本发明公开了一种生化培养箱,包括箱体以及温湿度控制***,所述箱体内腔由竖直隔板分隔为左、右两个培养室,两个培养室具有独立的温湿度控制***,培养室内设置有数个筛状隔板,培养室的底部设置有振荡摇床,箱体壁上开有进气孔和抽风孔,进气孔上设置有空气过滤装置,抽风孔上设置有抽风机,所述箱体内设置有用以拍摄箱体内状况画面的摄像头,箱体的外壳上设置有显示屏和控制按钮,所述箱体内部设置有控制模块,所述摄像头、显示屏和控制按钮均电性连接所述控制模块,本发明在方便用户振荡液体培养时候,可以达到方便用户查看培养箱而又不导致箱体内的温度发生变化的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及生化器材领域,尤其涉及一种生化培养箱。
背景技术
生化培养箱广泛适用于环境保护、卫生防疫、药检、农畜、水产等研究、院校、生产部门、是水体分析和BOD测定、细菌、霉菌、微生物的培养、保存、植物栽培、育种实验的专用恒温设备。现实中进行液体培养时候往往需要振荡,通过间歇人工拿出来到振荡摇床上振荡完又再放回培养箱进行培养,不仅非常不方便,还会造成培养环境不恒定而影响结果。现有的一种生化培养箱,包括有箱体以及温湿度控制***,箱体内腔有竖直隔板分隔为左右两个培养室,两个培养室具有独立的温湿度控制***,培养室内设置有数个筛状隔板,培养室的底部设置有振荡摇床,虽然可以解决以上问题,但是,这个生化培养箱在使用过程中,当用户需要观察箱体内的状况时候,必须要打开箱体才能查看,在此过程中,箱体内的温度会发生变化,导致实验结果不准确。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述所提及的技术问题,提供一种生化培养箱,在方便用户振荡液体培养时候,达到方便用户查看培养箱而又不导致箱体内的温度发生变化的目的。
为实现本发明目的而提供的一种生化培养箱,包括箱体以及温湿度控制***,所述箱体内腔由竖直隔板分隔为左、右两个培养室,两个培养室具有独立的温湿度控制***,培养室内设置有数个筛状隔板,培养室的底部设置有振荡摇床,箱体壁上开有进气孔和抽风孔,进气孔上设置有空气过滤装置,抽风孔上设置有抽风机,其特征在于:所述箱体内设置有用以拍摄箱体内状况画面的摄像头,箱体的外壳上设置有显示屏和控制按钮,所述箱体内部设置有控制模块,所述摄像头、显示屏和控制按钮均电性连接所述控制模块。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述数个筛状隔板顶部均设置有LED灯,所述LED灯电性连接所述控制模块。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述控制模块包括用于控制LED灯点亮的灯光控制单元、用于通过显示屏显示摄像头拍摄画面的显示驱动单元。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述显示屏为LED显示屏。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述空气过滤装置由前端的活性炭过滤器和后端的微孔膜过滤器构成。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述箱体内壁设置有用于安装所述筛状隔板的若干凹槽,所述凹槽的侧壁上设置有紫外线灭菌灯。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明在箱体内设置有全面拍摄箱体内状况画面的摄像头,箱体的外壳上设置有显示屏和控制按钮,箱体内部设置有控制模块,摄像头、显示屏和控制按钮同时电性连接控制模块,具体操作时候,可以先打开LED灯,并打开摄像头,直接通过显示屏观察箱体内部情况,查看箱体内部情况,并不需要打开箱体查看。通过显示屏观察箱体内部情况,箱体内的温度不会发生变化,实验结果会更加准确。本发明在方便用户振荡液体培养时候,可以达到方便用户查看培养箱而又不导致箱体内的温度发生变化的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种生化培养箱,包括箱体1以及温湿度控制***,箱体1内腔由竖直隔板2分隔为左、右两个培养室,两个培养室具有独立的温湿度控制***,培养室内设置有数个筛状隔板3,培养室的底部设置有振荡摇床4,箱体1壁上开有进气孔5和抽风孔6,进气孔5上设置有空气过滤装置,抽风孔6上设置有抽风机,箱体1内设置有用以拍摄箱体1内状况画面的摄像头8,箱体1的外壳上设置有显示屏10和控制按钮7,箱体1内部设置有控制模块11,摄像头8、显示屏10和控制按钮7同时电性连接控制模块11,数个筛状隔板3顶部均设置有LED灯9,LED灯9电性连接控制模块11,控制模块11包括用于控制LED灯9点亮的灯光控制单元、用于通过显示屏10显示摄像头8拍摄画面的显示驱动单元。其中显示屏10设置为LED显示屏,箱体1内壁设置有用于安装筛状隔板3的若干凹槽,凹槽的侧壁上设置有紫外线灭菌灯。温湿度控制***在现有技术中已经很成熟,直接采用现有技术就可以,在此不再一一叙述。竖直隔板2采用保温材料支撑,需要防止左、右两个培养室温湿度互相影响,本实施例中采用聚氨酯保温板即可。空气过滤装置由前端的活性炭过滤器和后端的微孔膜过滤器构成,活性炭过滤器具有成本低、过滤量大,便于维护的特点,可以除去空气中的大部分粉尘,微孔膜过滤器可以过滤掉空气中的微生物,从而确保空气的洁净度。箱体1的内腔采用优质镜面不锈钢内胆,四角均为圆弧状,易清洁。箱体1的外壳上设置有显示屏10和控制按钮7,箱体1内部设置有控制模块11,摄像头8、显示屏10和控制按钮7同时电性连接控制模块11,控制模块11包括用于控制LED灯9点亮的灯光控制单元、用于通过显示屏10显示摄像头8拍摄画面的显示驱动单元。箱体1内侧面上设置有反光材料层,在LED灯9被点亮时候,通过侧面反光增加箱体1内亮度,提高摄像头8拍摄画面的清晰度。具体操作时候,可以先打开LED灯9,并打开摄像头8,直接通过显示屏10观察箱体1内部情况,查看箱体1内部情况,并不需要打开箱体1查看。通过显示屏10观察箱体1内部情况,箱体1内的温度不会发生变化,实验结果会更加准确。本发明在方便用户振荡液体培养时候,可以达到方便用户查看培养箱而又不导致箱体1内的温度发生变化的目的。

1.一种生化培养箱,包括箱体以及温湿度控制***,所述箱体内腔由竖直隔板分隔为左、右两个培养室,两个培养室具有独立的温湿度控制***,培养室内设置有数个筛状隔板,培养室的底部设置有振荡摇床,箱体壁上开有进气孔和抽风孔,进气孔上设置有空气过滤装置,抽风孔上设置有抽风机,其特征在于:所述箱体内设置有用以拍摄箱体内状况画面的摄像头,箱体的外壳上设置有显示屏和控制按钮,所述箱体内部设置有控制模块,所述摄像头、显示屏和控制按钮均电性连接所述控制模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生化培养箱,其特征在于:所述数个筛状隔板顶部均设置有LED灯,所述LED灯电性连接所述控制模块。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种生化培养箱,其特征在于:所述控制模块包括用于控制LED灯点亮的灯光控制单元、用于通过显示屏显示摄像头拍摄画面的显示驱动单元。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种生化培养箱,其特征在于:所述显示屏为LED显示屏。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种生化培养箱,其特征在于:所述空气过滤装置由前端的活性炭过滤器和后端的微孔膜过滤器构成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种生化培养箱,其特征在于:所述箱体内壁设置有用于安装所述筛状隔板的若干凹槽,所述凹槽的侧壁上设置有紫外线灭菌灯。
