Claims (13)

1. A road rainwater treatment system is characterized by comprising a municipal rainwater trunk pipe and a rainwater treatment unit, wherein the municipal rainwater trunk pipe is connected with a natural water body,
the rainwater treatment unit comprises a first diversion well, a second diversion well, a flow stopping device, a storage regulation facility, an online treatment device and a flow control device, wherein the first diversion well is arranged on the municipal rainwater trunk pipe, and when the first diversion well is of a groove type, the flow stopping device is not arranged;
the position of a water inlet of the first diversion well is the front side of the first diversion well, and the position of a first water outlet of the first diversion well is the rear side of the first diversion well;
the water inlet of the first diversion well is communicated with the municipal rainwater trunk pipe on the front side of the first diversion well, the first water outlet of the first diversion well is communicated with the municipal rainwater trunk pipe on the rear side of the first diversion well, and the cut-off device is arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well; the second water outlet of the first diversion well is connected with the water inlet of the second diversion well, the first water outlet of the second diversion well is connected with the water inlet of a storage regulating facility, and the water outlet of the storage regulating facility is connected with a sewage treatment plant through a sewage pipeline; a second water outlet of the second diversion well is connected with a water inlet of an online processing device, and a water outlet of the online processing device is communicated with the municipal rainwater trunk pipe on the rear side of the first diversion well;
the flow control device is arranged at a second water outlet of the first split well or respectively arranged at a first water outlet of the second split well and a second water outlet of the second split well;
when more than two rainwater treatment units are arranged, the latter rainwater treatment unit is arranged behind the communication part of the water outlet of the online treatment device in the former rainwater treatment unit and the municipal rainwater trunk pipe, the spacing distance is the same or different, and is 50-1000m according to the pollution condition.
2. The road stormwater treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stormwater in the storage facility is discharged to a sewage treatment plant by gravity or by pump drainage;
when a pump-out approach is used, the system also includes a mechanical pump for delivering water in the storage facility to the sewage treatment plant.
3. The road stormwater treatment system of claim 1, wherein the first and second diversion wells may be slotted, weir, slotted weir, under-opening, respectively.
4. The road stormwater treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cut-off device is a fixed weir provided at a first water outlet of the first diverter well; or a water switch;
5. the road stormwater treatment system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the water switch is selected from a valve, gate, flap or weir.
6. The road stormwater treatment system of claim 5, wherein the water switch is selected from a ball valve, a cut-off flap valve, an upwardly opening gate, a rotating weir, a hydraulically inverting weir, or a downwardly opening weir.
7. The road stormwater treatment system of claim 1, wherein the flow control device is selected from the group consisting of gates, weirs, float cut-off devices, gate valves, butterfly or ball valves, hydrocyclone constant flow devices.
8. The road stormwater treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the storage facility is a storage tank or a storage facility with an infiltration function.
9. The road stormwater treatment system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the downpermeable storage facility is selected from a permeable basin or a stormwater module;
the rainwater module comprises a plurality of arched regulating and storing units arranged side by side, end covers clamped with two ends of the regulating and storing units and a gravel layer laid at the bottom of the regulating and storing units, and perforated pipes are arranged in the gravel layer at the bottom of the regulating and storing units; and a permeable geotextile layer is laid on the gravel layer at the bottom of the first storage regulating unit arranged along the water flow direction.
10. A control method for a road storm water treatment system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 wherein said flow control means is provided at the second outlet of the first diverter well, said control method comprising:
in sunny days, the intercepting device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well is in an intercepting state, or the first diversion well is in a groove type, and is in an intercepting state; the flow control device arranged at the second water outlet of the first diversion well is in an opening state; domestic sewage which is misconnected and mixed with the rainwater trunk pipe enters a second diversion well, flows into a storage regulating facility through a first water outlet of the second diversion well, the domestic sewage in the storage regulating facility flows into a sewage treatment plant for treatment under the action of gravity, the domestic sewage can be stored in the storage regulating facility when the water quantity exceeds the maximum overflow quantity of a sewage interception pipe leading to the sewage treatment plant, the domestic sewage flows into an online treatment device through a second water outlet of the second diversion well when the water quantity in the storage regulating facility reaches the maximum water storage quantity, and the domestic sewage treated by the online treatment device is directly discharged into the rainwater trunk pipe;
when raining, the intercepting device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well is in an intercepting state, or when the first diversion well is in a groove type, the intercepting device is in an intercepting state; the flow control device arranged at the second water outlet of the first diversion well is in an opening state; the mixed sewage formed by the domestic sewage which is misconnected and mixed with the rainwater entering the rainwater trunk pipe through a rainwater inlet along the municipal road enters a second diversion well, flows into a regulation and storage facility through a first water outlet of the second diversion well, the mixed sewage in the regulation and storage facility flows into a sewage treatment plant for treatment under the action of gravity, when the water quantity exceeds the maximum overflow quantity of a sewage interception pipe leading to the sewage treatment plant, the mixed sewage can be stored in the regulation and storage facility, when the water quantity in the regulation and storage facility reaches the maximum water storage quantity, the mixed sewage flows into an online treatment device through a second water outlet of the second diversion well, and the mixed sewage treated by the online treatment device is directly discharged into the rainwater trunk pipe;
when the water quantity exceeds the maximum processing capacity of the online processing device during rainfall, the flow control device arranged at the second water outlet of the first diversion well is closed, the cut-off device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well is in an open state, or the first diversion well is in a groove type, and when the liquid level height of the mixed sewage in the groove type diversion well is greater than the height of the groove, the mixed sewage is directly discharged into a natural water body.
11. The control method according to claim 10, when the system includes a mechanical pump, the control method comprising:
in sunny days, the intercepting device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well is in an intercepting state, or the first diversion well is in a groove type, and is in an intercepting state; the flow control device arranged at the second water outlet of the first diversion well is in an opening state; domestic sewage which is misconnected and mixed with the rainwater trunk pipe enters a second diversion well, flows into a storage regulating facility through a first water outlet of the second diversion well, the domestic sewage in the storage regulating facility is conveyed to a sewage treatment plant through a mechanical pump for treatment, the domestic sewage is stored in the storage regulating facility when the water quantity exceeds the maximum flow rate of pump discharge, the domestic sewage flows into an online treatment device through a second water outlet of the second diversion well when the water quantity in the storage regulating facility reaches the maximum water storage quantity, and the domestic sewage treated by the online treatment device is directly discharged to the rainwater trunk pipe;
when raining, the intercepting device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well is in an intercepting state, or when the first diversion well is in a groove type, the intercepting device is in an intercepting state; the flow control device arranged at the second water outlet of the first diversion well is in an opening state; the mixed sewage formed by the domestic sewage which is misconnected and mixed with the rainwater entering the rainwater trunk pipe through a rainwater inlet along the municipal road enters a second diversion well, flows into a regulation and storage facility through a first water outlet of the second diversion well, the mixed sewage in the regulation and storage facility is conveyed to a sewage treatment plant through a mechanical pump for treatment, when the water quantity exceeds the maximum flow of pump drainage, the mixed sewage is stored in the regulation and storage facility, when the water quantity in the regulation and storage facility reaches the maximum water storage quantity, the mixed sewage flows into an online treatment device through a second water outlet of the second diversion well, and the mixed sewage treated by the online treatment device is directly discharged to the rainwater trunk pipe;
when the water quantity exceeds the maximum processing capacity of the online processing device during rainfall, the flow control device arranged at the second water outlet of the first diversion well is closed, the cut-off device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well is in an open state, or the first diversion well is in a groove type, and when the liquid level height of the mixed sewage in the groove type diversion well is greater than the height of the groove, the mixed sewage is directly discharged into a natural water body.

The control method according to claim 10, wherein the flow control device is a first flow control device disposed at a first water outlet of a second split well and a second flow control device disposed at a second water outlet of the second split well when the flow control devices are disposed at the first water outlet of the second split well and the second water outlet of the second split well, respectively; the control method comprises the following steps:
in sunny days, the intercepting device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well is in an intercepting state, or the first diversion well is in a groove type, and is in an intercepting state; the first flow control device and the second flow control device are in an open state; domestic sewage which is misconnected and mixed with the rainwater trunk pipe enters a second diversion well, flows into a storage regulating facility through a first water outlet and a first flow control device of the second diversion well, the domestic sewage in the storage regulating facility flows into a sewage treatment plant for treatment under the action of gravity, the domestic sewage can be stored in the storage regulating facility when the water quantity exceeds the maximum overflow quantity of a sewage interception pipe leading to the sewage treatment plant, when the water quantity in the storage regulating facility reaches the maximum water storage quantity, the first flow control device is closed, the domestic sewage flows into an online treatment device through a second water outlet and a second flow control device of the second diversion well, and the domestic sewage treated by the online treatment device is directly discharged into the rainwater trunk pipe;
when raining, the intercepting device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well is in an intercepting state, or when the first diversion well is in a groove type, the intercepting device is in an intercepting state; the first flow control device and the second flow control device are in an open state; the mixed sewage formed by the domestic sewage which is misconnected and mixed with the rainwater entering the rainwater trunk pipe through a rainwater inlet along the municipal road enters a second diversion well, the mixed sewage flows into a storage facility through a first water outlet of the second diversion well and a first flow control device, the mixed sewage in the storage facility flows into a sewage treatment plant for treatment under the action of gravity, when the water quantity exceeds the maximum overflow quantity of a sewage interception pipe leading to the sewage treatment plant, the mixed sewage can be stored in the storage facility, when the water quantity in the storage facility reaches the maximum water storage quantity, the first flow control device is closed, the mixed sewage flows into an online treatment device through a second water outlet of the second diversion well and the second flow control device, and the mixed sewage treated by the online treatment device is directly discharged into the rainwater trunk pipe;
and during rainfall, when the water quantity exceeds the maximum treatment capacity of the online treatment device, closing the second flow control device, and enabling the cut-off device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well to be in an open state, or when the first diversion well is of a groove type, and when the liquid level height of the mixed sewage in the groove type diversion well is greater than the height of the groove, directly discharging the mixed sewage into a natural water body.

The control method of claim 10, wherein when the system includes a mechanical pump, the flow control devices are respectively disposed at a first outlet of the second split well and a second outlet of the second split well, the flow control device disposed at the first outlet of the second split well is a first flow control device, and the flow control device disposed at the second outlet of the second split well is a second flow control device, the control method comprising:
in sunny days, the intercepting device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well is in an intercepting state, or the first diversion well is in a groove type, and is in an intercepting state; the first flow control device and the second flow control device are in an open state; domestic sewage which is misconnected and mixed with the rainwater trunk pipe enters a second diversion well, the domestic sewage flows into a storage and regulation facility through a first water outlet and a first flow control device of the second diversion well, the domestic sewage in the storage and regulation facility is conveyed to a sewage treatment plant through a mechanical pump for treatment, the domestic sewage is stored in the storage and regulation facility when the water quantity exceeds the maximum flow of a pump row, the first flow control device is closed when the water quantity in the storage and regulation facility reaches the maximum water storage quantity, the domestic sewage flows into an online treatment device through a second water outlet and a second flow control device of the second diversion well, and the domestic sewage treated by the online treatment device is directly discharged into the rainwater trunk pipe;
when raining, the intercepting device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well is in an intercepting state, or when the first diversion well is in a groove type, the intercepting device is in an intercepting state; the first flow control device and the second flow control device are in an open state; the mixed sewage formed by the domestic sewage which is misconnected and mixed with the rainwater entering the rainwater trunk pipe through a rainwater inlet along the municipal road enters a second diversion well, the mixed sewage flows into a regulation and storage facility through a first water outlet and a first flow control device of the second diversion well, the mixed sewage in the regulation and storage facility is conveyed to a sewage treatment plant through a mechanical pump for treatment, the mixed sewage is stored in the regulation and storage facility when the water quantity exceeds the maximum flow of a pump row, the first flow control device is closed when the water quantity in the regulation and storage facility reaches the maximum water storage quantity, the mixed sewage flows into an online treatment device through the second water outlet and the second flow control device of the second diversion well, and the mixed sewage treated by the online treatment device is directly discharged into the rainwater trunk pipe;
and during rainfall, when the water quantity exceeds the maximum treatment capacity of the online treatment device, closing the second flow control device, and enabling the cut-off device arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well to be in an open state, or when the first diversion well is of a groove type, and when the liquid level height of the mixed sewage in the groove type diversion well is greater than the height of the groove, directly discharging the mixed sewage into a natural water body.
