The first traction wheel and the second traction wheel are respectively arranged on the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, a first auxiliary rotating shaft and a second auxiliary rotating shaft are arranged on the rack, the first auxiliary rotating shaft can be fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft or the second rotating shaft through a shaft sleeve, and the second auxiliary rotating shaft can be fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft or the second rotating shaft through a shaft sleeve.
The first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft, the first auxiliary rotating shaft and the second auxiliary rotating shaft are all installed on a lifting platform.
A stamping process adopting a male-female die stamping machine comprises the following steps:
when the finished product on the sheet is concave, the sheet enters the stamping device from the feeding frame for stamping, and the lifting mechanism does not work;
when the finished product on the sheet protrudes upwards, the sheet enters the stamping device through the feeding frame, then the lifting mechanism works to lift the sheet to be attached to the die above the sheet, the stamping device performs stamping, then the lifting mechanism moves downwards, and the feeding frame conveys the sheet.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the upper convex finished product is punched, the sheet is attached to the die above the sheet through the lifting mechanism for punching, and the lifting mechanism does not work when the lower concave finished product is punched; therefore, the convex or concave finished product can be punched on one machine, the configuration of one punching machine can be saved compared with the prior art, and the production cost is reduced.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention is a female and male mold blister press comprising:
a frame 1;
the stamping device 2 is positioned on the rack 1 and used for stamping the sheet 3, the stamping device 2 comprises a female die 4 and a male die 5, the female die 4 is fixed on the rack 1, and the male die 5 is slidably arranged on the rack 1;
a feeding frame 6 for feeding the sheet 3 to the punching device 2;
and the lifting mechanism is used for driving the sheet 3 passing through the punching device 2 to move up and down. When the upper convex finished product 18 is punched, the sheet 3 is attached to the concave die 4 above the sheet by the lifting mechanism, so that the finished product enters the concave die 4 to be punched, when the lower concave finished product 19 is punched, the sheet 3 is directly attached to the concave die 4, the punching device 2 can directly work, and the lifting mechanism does not work; therefore, the convex or concave finished product can be punched on one machine, the configuration of one punching machine can be saved compared with the prior art, and the production cost is reduced.
As shown in the figure, one end of the feeding frame 6 is pivoted on the frame 1, and the lifting mechanism acts on the other end of the feeding frame 6; the lifting mechanism drives the feeding frame 6 to rotate so as to lift the end part of the feeding frame 6 close to the stamping device 2, and further the sheet 3 passing through the stamping device 2 is driven to lift, so that the sheet 3 with the convex finished product is attached to the female die 4, and the stamping device 2 is convenient to stamp; the lifting mechanism comprises a connecting rod 7 and a lifting plate 8 which is arranged on the rack 1 in a liftable mode, one end of the connecting rod 7 is pivoted with the lifting plate 8, the other end of the connecting rod is pivoted with the feeding frame 6, and the lifting plate 8 can be driven by a cylinder or a motor screw rod and the like.
As shown in the figure, the automatic sheet receiving device further comprises a sheet receiving frame 9, one end of the sheet receiving frame 9 is pivoted with the rack 1, the other end of the sheet receiving frame can swing, and the movement of the sheet receiving frame 9 follows the feeding frame 6 so as to receive the sheet 3.
As shown in the figures, the present invention further comprises a first traction wheel 10 and a second traction wheel 11 which are mutually matched, wherein the first traction wheel 10 and the second traction wheel 11 are both rotatably mounted on the frame 1, and the diameter of the first traction wheel 10 is larger than that of the second traction wheel 11. The sheet 3 passes between the first traction wheel 10 and the second traction wheel 11, the first traction wheel 10 is above when the sheet 3 with the convex finished product is dragged, so as to avoid the interference of the first rotating shaft 12 of the first traction wheel 10 and the finished product; when the sheet 3 with the concave finished product is drawn, the first drawing wheel 10 is arranged below the concave finished product so as to avoid the second rotating shaft 13 of the second drawing wheel 11 from interfering with the finished product; therefore, when the types of the punched sheets 3 are different, the installation positions of the first traction wheel 10 and the second traction wheel 11 need to be changed firstly, and the following structure convenient for quick change is provided for the purpose; first traction wheel 10 and second traction wheel 11 are installed respectively on first pivot 12 and second pivot 13, be provided with first supplementary pivot 14 and second supplementary pivot 15 on the frame 1, first supplementary pivot 14 can pass through axle sleeve 16 fixed connection with first pivot 12 or second pivot 13, second supplementary pivot 15 can pass through axle sleeve 16 fixed connection with first pivot 12 or second pivot 13, pass through bolt fastening between axle sleeve 16 and first pivot 12, second pivot 13, first supplementary pivot 14, the supplementary pivot 15 of second, so realize quick the disconnection.
As shown in the figure; the first rotating shaft 12, the second rotating shaft 13, the first auxiliary rotating shaft 14 and the second auxiliary rotating shaft 15 are all installed on a lifting platform 17, the other end of the material receiving frame 9 is pivoted with the lifting platform 17, and the lifting platform 17 follows the actions of the material feeding frame 6 and the material receiving frame 9, so that the first traction wheel 10 and the second traction wheel 11 can completely pull the sheet 3.
A stamping process adopting a male-female die stamping machine comprises the following steps:
when the finished product on the sheet 3 is concave, the sheet 3 enters the punching device 2 from the feeding frame 6 for punching, and the lifting mechanism does not work;
when the finished product on the sheet 3 protrudes upwards, the sheet 3 enters the stamping device 2 through the feeding frame 6, then the lifting mechanism works to lift the sheet 3 to be attached to a die above the sheet, the stamping device 2 performs stamping, then the lifting mechanism moves downwards, and the feeding frame 6 conveys the sheet 3.
When the upper convex finished product is punched, the sheet 3 is attached to the die above the sheet by the lifting mechanism for punching, and the lifting mechanism does not work when the lower concave finished product is punched; therefore, the convex or concave finished product can be punched on one machine, the configuration of one punching machine can be saved compared with the prior art, and the production cost is reduced.
The above examples are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and other embodiments of the present invention are possible. Those skilled in the art can make equivalent changes or substitutions without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and such equivalent changes or substitutions are included in the scope set forth in the claims of the present application.
