Detailed Description
The invention discloses a lubricating system, which aims to avoid the excessive consumption of lubricating oil and the abnormal abrasion of an engine and prolong the service life of the engine. The invention also provides a lubricating method.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a lubricating system, which includes a main oil gallery 1, a lubricating oil power device 9, a flow meter 8, a collecting device, and a control module 4. Wherein, both ends of the main oil gallery 1 are communicated with the oil pan 12, so that the main oil gallery 1 and the oil pan 12 are combined to form a flow passage for the circulation flow of the lubricating oil. Wherein the engine 14 is connected in series to the main oil gallery 1 so that the lubricating oil lubricates the engine 14. The lubricating oil power device 9 is connected in series on the main oil gallery 1, and the flow meter 8 is used for detecting the oil supply quantity of the lubricating oil power device 9; the collecting device collects the lubricating parameters in the lubricating system under the current working condition. The control module 4 is in communication connection with the acquisition device, the flow meter 8 and the lubricating oil power device 9. The control module 4 obtains the required oil supply amount of the lubricating oil under the working condition according to the lubricating parameters, compares the required oil supply amount with the actual oil supply amount obtained by detection and calculation of the flowmeter 8, and outputs a control signal to the lubricating oil power device 9 according to a comparison result.
According to the lubricating system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the lubricating oil power device 9 can be adjusted according to the lubricating parameters under the current working condition through the arrangement, so that the oil supply amount is adjusted. Namely, the oil supply quantity can be adjusted according to actual requirements, so that the oil supply quantity can be adjusted according to the difference of the oil supply quantity requirements of the lubricating oil under different working conditions, the condition that the lubricating oil is consumed too fast due to too much oil supply quantity is avoided, the condition that the service life and the efficiency of a lubricating system are influenced due to too little oil supply quantity is also avoided, effective lubrication is ensured, and abnormal abrasion of an engine is avoided.
In the present embodiment, the lubricating oil power unit 9 is preferably an electric motor oil pump. It will be appreciated that a lubrication parameter is a parameter which affects the lubrication effect of the lubricating oil on the engine.
When the engine 14 is started in a hot state, the surface temperature of each part of the engine 14 after being stopped is very high, the lubricating oil has low viscosity and cannot be attached to a moving surface, a machine part is still in an expansion state in the hot state, the fit clearance is very small, and when the engine 14 is started, parts are in a dry friction state, the starting resistance is large, so that the engine is not easy to start, and even if the engine is started successfully, the abrasion is also very large. The lubricating system of the present invention further includes a cooling water temperature sensor 15 for detecting the start temperature Te of the engine 14. When the starting temperature Te > the predetermined temperature To, it is judged that the engine 14 is a warm start. In this state, the hot start lubricating oil amount Qe needs to be increased on the basis of the lubricating oil amount (normal required oil supply amount Qo) calculated from the lubricating parameter, to obtain the required oil supply amount Q. With the above arrangement, the warm-start lubricating oil amount Qe is increased to increase the oil pressure, facilitating lubrication of the engine 14 at the time of warm start.
The cooling water temperature sensor 15 may be in communication with the control module 4, or may be manually operated to directly adjust the lubricating oil power device 9.
The lubricating oil is aged and deteriorated along with the prolonging of the service life, and the lubricating effect is influenced. Therefore, in the present embodiment, a dielectric constant sensor 11 provided in the oil pan 12 is further included, and the dielectric constant sensor 11 is used to detect the dielectric constant λ of the lubricating oil. The lubricant oil is deteriorated with time and the dielectric constant λ is changed, where Q ═ λ Qnew is the adjusted oil supply amount. Through the arrangement, the adjusted oil supply quantity is increased, and the quantity of the required oil supply quantity Q is met.
In the present embodiment, the collecting device includes an oil pressure sensor 6, an oil temperature sensor 5, a rotation speed detecting device 13, and the transmission system 2. Wherein, the oil pressure sensor 6 is used for detecting oil pressure; the oil temperature sensor 5 is used for detecting the oil temperature; the rotation speed detection device 13 is used for detecting the rotation speed of the engine 14; the driveline 2 acquisition device includes a load sensor for measuring the load on the engine 14.
One or more of the oil pressure sensor 6, the oil temperature sensor 5, the rotation speed detecting device 13, and the transmission system 2 may be provided (i.e., the oil pressure sensor 6, the oil temperature sensor 5, the rotation speed detecting device 13, and the transmission system 2 are not all provided), and they are not described in detail herein and are all within the protection range.
In order to ensure the use safety of the lubricating system, the lubricating system also comprises a filter 7, an oil separating channel and a pressure limiting valve 10. The filter 7 is connected in series on the main oil gallery 1 so as to filter the lubricating oil in the main oil gallery 1; one end of the oil dividing passage is connected to an oil passage section between the lubricating oil power device 9 of the main oil passage 1 and the filter 7, and the other end of the oil dividing passage is communicated with an oil pan 12; the pressure limiting valve 10 is connected in series on the oil separating channel. When the filter 7 is clogged or the filtering effect is reduced, the oil pressure in the oil passage section between the lubricating oil power unit 9 and the filter 7 increases. By arranging the oil dividing passage and the pressure limiting valve 10, the oil passage section between the lubricating oil power device 9 and the filter 7, the filter 7 and the lubricating oil power device 9 are effectively prevented from being damaged due to overlarge oil pressure, and the use safety of a lubricating system is ensured.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a lubricating method, which comprises the following steps:
s1: collecting lubricating parameters in a lubricating system under the current working condition;
the lubricating parameters are parameters influencing the lubricating effect of the lubricating oil on the engine.
S2: obtaining the required oil supply quantity Q of the lubricating oil under the working condition according to the lubricating parameters;
through the setting, the required oil supply quantity Q is obtained, so that lubrication under the current working condition is met.
S3: comparing the required oil supply with the actual oil supply to obtain a comparison result:
when the comparison result satisfies the requirement, the process proceeds to step S1; and when the comparison result does not meet the requirement, adjusting the oil supply amount.
The lubricating method provided by the embodiment of the invention can adjust the oil supply quantity according to the lubricating parameters under the current working condition. Namely, the oil supply quantity can be adjusted according to actual requirements, so that the oil supply quantity can be adjusted according to the difference of the oil supply quantity requirements of the lubricating oil under different working conditions, the condition that the lubricating oil is consumed too fast due to too much oil supply quantity is avoided, the condition that the service life and the efficiency of a lubricating system are influenced due to too little oil supply quantity is also avoided, effective lubrication is ensured, abnormal abrasion of an engine is avoided, and the service life of the engine is effectively prolonged.
In the present embodiment, in step S3, the comparison result is the difference between the required oil supply amount and the actual oil supply amount; when the difference value is within the preset difference value range, the comparison result meets the requirement; and when the difference value is not within the preset difference value range, the comparison result does not meet the requirement.
The comparison result can meet the requirement under the condition that the required oil supply amount is equal to the actual oil supply amount; and when the required oil supply amount is not equal to the actual oil supply amount, the comparison result does not meet the requirement.
Further, step S1 includes detecting a start temperature Te of the engine; in step S2, when the starting temperature Te is less than or equal To the predetermined temperature To, it is determined that the engine is normally started, and the required oil supply Q is a normal required oil supply Qo of the lubricating oil under the working condition calculated according To the lubricating parameters; and when the starting temperature Te is larger than the preset temperature To, judging that the engine is in hot start, and setting the required oil supply quantity Q as the normal required oil supply quantity Qo + the hot start lubricating oil quantity Qe. Through the arrangement, when the engine is in hot start, the oil supply amount (the hot start lubricating oil amount Qe) is increased, and then the pressure of the lubricating oil is improved, so that the optimal lubricating oil flow rate when the engine is in hot start is achieved.
Further, step S1 includes detecting a dielectric constant λ of the lubricating oil; the required oil supply amount Q is λ Qnew, and Qnew is the adjusted oil supply amount. Namely, the oil supply amount is adjusted to reach Qnew at the most, so that the influence caused by the deterioration of the lubricating oil is eliminated, and the lubricating effect is further improved.
In the lubricating method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the lubricating parameters comprise one or more of oil pressure, oil temperature, engine rotating speed and engine load.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
