Detailed Description
For convenience of description, a coordinate system is now defined as shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a server power cord fixing apparatus includes a fixing unit 1 and a bundling unit 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixing unit 1 includes a fixing plate 11, a plug 12 connected to the chassis body 3 of the server is disposed on an upper side of the fixing plate 11, and a circular hole for accommodating the plug 12 is disposed on a side of the chassis body 3 of the server, which is located at the power socket 4.
As shown in fig. 3, the plug 12 includes a vertical plate 121, the left and right sides of the vertical plate 121 are respectively provided with an elastic guide plate 122 inclined downward, and the outer side surface (the side close to the vertical plate 121 is the inner side) of the elastic guide plate 122 and the front and rear side surfaces of the vertical plate 121 together form a conical surface with a small upper end diameter and a large lower end diameter. The lower end surfaces of the elastic guide plates 122 are respectively provided with an elastic clamping plate 123, and the outer side surface (the side close to the vertical plate 121 is the inner side) of the elastic clamping plate 123 is an arc surface. The circle determined by the arc surfaces of the two elastic clamping plates 123 and the determined conical surface of the two elastic guide plates 122 are coaxially arranged, and the diameter of the circle where the arc surface of the elastic clamping plate 123 is located is smaller than that of the circle where the lower end surface of the elastic guide plate 122 is located. A step surface is formed between the elastic guide plate 122 and the elastic clamping plate 123.
As shown in fig. 9, when the connector 12 is inserted into the circular hole of the chassis 3 during installation, the elastic guide plates 122 are compressed during the insertion process, and the distance between the two elastic guide plates 122 is reduced until the elastic clamping plate 123 is clamped into the circular hole. The degree of freedom of the downward movement of the fixing plate 11 is limited by the limit fit between the step surface and the case body 3.
As shown in fig. 9, the left and right ends of the fixing plate 11 are respectively provided with a tightening block 14 extending obliquely upward, and the step surface is pressed against the inner side surface of the cabinet 3 through the tightening block 14. That is, when the step surface contacts with the inner side surface of the chassis body 3, the upper end surface of the tightening block 14 is pressed against the outer side surface of the chassis body 3, and the tightening block 14 is elastically deformed to a certain extent.
Preferably, the upper suspended end of the jacking block 14 is a circular arc surface.
This design has two main purposes, first, limiting the freedom of the fixing plate 11 in the up-down direction, and achieving the fixing of the fixing unit 1. Secondly, in order to facilitate the disassembly, when the step surface contacts with the inner side surface of the case body 3, a certain distance needs to exist between the upper side surface of the fixing plate 11 and the outer side surface of the case body 3, so that when the disassembly is needed, a hand stretches into the space between the fixing plate 11 and the case body 3, and then the two elastic clamping pieces are pinched. The setting of the tightening block 14 can avoid excessive insertion during installation, which causes the elastic clamping plate 123 to enter the inside of the chassis housing 3 completely.
As shown in fig. 2, a downwardly extending adjustment belt 13 is provided on the lower side of the fixing plate 11, and the binding unit 2 is provided on the adjustment belt 13.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the strapping unit 2 includes a moving plate 21, a guide block 22 having a shape of a "door" is disposed at a rear side of the moving plate 21, and the guide block 22 and the moving plate 21 together form a through hole for allowing the adjustment strap 13 to pass through. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a first elastic plate 221 is disposed in the guide block 22, an upper end of the first elastic plate 221 is fixedly connected to the web of the guide block 22, and a lower end of the first elastic plate 221 protrudes below the guide block 22, and for convenience of description, a portion of the first elastic plate 221 protruding below the guide block 22 is defined as a first pressing plate. A plurality of first clamping teeth 131 are arranged on one side of the adjusting belt 13 facing the guide block 22, and the plurality of first clamping teeth 131 are uniformly distributed along the vertical direction. The first engaging teeth 131 are the same as the ratchet structure of the ratchet structure, and are not described in detail herein. A positioning block 222 is disposed on a front side of the first elastic plate 221 and engaged with the first engaging tooth 131.
As shown in fig. 2, an arc-shaped strapping tape 23 is disposed on a front side surface of the moving plate 21, one end of the strapping tape 23 is fixedly connected to the moving plate 21, the other end of the strapping tape 23 is suspended, a plurality of second engaging teeth 231 are disposed on an outer side surface of the suspended end of the strapping tape 23, and the second engaging teeth 231 are the same as the ratchet structure of the ratchet structure, which is not described herein again. As shown in fig. 4, the moving plate 21 is provided with an insertion hole 211 for allowing the insertion of the binding band 23 at a position corresponding to the free end of the binding band 23. A second elastic plate 212 is disposed on the moving plate 21 at an outer side of the insertion hole 211 (a side far from the fixed end of the binding band 23 is an outer side), a positioning plate 213 engaged with the second engaging tooth 231 is disposed at a free end of the second elastic plate 212, and an outer end of the positioning plate 213 (a side far from the binding band 23 is an outer end) protrudes outside the second elastic plate 212. For convenience of description, a portion of the positioning plate 213 located at an outer side of the second elastic plate 212 is defined as a second pressing plate.
For convenience of operation, as shown in fig. 5, an adjusting push plate 232 is provided on the outer side surface of the binding band 23.
Because the strapping tape 23 has a certain flexibility, when the positioning plate 213 is engaged with the second engaging tooth 231, the strapping tape 23 is pressed by the positioning plate 213 and is easily deformed inward in an adaptive manner, which may cause an insecure engagement. Therefore, as shown in fig. 4, the moving plate 21 is provided with an abutting plate 214 which is engaged with the positioning plate 213 and located inside the insertion hole 211 (the side far from the fixed end of the binding band 23 is the outer side), so as to prevent the binding band 23 from being deformed by the positioning plate 213.
When in use, the plug 12 is firstly plugged into the round hole of the case body 3, and then the plug of the power line passes through the strapping tape 23 and is connected with the power socket 4 on the case. Then, the position of the binding unit 2 on the adjustment belt 13 is adjusted according to the actual situation (when the binding unit 2 is moved upward, the first pressing plate is not required to be pressed, and when the binding unit 2 is required to be moved downward, the binding unit 2 is moved downward by pressing the first pressing plate). And then the free end of the strapping tape 23 is inserted into the insertion hole 211 to lock the power line (when the power line is locked, the second pressing plate does not need to be pressed, and when the strapping tape 23 needs to be adjusted, the second pressing plate is pressed, and then the strapping tape 23 is pulled outwards).
