Abstract

一种穿戴式多参数生理记录传感衣服,其特征是:在衣服内层与夹层中镶嵌有各种与人体直接或间接接触的传感器组和信号导线,生理信号经调理器与主机处理后显示结果,也可通过无线传送方式送入互联网上供远程医生、自己或家人用手机共享,或把数据传入计算机进行处理得出近24小时或以上的多参数健康报告。当使用者穿上衣服时,就可自动检测:体温、脉搏、心电、脑电、血压、血氧及特殊生命指征。医生可迅速得到第一手检查资料并对常见病尽快制定出诊疗计划。目的是对医院内外病人的监护,易走失的癫痫或精神病人的监护,野战军人、航天航空人员等特殊人群在工作与生活中完成生理的动态和静态的监测与评估。

技术领域:
本发明属于生命科学人体健康监测用医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种穿戴式多参数生理记录传感衣服。
背景技术:
既往的医疗模式是,当病人感到不适或痛苦时去医院看医生,这时有些病人已经病情严重,影响救治效果和转归。
在健康防护方面,近年来远程健康远程医疗有了很大发展。但现在看实际效果多为炒作而无实质的进展。1、如苹果公司在手机中加入了健康软件,同时研制的iwatch,有计步器,计算卡罗里等功能,但这些指标只能说明人还活着且能有多大运动量。手机中软件对输入的数据进行统计和评估,但医生不会也不可能根据这些诊疗疾病,所以对医疗来说没大作用。2、近来国内推出了大量的穿戴设备如腕表,手环,监测功能手表,腕式监测器,血糖仪等等,这一切与苹果的iwatch仅仅是大同小异。3、近来炒作大健康大医疗及互联网医疗,本质是利用医疗机构或医学专业人员的技术支持,编入自己的软件供自已所用,所以这也是一个炒作而已。4、上述相关健康的监测设备只有在医院内的大型设备还在正常运行,老百姓手中的健康产品不具有权威性。5、近年来出现了大量的可穿戴式健康产品,如手表、手环、计步器、iwatch等实际上只是身体上可佩戴式的一个部件,是炒作的可穿戴的概念,其功能也不是一个医疗设备,因为还没有一个指标被医学机构认可。部分血糖仪虽然可用但不属于穿戴产品。
发明内容:
本发明公开了一种涉及穿戴式多参数生理记录传感衣服。
发明的目的是:通过把现代自然信息科学技术与医学科学有机地相结合起来,发明一种可以真正如同衣服一样穿在身上,正常生活的同时又可用于监测人体生理信息,通过自带装置或通过远程相关人员评估自已健康状态,实现无病生防,有病早治,自救或外援抢救争取在有效抢救的时间内,提高抢救和治疗有效,降低猝死率,最终提高人民健康生活质量。
技术方案:
在普通的衣服表层A内层加了一层导电线路层B,在适当的位置镶嵌有传感器或与皮肤接触的电极C。在B层内部,导电线路与各传感器如头部系列信息传感器组(1a、1b、1c、1d、1e),胸背部及上肢传感器组(2a、2b、2c、2d、2e、2f、2g、2h),腰及下肢系列传感器组(3a、3b、3c、3d、3e、3f)相连。头饰1内部导线1f与头部信号预处理及无线发送器1g相连,上衣2内各传感器通过内部导线2i与胸部信号预处理及无线发送器2j相连,下衣3内各传感器通过内部导线3g与腰及下肢信号预处理及无线发送器3h相连,头部、上衣与腰及下肢的信号预处理及无线发送器1g、2j、3h分别导线通过1h、2k和3i与中央处理显示器4,中央处理显示器4内含有数据存储器与接口5并与定位与无线远传模块6相连接,通过数据存储器与接口5或无线方式可与计算机相联机读出存储器内数据供分析使用。通过定位与无线远传模块6可实现与因特网连接实现数据远程共享,便于与医院与家人沟通。
所有传感器与体表皮肤呈必要的电性相连接或非电性感应连接。导线的另一端接入信号处理器,信号处理器把来自所有传感器的信号分门别类地送入信号调理器进行调理后送入单独的或一体的处理器进行运算调理与处理和存储。处理结果直接显示在显示器或送入手机上或带有手机功有腕表上,这些信号可通过主机或手机上传到因特网上供相关人员远程监护、指导治疗或共享,必要时将本发明的中心处理显示器4的数据通过数据存储器与接口5或无线方式输入计算机中进行处理分析完成最少24小时内的自然生活状态下的健康评估报告供医生参考,从而真正实现了可穿戴式多参数生理监护仪功能,其中参数包括了心电图、脑电图、血压、血氧、体温和呼吸监测基本功能还包括了必要的其它生理参数。

具体实施方式:
衣服表层A与一般衣服无大差别,中间夹层B内部镶嵌有1、2、3系列测量体温、脉搏、心电、脑电、血压、血氧等生命指征的传感器,同时镶有必要的特制的导线1f、2i、3g,1h、2g、3i和必要的信息处理器1g、2j、3h,所有生命信号都通过1h、2g、3i或无线模块传送到中央处理器显示器4进行处理运算并显示在屏幕上,中央处理器显示器4上集成有数据存储器与接口5,通过数据存储器与接口5或无线传输方式将数据传入计算机,可对24小时以上的数据进行分析得出病情报告。同时可通过定位与无线远传模块6通过因特网与远处医疗护理机构和家人互动救治。具体实施时中央处理器显示器4附带的显示器的位置可根据用户需要放在腰部,也可放在腕部4a手表的位置或上臂4b的位置以适应于不同的爱好者,有此病人只需测量个别指标,如只测心电图或仅测血压,这时也可根据不同病人状况与其它传感器选择性连接使用。
其优点是:穿戴本发明不影响日常生活,必要时完成生理指标监测,可以根据需要选择监测指标。
解决的问题是:人在那?是否还活着?健康状态如何?
应用范围很广:包括病人的家庭监护、住院病人的监护、出院病人的近期家中监护、对于容易走失的神经科、癫痫科、精神科及老年病科病人的定位监护、寻找与健康评估,也可用于劳动能力评估、心功能评估;可完成对各种矿下作业人员的定位与生命状态的评估,也适用于对战场上的军人、航空航天员和特工人员等的健康监护。

Claims (2)

1.一种穿戴式多参数生理记录传感衣服,包括头饰(1)、上衣(2)和下衣(3)和中央处理显示器(4),其特征在于在传感衣夹层(B)内部镶嵌有系列传感导联线(1f)、(2i)、(3a),这些传感导联线与衣服内衬层(C)镶嵌的系列传感器(1a)、(1b)、(1c)、(1d)、(1e)、(2a)、(2b)、(2c)、(2d)、(2e)、(2f)、(2g)、(2h)、(3a)、(3b)、(3c)、(3d)、(3e)、(3f)呈电性相连,同时通过导联线(1h)、(2k)、(3i)与头部信号预处理及无线发送器(1g)、胸部信号预处理及无线发送器(2j)、腰及下肢信号预处理及无线发送器(3h)相连后再通过导联线(1h)、(2k)、(3i)与中央处理显示器(4)、上臂显示器(4a)或腕部显示器(4b)呈电性或通过定位与无线远传模块(6)实现无线连接;头饰(1)、上衣(2)和下衣(3)系列中镶嵌的传感器系列中属于生物电检测相关的1a类传感器在衣服内层(C)与皮肤呈电性耦合接触,非生物电类理化检测传感器(2f)、(2h)与衣服表层(A)或皮肤呈非电性连接。
