于芯线周围的多根辅线组成的缆芯,所述的芯线和辅线外侧设有一绝缘层,绝缘层外部设有一护套,所述的芯线和辅线包括内部导体及设于导体表面的绝缘体,所述的绝缘层及护套均为相套接的硅材料层。本发明的额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆采用相套接的硅材料层作为绝缘层和护套,在保证线缆柔软度和强度的同时,降低绝缘层的可燃性,提高使用的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,尤其是一种额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆。
背景技术
五芯塑料绝缘电力电缆经近十多年的发展,已成为1kV塑料绝缘电缆的重要组成部分,并从重点建设工程和城镇高层建筑中应用,发展到在低压配电网络中大量使用。
随着现有的五芯电力电缆的应用环境越来越广泛,对电磁屏蔽和强度的要求越来越高,现有的电缆通过绝缘胶皮来进行干扰屏蔽的效果往往达不到与其效果,而且绝缘胶片容易收到外力的损坏,现有的解决办法是在电缆外部增加一护套,通过护套来进行电磁屏蔽和提高强度方面的作用。但是绝缘胶皮和护套均为高分子易燃材料,在线缆温度较高时,容易发生燃烧,使用安全性降低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种既能提高线缆的屏蔽效果,又能维持其适用性的额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
包括一芯线及绞合于芯线周围的多根辅线组成的缆芯,所述的芯线和辅线外侧设有一绝缘层,绝缘层外部设有一护套,所述的芯线和辅线包括内部导体及设于导体表面的绝缘体,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层及护套均为相套接的硅材料层。
优选地,所述的绝缘层内设有单面复合铝箔。
优选地,所述的单面复合铝箔金属层设于内壁。
优选地,所述的护套内壁设有非吸湿性的非金属撕裂层。
优选地,所述的缆芯与绝缘层之间设有一层或多层非吸湿性包带。
优选地,所述的铝箔包覆的重合率大于25%。
优选地,所述的铝箔厚度大于或等于0.012mm。
优选地,所述的排流线直径大于或等于0.5mm。
优选地,所述的绝缘体直径为0.5mm。
优选地,所述的绝缘体厚度为0.2mm。
由于采用了上述结构,本发明的额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆采用相套接的硅材料层作为绝缘层和护套,在保证线缆柔软度和强度的同时,降低绝缘层的可燃性,提高使用的安全性。

如图1所示,本实施例的额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆包括一芯线1及绞合于芯线周围的多根辅线2组成的缆芯,所述的芯线1和辅线2外侧设有一绝缘层3,绝缘层3外部设有一护套4,所述的芯线1和辅线2包括内部导体及设于导体表面的绝缘体,所述的绝缘层3及护套4均为相套接的硅材料层。
本实施例中,所述的绝缘层内设有单面复合铝箔5。
本实施例中,所述的单面复合铝箔金属层5设于内壁。
本实施例中,所述的护套内壁设有非吸湿性的非金属撕裂层6。
本实施例中,所述的缆芯与绝缘层之间设有一层或多层非吸湿性包带7。
本实施例中,所述的铝箔包覆的重合率大于25%。
本实施例中,所述的铝箔厚度大于或等于0.012mm。
本实施例中,所述的排流线直径大于或等于0.5mm。
本实施例中,所述的绝缘体直径为0.5mm。
本实施例中,所述的绝缘体厚度为0.2mm。

1.额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆,包括一芯线及绞合于芯线周围的多根辅线组成的缆芯,所述的芯线和辅线外侧设有一绝缘层,绝缘层外部设有一护套,所述的芯线和辅线包括内部导体及设于导体表面的绝缘体,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层及护套均为相套接的硅材料层。
2.如权利要求1所述的额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层内设有单面复合铝箔。
3.如权利要求2所述的额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述的单面复合铝箔金属层设于内壁。
4.如权利要求3所述的额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述的护套内壁设有非吸湿性的非金属撕裂层。
5.如权利要求4所述的额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述的缆芯与绝缘层之间设有一层或多层非吸湿性包带。
6.如权利要求5所述的额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述的铝箔包覆的重合率大于25%。
7.如权利要求6所述的额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述的铝箔厚度大于或等于0.012mm。
8.如权利要求7所述的额定电压0.6及1KV硅橡胶绝缘及护套耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述的排流线直径大于或等于0.5mm。
