the water inlet of the first diversion well is communicated with the municipal rainwater trunk pipe on the front side of the first diversion well, the first water outlet of the first diversion well is communicated with the municipal rainwater trunk pipe on the rear side of the first diversion well, and the cut-off device is arranged at the first water outlet of the first diversion well; the second water outlet of the first diversion well is connected with the water inlet of the second diversion well, the first water outlet of the second diversion well is connected with the water inlet of a storage regulating facility, and the water outlet of the storage regulating facility is connected with a sewage treatment plant through a sewage pipeline; a second water outlet of the second diversion well is connected with a water inlet of an online processing device, and a water outlet of the online processing device is communicated with the municipal rainwater trunk pipe on the rear side of the first diversion well;
the flow control device is arranged at the second water outlet of the first split well or respectively arranged at the first water outlet of the second split well and the second water outlet of the second split well.
According to the invention, the rainwater in the storage facility is discharged to a sewage treatment plant by gravity or by pump drainage.
According to the invention, the system further comprises a mechanical pump for delivering water in the storage facility to a sewage treatment plant.
According to the invention, the municipal rainwater trunk pipe is provided with one or more rainwater treatment units as described above, and when more than two rainwater treatment units are provided, the latter rainwater treatment unit is arranged behind the communication part of the water outlet of the online treatment device in the former rainwater treatment unit and the municipal rainwater trunk pipe, and the separation distance is the same or different according to the pollution condition, for example, the specific range of the separation distance is 50-1000 m.
According to the invention, the first and second diversion wells may be slotted, weir, slotted weir, open-bottom, etc., respectively.
According to the invention, the cut-off device is characterized in that a fixed weir is arranged at a first water outlet of the first diversion well; or a water switch.
According to the invention, the hydraulic switch is selected from a valve, a gate, a flap valve or a weir gate; preferably a ball valve, a closure flap valve, an upward opening gate, a rotary weir gate, a hydraulic overturning weir gate or a downward opening weir gate.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the flow control device can control the flow rate and the on/off of the media.
According to the invention, the flow control device is selected from the group consisting of a gate, a weir gate, a float cut-off, a gate valve, a butterfly or ball valve, a hydrocyclone constant flow device.
According to the invention, the storage facility is a storage tank or a storage facility with a infiltration function.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the storage facility is of a type having a body of water stored.
Preferably, the storage facility with the infiltration function is selected from a permeable basin or a rainwater module.
According to the invention, the rainwater module refers to a modular rainwater storage device, such as the modular rainwater storage device described in the patent document CN205637079U, in particular the rainwater module described in the embodiments of the specification and the attached drawings.
Preferably, the rainwater module comprises a plurality of arched regulating and storing units arranged side by side, end covers clamped with two ends of the regulating and storing units, and a gravel layer laid at the bottom of the regulating and storing units, wherein perforated pipes are arranged in the gravel layer at the bottom of the regulating and storing units; and a permeable geotextile layer is laid on the gravel layer at the bottom of the first storage regulating unit arranged along the water flow direction.

When the water amount in the storage facility reaches the maximum water storage amount and exceeds the maximum overflow amount of a sewage interception pipe leading to a sewage treatment plant, the sewage flows into the online treatment device again, is treated by the online treatment device and then is directly discharged to a rainwater trunk pipe. The road rainwater treatment system provided by the invention can fully purify the water body, and the purified water body is discharged into the natural water body, so that the water quality safety of the discharged natural water body is ensured.
