A skin medicine coating device for surgery comprises a shell (1) and is characterized in that a horizontal partition plate (2) is arranged in the shell (1), the shell (1) is divided into a liquid medicine cavity (3) at the upper part and an isolation cavity (4) at the lower part by the horizontal partition plate (2), the bottoms of the liquid medicine cavity (3) and the isolation cavity (4) are connected with a liquid inlet pipe (5), a switch valve (6) is arranged on the liquid inlet pipe (5), a plurality of liquid outlet pipes (7) are arranged at the bottom of the isolation cavity (4), the lower ends of the liquid outlet pipes (7) are positioned outside the shell (1), the lower ends of the liquid outlet pipes (7) are in a conical pipe shape with the small end facing downwards, a liquid outlet head (8) is arranged in each liquid outlet pipe (7), the liquid outlet heads (8) can slide up and down in the liquid outlet pipes (7), the upper ends of the liquid outlet heads (8) are in a conical pipe shape with the small end facing downwards and are, the upper end of the liquid outlet head (8) is closed, a conical surface of the liquid outlet head is provided with a plurality of transverse first through holes (9), the lower end of a conical tube of the liquid outlet head (8) is connected with a vertical tube, the lower end of the vertical tube extends out of a lower tube opening of the liquid outlet tube (7) and is in sliding fit with the lower tube opening of the liquid outlet tube (7), the lower end of the vertical tube is provided with a ball (10), and the spherical surface of the ball (10) is provided with a plurality of warp slots (11) and a plurality of weft slots; a piston (13) capable of sliding up and down is installed in the isolation cavity (4), a pressure spring (14) is installed above the piston (13), the lower end of the pressure spring (14) is in contact with the upper surface of the piston (13), the upper end of the pressure spring penetrates through the horizontal partition plate (2) and extends into the liquid medicine cavity (3), a pressure plate (15) is arranged above the piston, the upper end of the pressure spring (14) is in contact with the lower surface of the pressure plate (15), a vertical screw rod (16) is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the pressure plate (15), the upper end of the screw rod (16) extends out of the liquid medicine cavity (3), a fixed nut (17) is sleeved on the screw rod (16), and an isolation sleeve (18) sleeved outside the pressure spring; the upper surface of the piston (13) is fixedly connected with a vertical pull rod (19), and the upper end of the pull rod (19) penetrates through the pressure spring (14), the pressure plate (15) and the screw rod (16) to extend out of the shell (1); the bottom of the isolation cavity (4) is provided with a plurality of vertical second through holes (20), a plurality of liquid outlet pipes (7) are correspondingly arranged in the plurality of second through holes (20) one by one, and the liquid outlet pipes (7) are attached to the second through holes (20) and can not slide along the second through holes (20);
a baffle (21) is arranged above the piston (13), a vertically-installed bolt (22) is connected to the center of the lower surface of the baffle (21), a vertical threaded hole (23) is formed in the center of the piston (13), the lower end of the bolt (22) is screwed into the threaded hole (23), a sliding block (24) is arranged on the circumferential surface of the piston (13), a vertical groove (25) is formed in the side wall of the isolation cavity (4), and the sliding block (24) is arranged in the vertical groove (25) and is in sliding fit with the vertical groove (25); correspondingly, the lower end of the pressure spring (14) is in contact with the upper surface of the baffle plate (21), and the lower end of the pull rod (19) is fixedly connected to the baffle plate (21).
