c. when the slurry is put into the transfer cylinder, measuring and controlling the slurry conveying pressure of the transfer cylinder, and the iron removal quality and technological parameters of the slurry in the transfer cylinder; when the slurry is placed into the slurry tank, measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the slurry in the slurry tank;
(4) A spray drying procedure: after a preset value of the operation of the spray tower is set and checked, the slurry in the transfer cylinder is subjected to spray drying through the spray tower to obtain powder or micro powder, and technological parameters of the powder or micro powder are measured and controlled at a discharge conveyer belt below the spray tower;
(5) A material conveying process: and (4) conveying the qualified powder or micro powder in the step (4) to a press, measuring and controlling the moisture content of the powder or micro powder again before using the material, then pressing and forming the material, and sintering to obtain the wall and floor tiles.

(4) because the powder is influenced by the moisture in the air when exposed to the air, the invention additionally measures and controls the moisture content of the powder or the micro powder again when the powder or the micro powder is adopted to press the wall and floor tile blank so as to accurately control the moisture content of the blank, thereby avoiding the defects of cracking and the like caused by excessive or undersize moisture when the wall and floor tile is sintered and prepared in the later period.

(4) When the powder or micro powder is used for pressing the wall and floor tile blank, the moisture content of the powder or micro powder is measured and controlled again so as to accurately control the moisture content of the blank, and the defects of cracking and the like caused by too much or too small moisture in the later firing process of preparing the wall and floor tile are avoided.

(3) ball milling:
a. After the cleanliness in the ball mill is checked, adding the ingredients into the ball mill for ball milling to obtain slurry;
b. Measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the slurry discharged from the slurry outlet of the ball mill, and then putting the slurry into a transfer cylinder or a slurry pool;
c. When the slurry is put into the transfer cylinder, measuring and controlling the slurry conveying pressure of the transfer cylinder, and the iron removal quality and technological parameters of the slurry in the transfer cylinder; when the slurry is placed into the slurry tank, measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the slurry in the slurry tank; wherein the fineness of the slurry is 250 meshes, the screen residue is 1.1 percent, the water content is 32 percent, the flow rate is 30 length units per second, and the specific gravity is 1.69 g/ml;
(4) A spray drying procedure: after setting and checking a preset value of the operation of the spray tower, carrying out spray drying on the slurry in the transfer cylinder through the spray tower to obtain powder or micro powder, and measuring and controlling the water content of the powder or micro powder to be 7.4% at a discharge conveyer belt below the spray tower, wherein the grain composition of the powder is 20 meshes of 0.6%, 40 meshes of 45%, 80 meshes of 50% and 4.4% below 100 meshes;
(5) Impurity monitoring process: judging the impurity content in the powder or micro powder at the conveying belt at the bottom of the spraying tower and the conveying belt at the bottom of the storage bin through a material washing and beating plate;
(6) a material storage process: after the technological parameters of the powder or the micro powder are measured and controlled at the discharge conveyer belt of the spray tower, the powder or the micro powder is sent into a storage bin to be stored for later use, meanwhile, the technological parameters of the powder or the micro powder in the new spray storage bin are periodically detected, and chemical analysis and radioactive analysis are carried out on each mixed powder in the storage bin;
(7) A material conveying process: and (4) conveying the qualified powder or micro powder in the step (6) to a press, measuring and controlling the moisture content of the powder or micro powder again before using the material, then pressing and forming the material, and sintering to obtain the wall and floor tiles.
embodiment 2-a quality control method for production of green body material of wall and floor tiles, comprising the steps of:
(1) A feeding process: selecting mud and sand materials for preparing the wall and floor tiles, and measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the mud and sand materials and carrying out chemical analysis according to preset standard technological parameters;
(2) a material preparation process: detecting the moisture of the mud and sand materials meeting the standard process parameters, compounding the mud and sand materials with chemical materials according to the moisture content, and checking the accuracy of the ingredients;
(3) ball milling:
a. after the cleanliness in the ball mill is checked, adding the ingredients into the ball mill for ball milling to obtain slurry;
b. measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the slurry discharged from the slurry outlet of the ball mill, and then putting the slurry into a transfer cylinder or a slurry pool;
c. when the slurry is put into the transfer cylinder, measuring and controlling the slurry conveying pressure of the transfer cylinder, and the iron removal quality and technological parameters of the slurry in the transfer cylinder; when the slurry is placed into the slurry tank, measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the slurry in the slurry tank; wherein the fineness of the slurry is 250 meshes, the screen residue is 0.9 percent, the water content is 35 percent, the flow rate is 75 length units per second, and the specific gravity is 1.74 g/ml;
(4) a spray drying procedure: after setting and checking a preset value of the operation of the spray tower, carrying out spray drying on the slurry in the transfer cylinder through the spray tower to obtain powder or micro powder, and measuring and controlling the water content of the powder or micro powder at a discharge conveyer belt below the spray tower to be 6.8%, wherein the grain composition of the powder is 20 meshes of 0.5%, 40 meshes of 50%, 80 meshes of 45% and 4.5% below 100 meshes;
(5) a material mixing procedure: after technological parameters of powder or micro powder are measured and controlled at a discharge conveyer belt of a spray tower, before the powder or micro powder is sent into a storage bin, different set amounts and actual measured amounts of powder or micro powder mixing are measured and controlled by a belt scale, and after the accuracy of the mixed materials is checked, the mixed powder is mixed to obtain mixed powder;
(6) A material storage process: sending the mixed powder into a storage bin for storage and standby, periodically detecting the process parameters of the mixed powder in a new material spraying storage bin, and performing chemical analysis and radioactive analysis on the mixed powder in the storage bin;
(7) A material conveying process: and (4) conveying the qualified mixed powder in the step (6) to a press, measuring and controlling the moisture content of the mixed powder again before using the material, then pressing and forming the mixed powder for cloth, and obtaining the wall and floor tiles after sintering.
Embodiment 3-a quality control method for production of green body material for wall and floor tiles, comprising the steps of:
(1) A feeding process: selecting mud and sand materials for preparing the wall and floor tiles, and measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the mud and sand materials and carrying out chemical analysis according to preset standard technological parameters;
(2) A material preparation process: detecting the moisture of the mud and sand materials meeting the standard process parameters, compounding the mud and sand materials with chemical materials according to the moisture content, and checking the accuracy of the ingredients;
(3) Ball milling:
a. After the cleanliness in the ball mill is checked, adding the ingredients into the ball mill for ball milling to obtain slurry;
b. Measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the slurry discharged from the slurry outlet of the ball mill, and then putting the slurry into a transfer cylinder or a slurry pool;
c. When the slurry is put into the transfer cylinder, measuring and controlling the slurry conveying pressure of the transfer cylinder, and the iron removal quality and technological parameters of the slurry in the transfer cylinder; when the slurry is placed into the slurry tank, measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the slurry in the slurry tank; wherein the fineness of the slurry is 250 meshes, the screen residue is 1.0 percent, the water content is 33 percent, the flow rate is 45 length units per second, and the specific gravity is 1.70 g/ml;
(4) A spray drying procedure: after setting and checking a preset value of the operation of the spray tower, carrying out spray drying on the slurry in the transfer cylinder through the spray tower to obtain powder or micro powder, and measuring and controlling the water content of the powder or micro powder to be 7.1% at a discharge conveyer belt below the spray tower, wherein the grain composition of the powder is 20 meshes of 0.8%, 40 meshes of 35%, 80 meshes of 60% and 4.2% below 100 meshes;
(5) a granulation process: after technological parameters of powder or micro powder are measured and controlled at a discharge conveyer belt of a spray tower, before the powder or micro powder is sent into a storage bin, the powder or micro powder is adopted for granulation, and the moisture of the powder or micro powder before granulation and the moisture of powder particles after granulation are respectively detected;
(6) a material storage process: feeding the powder particles into a storage bin for storage and standby, periodically detecting the process parameters of the powder particles in a new material spraying bin, and performing chemical analysis and radioactive analysis on the powder particles in the storage bin;
(7) a material conveying process: and (4) conveying the qualified powder particles obtained in the step (6) to a press, measuring and controlling the moisture content of the powder particles again before using the materials, then pressing and forming the powder particles by using cloth, and obtaining the wall and floor tiles after sintering.
embodiment 4-a quality control method for production of green body material for wall and floor tiles, comprising the steps of:
(1) a feeding process: selecting mud and sand materials for preparing the wall and floor tiles, and measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the mud and sand materials and carrying out chemical analysis according to preset standard technological parameters;
(2) a material preparation process: detecting the moisture of the mud and sand materials meeting the standard process parameters, compounding the mud and sand materials with chemical materials according to the moisture content, and checking the accuracy of the ingredients;
(3) Ball milling:
a. after the cleanliness in the ball mill is checked, adding the ingredients into the ball mill for ball milling to obtain slurry;
b. measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the slurry discharged from the slurry outlet of the ball mill, and then putting the slurry into a transfer cylinder or a slurry pool;
c. When the slurry is put into the transfer cylinder, measuring and controlling the slurry conveying pressure of the transfer cylinder, and the iron removal quality and technological parameters of the slurry in the transfer cylinder; when the slurry is placed into the slurry tank, measuring and controlling the technological parameters of the slurry in the slurry tank; wherein the fineness of the slurry is 250 meshes, the screen residue is 1.1%, the water content is 34%, the flow rate is 55 length units per second, and the specific gravity is 1.73 g/ml;
(4) A spray drying procedure: after setting and checking a preset value of the operation of the spray tower, carrying out spray drying on the slurry in the transfer cylinder through the spray tower to obtain powder or micro powder, and measuring and controlling the water content of the powder or micro powder at a discharge conveyer belt below the spray tower to be 7.3%, wherein the grain composition of the powder is 20 meshes of 0.3%, 40 meshes of 40%, 80 meshes of 55% and 4.7% below 100 meshes;
(5) a particle wrapping procedure: after technological parameters of powder or micro powder are measured and controlled at a discharge conveyer belt of a spray tower, before the powder or micro powder is sent into a storage bin, wrapping particles are produced by adopting the powder or micro powder, and the moisture and the wrapping effect of the wrapping particles are detected by adopting a sampling and plate beating mode;
(6) impurity monitoring process: judging the impurity content in the wrapping particles at the conveying belt at the bottom of the spraying tower and the conveying belt at the bottom of the storage bin through a material washing and beating plate;
(7) a material storage process: conveying the coated particles into a storage bin for storage and standby, periodically detecting the technological parameters of the coated particles in a new spraying storage bin, and performing chemical analysis and radioactive analysis on the coated particles in the storage bin;
(8) a material conveying process: and (4) conveying the qualified coated particles obtained in the step (7) to a press, measuring and controlling the moisture content of the coated particles again before using the materials, then pressing and forming the coated particles by using cloth, and obtaining the wall and floor tiles after sintering.
