The elastic element 8 is disposed between the hook arm 52 of the first clamping member 5 and the hook portion 63 of the second clamping member 6, and is located in the first slot 32 of the supporting plate 3, as shown in the figure, the elastic element 8 is a tension spring. Furthermore, the adjusting member 9 is mounted in the screw hole 38 of the supporting plate 3 and can be movably displaced to adjust the abutting position with the second clamping member 6.

Referring to fig. 5A and 5B, when the moving rod 73 of the driving device 7 is displaced by a predetermined distance, the thread holding member 4 and the first clamping member 5 are pulled by the moving rod 73 at the same time, and since the thread holding member 4 takes the first pivoting portion 40 as a rotation center, a clockwise rotation is generated when the moving rod 73 is pulled, and the first clamping member 5 is pulled by the elastic force of the elastic member 8, and a clockwise rotation is also generated when the moving rod 73 is pulled, the thread holding member 4 and the first clamping member 5 can be rotated while being kept in a closed state.
