Abstract

The sliding hinge in the invention improves the sealing performance of the suspended lighting window in a suspended opening and closing mode.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a suspension type sliding hinge and a window or door using the same.
Background
Currently, lighting windows have: the window comprises a casement window, a sliding window, a frameless window, a suspended window and the like, wherein the casement window occupies space after being opened; the sliding window is difficult to seal after being closed; the frameless window cannot be windowed for ventilation. The suspended window can not occupy too much space after being opened, and can be well sealed after being closed. Therefore, more and more buildings use floating windows on bay windows and balconies. The hook structure comprises a vertically extending hanging shaft connected to the hook part of the rocker arm, and the lower end of the hanging shaft is provided with a horizontally suspended hook part;
the bottom plate is provided with a matching part which is matched with the window sash or the door leaf, a metal plate of the matching part or a track part which is in vertical dislocation is fixedly connected with the matching part, an arc long hole which is coaxial with the rotating hinge point of the rocker arm and can pass through the circle center of the hanging shaft is arranged on the track part, and the hole of the arc long hole is blocked above the hook part.

the sliding hinge is a single-arm type suspension sliding hinge and comprises a mounting bracket 101, a mounting support plate 102, a bottom plate 103, a rocker arm 104 and a hanging wheel 105.
The mounting bracket 101 and the mounting bracket 102 are both fixedly connected to the underside of the bottom plate 103.
The bottom plate 103 is composed of two parts, one part is a fitting part 131 which is fitted with a window sash or a door leaf, the other part is a rail part 132 which is arranged on the fitting part 131 by sheet metal and is staggered up and down, and the rail part 132 is positioned above the fitting part 131. The rail portion 132 is provided with an arc-shaped long hole 133.
The rocker arms 104 are provided with one rocker arm 104, only one rocker arm 104 is L-shaped, one end of the rocker arm 104 is rotationally connected to the bottom plate 103 through a bearing, a reset torsion spring 106 is sleeved outside the bearing, one end of the reset torsion spring 106 is propped against the side face of the rocker arm 104, the other end of the reset torsion spring 106 can be connected to a spring sheet arranged on the bottom plate 103, and also can be connected to a torsion spring pin 107 fixed on the bottom plate 103, the installation position of the torsion spring pin 107 is four, the proper installation position can be selected according to the direction of a sliding hinge on a door or window, meanwhile, the torsion spring pin 107 also plays a role in positioning the limit position of the rocker arm 104, namely an arc-shaped spigot is formed in the hinged end of the rocker arm 104, and the free end of the torsion spring pin 107 is positioned in the arc-shaped spigot, so that the swing angle of the rocker arm 104 can be limited in a 90-degree range. The inflection point of the rocker arm 104 is provided with a hooking portion located at the lower side of the rocker arm 104 and a hanging portion located at the upper side of the rocker arm 104. The hook part is provided with a hook structure which is connected to the bottom plate 103 in a relatively movable manner, the hook structure comprises a vertically extending hanging shaft connected to the hook part of the rocker arm 104, the hanging shaft is a round shaft, and the hanging shaft can rotate around the axis direction relative to the rocker arm 104. The lower end of the hanging shaft is provided with a horizontally suspended hook part 108, the hook part 108 is blocked and arranged below the hole edge of the arc long hole 133, and the hook part 108 is provided with a roller or a bearing which can roll on the hole edge of the arc long hole 133.
The hanging wheel 105 is connected above the hanging hook part through a bolt and nut telescopic mechanism 109, the hanging hook part and the hanging hook part 108 are coaxially distributed up and down, and the hanging wheel 105 can rotate around a vertically extending axis relative to the rocker arm 104.
The free end of the rocker arm 104 is connected to a lever 110 and a handle 120.
When the sliding hinge is used, the hanging wheel 105 is positioned in the window frame track or the door frame track, the rocker arm 104 swings on the bottom plate 103 along with the opening and closing of the door and window, and meanwhile, the bottom plate 103 is hung below the rocker arm 104, so that the ceiling fan is prevented.
Embodiment 2 of the suspension type sliding hinge of the invention: as shown in figures 3 and 4 of the drawings,
the sliding hinge is a plane quadrilateral linkage mechanism type suspension sliding hinge and comprises a mounting bracket 201, a mounting support plate 202, a bottom plate 203, a rocker arm 204 and a hanging wheel 205.
The mounting bracket 201 and the mounting bracket 202 are both fixedly connected to the underside of the base plate 203.
The bottom plate 203 is composed of two parts, one part is a fitting part 231 which is fitted with a window sash or a door leaf, the other part is a rail part 232 which is arranged on the fitting part 231 by sheet metal and is staggered up and down, and the rail part 232 is positioned above the fitting part 231. The number of the track portions 232 is two, the two track portions 232 are distributed in parallel, each track portion 232 is provided with an arc-shaped long hole 233, and the two arc-shaped long holes 233 are also parallel to each other.
There are two rocker arms 204, and the free portions of the two rocker arms 204 are connected by a link 206 to form a parallelogram link 206 mechanism. A free part of each rocker arm 204 is provided with a hook part positioned at the lower side of the rocker arm 204, and the hook parts are positioned on hinge points of the rocker arms 204 and the connecting rods 206; the hook part is provided with a hook structure which is connected to the bottom plate 203 in a relatively movable manner, the hook structure comprises a vertically extending hanging shaft 207 connected to the hook part of the rocker 204, the hanging shaft 207 is a round shaft, and the hanging shaft 207 can rotate relative to the rocker 204 around the axis direction; the lower end of the hanging shaft 207 is provided with a horizontally suspended hook part, the hook part is blocked and arranged below the hole edge of the arc-shaped long hole 233, and the hook part is provided with a roller or a bearing which can roll on the hole edge of the arc-shaped long hole 233. The hanging portion located at the center of the link 206 is connected to the upper side of the rocker arm 204 via the link 206. In addition, one of the two rocker arms 204 is L-shaped, the other rocker arm 204 is linear, the hinged ends of the two rocker arms 204 are rotatably connected to the bottom plate 203 through bearings, a reset torsion spring 208 is sleeved outside the bearings, one end of the reset torsion spring 208 is propped against the side face of the rocker arm 204, the other end of the reset torsion spring 208 can be connected to a spring piece 234 arranged on the bottom plate 203 in a sheet metal mode, and can also be connected to a torsion spring pin 209 fixed on the bottom plate 203, the installation position of the torsion spring pin 209 is four, a proper installation position can be selected according to the direction of a sliding hinge on a door or window, meanwhile, the torsion spring pin 209 also plays a role in positioning the limit position of the rocker arm 204, namely, an arc-shaped spigot is formed in the hinged end of the rocker arm 204, and the free end of the torsion spring pin 209 is positioned in the arc-shaped spigot, so that the swing angle of the rocker arm 204 can be limited in a 90-degree range.
The hanging wheel 205 is connected above the hanging hook part through a bolt and nut telescopic mechanism 210, and the hanging wheel 205 can rotate around a vertically extending axis relative to the rocker arm 204.
The free end of the L-shaped rocker arm 204 is connected to a lever 220 and a handle 230.
