The umbrella honeycomb device 01 provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following working principle: in the opening process of the umbrella, the lower nest component 2 slides along the axial direction of the umbrella middle rod 4 towards the upper nest 1, namely the pulling sleeve 22 is pushed to drive the guide sleeve 21 to slide towards the upper nest 1 together, when the elastic piece 211 on the guide sleeve 21 is correspondingly arranged and clamped with the clamping hook 11, the lower nest component 2 is connected with the upper nest 1, and at the moment, the umbrella is in a fully opened state and keeps stable; in the folding process of the umbrella, the pull sleeve 22 applies an acting force to the direction away from the guide sleeve 21, and each elastic piece 211 on the guide sleeve 21 deforms outwards along the radial direction of the middle rod 4 of the umbrella, namely the clamping hole 212 on the elastic piece 211 is separated from the clamping hook 11, and at the moment, the umbrella is in a folding state. When the clamping hole 212 of the elastic piece 211 is clamped at the buckle, the stress point of the clamping hole 212 is positioned at the hole side wall, namely the stress point of the clamping hole 212 is positioned on the elastic piece 211, when the umbrella middle rod 4 is subjected to the acting force along the axial direction of the umbrella middle rod, the stress point of the elastic piece 211 and the steering point are positioned on the same straight line (here, the stress point of the elastic piece 211 is positioned at the hole side wall of the clamping hole 212, and the steering point of the elastic piece 211 is positioned at the joint of the elastic piece 211 and the guide sleeve 21), namely the elastic piece 211 does not have a steering arm when the elastic piece 211 is subjected to the acting force along the axial direction of the umbrella middle rod 4, so that the elastic piece 211 does not deform outwards along the radial direction of the umbrella middle rod 4, and the clamping hook 11 is always clamped in the clamping hole 212, thereby ensuring the stability of the umbrella honeycomb device 01 in the use process.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, the guide sleeve 21 includes a main body 210, the main body 210 has at least one elastic piece 211, the elastic piece 211 has a fixing portion 21a connected to the main body 210 and a deformation portion 21b formed by extending the fixing portion 21a along the axial direction of the stick 4 in the umbrella, a protruding rib 213 is disposed inside the deformation portion 21b of each elastic piece 211, a clamping hole 212 is disposed on the deformation portion 21b and above the protruding rib 213, and a receiving hole 221 corresponding to the protruding rib 213 and used for receiving the protruding rib 213 is formed in the pull sleeve 22. Here, the deformation portion 21b is elastically deformed with respect to the body 210 in the radial direction of the umbrella stick 4. When the deformation portion 21b is not elastically deformed relative to the body 210, the protruding ribs 213 are accommodated in the accommodating holes 221; when the deformation portion 21b of the elastic piece 211 deforms outwards relative to the body 210 along the radial direction of the umbrella middle rod 4, the convex rib 213 slides out of the accommodating hole 221 and abuts against the outer side wall of the pull sleeve 22. Preferably, referring to the drawings, the body 210 has two elastic pieces 211, the two elastic pieces 211 are respectively disposed at two sides of the body 210 with a vertical central axis of the body 210 as a symmetry center, a convex rib 213 and a clamping hole 212 are respectively disposed at an inner side of a deformation portion 21b of each elastic piece 211, and similarly, two accommodating holes 221 corresponding to the two convex ribs 213 are formed on a side arm of the pull sleeve 22, the accommodating holes 221 are respectively disposed at two sides of the pull sleeve 22 with a vertical central axis of the pull sleeve 22 as a symmetry center, and similarly, hooks 11 corresponding to the two clamping holes 212 are disposed at an outer side of the upper nest 1. When the umbrella is in the opening process, the guide sleeve 21 slides along the umbrella middle rod 4 towards the upper nest 1 along with the pull sleeve 22, the two clamping holes 212 are respectively clamped on the two clamping hooks 11, so that the upper nest 1 and the lower nest assembly 2 are buckled, the umbrella is in the completed opening state, at the moment, the connection part of the fixing part 21a of the elastic sheet 211 and the body 210 is a turning point, the hole side wall of the clamping hole 212 on the deformation part 21b is a stress point, the two action points are positioned on the same straight line, no turning power arm exists, and thus, the elastic sheet 211 does not deform outwards along the radial direction of the umbrella middle rod 4; when the pull sleeve 22 moves along the axial direction of the umbrella middle rod 4 and deviates from the guide sleeve 21, the two convex ribs 213 respectively slide out from the respective accommodating holes 221 and are propped against the side wall of the pull sleeve 22, so that the elastic sheet 211 elastically deforms outwards along the radial direction of the umbrella middle rod 4, namely, the elastic sheet 211 is in an open state, at the moment, the clamping holes 212 are separated from the clamping buckles, the upper nest 1 and the lower nest assembly 2 are unlocked and separated, and the umbrella is in a folded state. Meanwhile, as the clamping hook 11 is arranged on the upper nest 1, namely on the umbrella middle rod 4, the clamping hook 11 and the umbrella middle rod 4 do not have relative motion, so that the phenomenon of scraping the umbrella middle rod 4 can be avoided.
Further, referring to fig. 2 to 5, in the present embodiment, a hole sidewall of the accommodation hole 221 near the upper nest 1 has a first guiding structure 31, and the protruding rib 213 has a second guiding structure 32 that is in abutting fit with the first guiding structure 31. When the protruding rib 213 slides out from the accommodating hole 221, the second guiding structure 32 of the protruding rib 213 is matched with the first guiding structure 31 of the hole sidewall of the accommodating hole 221 in an abutting manner, so that the protruding rib 213 can slide out of the accommodating hole 221 more smoothly and abut against the outer edge of the accommodating hole 221 (i.e. on the outer sidewall of the pull sleeve 22). Accordingly, the first guide structure 31 may be a slope or an arc surface, and the second guide structure 32 may be a slope or an arc surface corresponding thereto, and of course, other structures than the slope and the arc surface may be used as long as it is ensured that the protruding bone 213 can smoothly slide out of the receiving hole 221.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 5, in the present embodiment, the first guiding structure 31 is a first inclined surface formed by inclining a sidewall of the accommodating hole 221 along the axial direction of the stick 4 of the umbrella, and the second guiding structure 32 is a second inclined surface formed by inclining the rib 213 toward one sidewall of the first inclined surface. When the pull sleeve 22 moves along the axial direction of the umbrella middle rod 4 and deviates from the guide sleeve 21, the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface are propped against each other to contact, so that the protruding rib 213 slides in the accommodating hole 221 to deviate from a required angle.
Alternatively, not shown in the drawings, unlike the above embodiment, the first guide structure 31 is a first arc surface formed by protruding the hole sidewall of the accommodating hole 221, and the second guide structure 32 is a second arc surface formed by protruding the protruding rib 213 toward one side of the first arc surface. When the pull sleeve 22 moves along the axial direction of the umbrella middle rod 4 and deviates from the guide sleeve 21, the first cambered surface and the second cambered surface are propped against and contacted, and the propping contact area between the first cambered surface and the second cambered surface is small, so that a required angle is provided for the protruding rib 213 to slide in the accommodating hole 221 and deviate from.
Further, referring to fig. 2 to 5, in the present embodiment, the hook 11 has an abutting portion 11a that is engaged with the hole 212 and a guiding portion 11b that guides the elastic sheet 211 to deform, and a third guiding structure 33 that abuts against and cooperates with the guiding portion 11b is disposed at an end of the elastic sheet 211 facing the upper nest 1. Specifically, the third guide structure 33 is located inside the deformed portion 21b toward one end of the upper nest 1. When the lower nest assembly 2 slides along the axial direction of the umbrella middle rod 4 towards the upper nest 1, the third guide structure 33 firstly contacts with the guide part 11b of the clamping hook 11, and the front end of the deformation part 21b of the elastic piece 211 smoothly passes over the clamping hook 11, and finally, the clamping hook 11 is clamped in the clamping hole 212, and the clamping part of the third guide structure abuts against the inner wall of the clamping hole 212. Therefore, the guide portion 11b may be an inclined surface or an arc surface, and the third guide structure 33 may be an inclined surface or an arc surface corresponding to the inclined surface or the arc surface, and of course, may be other structures than the inclined surface or the arc surface, so long as the deformed portion 21b of the elastic piece 211 can be ensured to smoothly pass over the hook 11.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 5, in the present embodiment, the guiding portion 11b is a third inclined surface, and the third guiding structure 33 is a fourth inclined surface formed by inclining an end portion of the elastic piece 211 along the axial direction of the middle rod 4 of the umbrella. When the guide sleeve slides towards the upper nest 1, the fourth inclined surface of the elastic piece 211 is contacted with the third inclined surface first, the elastic piece 211 deforms outwards along the radial direction of the middle rod 4 of the umbrella, so that the deformation part 21b of the elastic piece 211 passes over the clamping hook 11, and finally the clamping hook 11 is clamped in the clamping hole 212.
Alternatively, not shown in the drawings, unlike the above embodiment, the guide portion 11b is a third arc surface, and the third guide structure 33 is a fourth arc surface formed by protruding one end of the elastic sheet 211. When the guide sleeve 21 slides towards the upper nest 1, the third cambered surface and the fourth cambered surface are in propping contact, and the propping contact area between the third cambered surface and the fourth cambered surface is small, so that a required angle is provided for the elastic sheet 211 to go beyond the clamping hook 11.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 4, in the present embodiment, the outer side wall of the pull sleeve 22 protrudes outwards along the radial direction to form a peripheral flange 222, and the guide sleeve 21 abuts against the flange 222. Thus, when the lower nest assembly 2 slides towards the upper nest 1, the convex edge 222 of the pull sleeve 22 can abut against the lower end part of the guide sleeve 21 to drive the guide sleeve to move together.
Not shown in the drawings, the embodiment of the invention also provides an umbrella, which comprises a middle rod, a plurality of main ribs and a plurality of auxiliary ribs, wherein the main ribs and the auxiliary ribs are in one-to-one correspondence and are connected with the auxiliary ribs, the umbrella honeycomb device 01 is arranged at the top end part of the middle rod, each main rib is circumferentially arranged outside an upper nest 1 of the umbrella honeycomb device 01 by taking the axis of the middle rod as the center, and each auxiliary rib is circumferentially arranged outside a lower nest component 2 of the umbrella honeycomb device 01 by taking the axis of the middle rod as the center.
According to the umbrella provided by the embodiment of the invention, on the basis of the umbrella honeycomb device 01, when the umbrella is in the completely opened state, the middle rod is impacted by external force, the upper nest 1 and the lower nest assembly 2 of the umbrella honeycomb device 01 are not tripped, and the stability of the umbrella in the use process is improved.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
