Abstract
The invention provides a measuring tool for measuring the back wedge angle inclined plane position of a bacterial blade root, which can solve the problems that the existing measuring tool for measuring the back wedge angle inclined plane position of the bacterial blade root is complex in structure, easy to cause human errors and influence the accuracy of measuring results. The device comprises a blade root supporting seat, a first positioning block and a second positioning block; the top surface of the blade root supporting seat is provided with a first supporting inclined surface and a second supporting inclined surface, the included angle between the first supporting inclined surface and the bottom surface of the blade root supporting seat is equal to the included angle between the back splitting angle inclined surface and the back radial surface of the bacterial blade root, and the first supporting inclined surface is used for supporting the back radial surface of the bacterial blade root; the second supporting inclined plane is perpendicular to the first supporting inclined plane and is used for supporting the steam inlet edge of the bacterial blade root; the first positioning block and the second positioning block are respectively arranged on the front side surface of the blade root supporting seat and are respectively used for being abutted against two blade root step surfaces of the bacterial blade root; the back cleaving angle of the bacterial blade root extends out of the blade root supporting seat backwards.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of measuring tools for bacterial blade roots of steam turbine blades, in particular to a measuring tool for measuring the back wedge angle inclined plane position of a bacterial blade root.
Background
According to the shapes of the blade roots, the blade roots of the turbine blades can be roughly divided into four types, namely a bacterial blade root, a T-shaped blade root, a fork blade root and a longitudinal tree blade root. Fig. 1 shows a bacterial blade root, wherein 1 is a blade root step surface, 2 is a steam inlet edge, 3 is a back radial surface, 4 is a back splitting angle, and a is the gear opening size of the blade root. The angle is split back for assembly of the bacterial blade root, and the position accuracy of the angle inclined plane 41 is split back directly affects the subsequent assembly accuracy of the blade.
The existing back wedge angle measuring tool is complex in structure, and the measuring tool needs to use a feeler gauge for measurement, and when in measurement, due to the fact that measuring methods of different detection personnel are different, differences can occur in selection of the feeler gauge, personal errors are generated, and accuracy of measuring results is affected.

the distance between the first positioning block and the second positioning block is adjustable.
The front side of the blade root supporting seat is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, the included angle between the central connecting line of the threaded holes and the bottom surface of the blade root supporting seat is equal to the included angle between the first supporting inclined plane and the bottom surface of the blade root supporting seat, and the first positioning block is fixed on the blade root supporting seat through screws assembled in the threaded holes.
The second positioning block is fixedly arranged on the blade root supporting seat through a screw.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. according to the measuring tool disclosed by the invention, the first supporting inclined plane and the second supporting inclined plane are arranged on the top surface of the blade root supporting seat, the included angle between the first supporting inclined plane and the bottom surface of the blade root supporting seat is equal to the included angle between the back angle splitting inclined plane and the back radial surface of the bacterial blade root, and the second supporting inclined plane is perpendicular to the first supporting inclined plane, so that when the bacterial blade root is placed on the blade root supporting seat, the back radial surface and the steam inlet side can be respectively attached to the first supporting inclined plane and the second supporting inclined plane, the back angle splitting inclined plane is parallel to the bottom surface of the blade root supporting seat, and the first positioning block and the second positioning block are tightly abutted against the two blade root step surfaces of the bacterial blade root, so that the axial limiting of the bacterial blade root is realized, and finally, the distance between the bottom surface of the blade root supporting seat and the back angle splitting inclined plane can be measured by using the depth gauge, so that the human error is avoided, and the measuring tool is simple in structure, convenient to use and low in cost;

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the measuring tool for measuring the back cleaving angle inclined plane position of the bacterial blade root of the present invention comprises a blade root supporting seat 5, a first positioning block 6 and a second positioning block 7; the top surface of the blade root supporting seat 5 is provided with a first supporting inclined surface 51 and a second supporting inclined surface 52, an included angle alpha between the first supporting inclined surface 51 and the bottom surface 53 of the blade root supporting seat is equal to an included angle beta between the back splitting angle inclined surface 41 and the back radial surface 3 of the bacterial blade root, and the first supporting inclined surface 51 is used for supporting the back radial surface 3 of the bacterial blade root; the second supporting inclined plane 52 is perpendicular to the first supporting inclined plane 51 and is used for supporting the steam inlet edge 2 of the bacterial blade root; the first positioning block 6 and the second positioning block 7 are respectively arranged on the front side surface 54 of the blade root supporting seat, the distance between the first positioning block 6 and the second positioning block 7 is adjustable, and the first positioning block 6 and the second positioning block 7 are respectively used for being abutted against the two blade root step surfaces 1 of the bacterial blade root; the back cleaving angle 4 of the bacterial blade root extends back out of the blade root supporting seat 5.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the front side 54 of the blade root supporting seat is provided with a plurality of threaded holes 541, an included angle delta between a central line of the plurality of threaded holes 541 and the bottom surface 53 of the blade root supporting seat is equal to an included angle alpha between the first supporting inclined plane 51 and the bottom surface 53 of the blade root supporting seat, and the first positioning block 6 is fixed on the blade root supporting seat 5 through screws assembled in the threaded holes 541. The first positioning block adopts a screw-fixed installation mode, so that the installation position of the first positioning block can be conveniently adjusted.
Preferably, as seen in fig. 2, the second positioning block 7 is fixedly mounted on the blade root support 5 by means of screws. The second locating block adopts the installation form of screw fixation, is convenient for install and dismantle.
