本发明公开了一种铜板自动热轧装置,包括机架,所述机架上均匀排布有若干送料滚轮,所述送料滚轮与驱动装置皮带连接,所述机架内设置有加热装置,所述机架上设置有若干热风气孔,所述热风气孔位于所述送料滚轮的上方,所述送料滚轮前端的机架上设置一支撑座,所述支撑座上铰接有热轧辊,所述热轧辊的轴向方向均匀分布有若干柱状孔,所述柱状孔内设置电热管;利用送料滚轮传送加工料,机架上的热风气孔能在加工料的运送过程中持续加热,使得保温加热效果更好,使得铜板在热轧过程中保持高温,使得热轧效率更高。

一种铜板自动热轧装置
技术领域
本发明涉及板材热轧领域,尤其涉及一种铜板自动热轧装置。
背景技术
热轧机主要用于将金属轧制成特定的形状,现有技术中对热轧机轧辊加热有两种方式:油加热和热风加热。油加热是在轧辊内部切割出一定数目的油通道,采用电刷加热油,热量从里到外传导到轧辊表面获得所需要的轧制温度;热风加热是通过在轧辊表面吹一定温度的热风来加热轧辊表面。油加热的导热油将在导油管壁会形成碳化,使得导热效果不良。而热风加热的效果不佳,不能达到很好的加热效果。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种利用电加热,可准确控制轧辊表面温度,提高了热轧效率的铜板自动热轧装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种铜板自动热轧装置,包括机架,所述机架上均匀排布有若干送料滚轮,所述送料滚轮与驱动装置皮带连接,所述机架内设置有加热装置,所述机架上设置有若干热风气孔,所述热风气孔位于所述送料滚轮的上方,所述送料滚轮前端的机架上设置一支撑座,所述支撑座上铰接有热轧辊,所述热轧辊的轴向方向均匀分布有若干柱状孔,所述柱状孔内设置电热管。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述支撑座的上方设置有防护罩,所述防护罩上设有前通孔和后通孔,所述前通孔和后通孔上设置有保温挡片。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述机架外还罩有保温炉,所述保温炉内部设置有电阻丝、热电偶以及温度感应器。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述保温炉的两端均设置有保温帘。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述保温炉上设置有若干送气扇,所述保温炉的上方设置有若干抽气管道。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明一种铜板自动热轧装置,利用送料滚轮传送加工料,机架上的热风气孔能在加工料的运送过程中持续加热,使得保温加热效果更好;热轧辊利用电加热方式进行加热,在电阻相同的情况下,电热管的功率取决于流过的电流或加载于两端的电压,即只要有效掌握上述两参数,就可有效控制整个热轧辊表面的温差,可准确控制轧辊表面温度;使得铜板在热轧过程中保持高温,使得热轧效率更高。

参照图1至图3,一种铜板自动热轧装置,包括机架1,所述机架1上均匀排布有若干送料滚轮2,所述送料滚轮2与驱动装置皮带连接,所述机架1内设置有加热装置,所述机架1上设置有若干热风气孔3,所述热风气孔3位于所述送料滚轮2的上方,利用送料滚轮3传送加工料,机架1上的热风气孔3能在加工料的运送过程中持续加热,使得保温加热效果更好。所述送料滚轮2前端的机架1上设置一支撑座,所述支撑座上铰接有热轧辊4,所述热轧辊4的轴向方向均匀分布有若干柱状孔5,所述柱状孔5内设置电热管6。
热轧辊4利用电加热方式进行加热,在电阻相同的情况下,电热管6的功率取决于流过的电流或加载于两端的电压,即只要有效掌握上述两参数,就可有效控制整个热轧辊4表面的温差,可准确控制热轧辊4表面温度,使得铜板在热轧过程中保持高温,使得热轧效率更高。
所述支撑座的上方设置有防护罩7,所述防护罩7上设有前通孔8和后通孔,所述前通孔8和后通孔上设置有保温挡片,保温挡片能够防止热风散出,也能防止铜板在热轧过程中被氧化,还能起到防尘作用,使得热轧的成品质量更好。
所述机架1外还罩有保温炉9,所述保温炉9内部设置有电阻丝、热电偶以及温度感应器,所述保温炉9的两端均设置有保温帘,提高了保温效果。所述保温炉9上设置有若干送气扇10,所述保温炉9的上方设置有若干抽气管道11,风扇10吹动热气在保温炉9内流动,抽气管道11能在冷却时快速将内部的热气排出,提高冷却效率。

1.一种铜板自动热轧装置,包括机架,其特征在于:所述机架上均匀排布有若干送料滚轮,所述送料滚轮与驱动装置皮带连接,所述机架内设置有加热装置,所述机架上设置有若干热风气孔,所述热风气孔位于所述送料滚轮的上方,所述送料滚轮前端的机架上设置一支撑座,所述支撑座上铰接有热轧辊,所述热轧辊的轴向方向均匀分布有若干柱状孔,所述柱状孔内设置电热管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜板自动热轧装置,其特征在于:所述支撑座的上方设置有防护罩,所述防护罩上设有前通孔和后通孔,所述前通孔和后通孔上设置有保温挡片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铜板自动热轧装置,其特征在于:所述机架外还罩有保温炉,所述保温炉内部设置有电阻丝、热电偶以及温度感应器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铜板自动热轧装置,其特征在于:所述保温炉的两端均设置有保温帘。
