The door ring light-emitting assembly 100 of the clothes treatment device is simple and compact in structure, low in manufacturing cost, capable of feeding back real-time states in time, good in light overflow effect and good in user experience.
The light generated by the light source is overflowed from the main reflecting surface of the main decoration 20 after passing through the auxiliary reflecting surface of the auxiliary decoration 30.
Referring to fig. 1, the light source 10 is disposed between the sub-decorative member 30 and the main decorative member 20 in the left-right direction, and light generated by the light source 10 can escape through a passage between the sub-reflective surface and the main reflective surface, and is reflected by the sub-reflective surface to be irradiated onto the main reflective surface of the main decorative member 20, and then can escape through the main reflective surface of the main decorative member 20.
In some embodiments of the present application, the main decoration 20, the sub decoration 30, and the light source 10 are respectively formed in a ring shape. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the auxiliary decoration 30, the light source 10 and the main decoration 20 are respectively formed in a ring shape and coaxially arranged, and the light of the ring-shaped light source 10 can be transmitted out through an included angle between the auxiliary decoration 30 and the main decoration 20, so that the light can be distributed along the circumferential direction after being reflected to the main reflection surface of the main decoration 20 through the auxiliary reflection surface, the uniformity and the visible range of the light are further increased, and the display effect is enhanced.
Wherein the main decoration 20 is formed substantially in an L-shape in cross section, the main decoration 20 includes a first flat section 22 and a first inclined section 21, the first flat section 22 extends in an axial direction of the main decoration 20, the first inclined section 21 is connected to one end of the first flat section 22 and extends obliquely with respect to the axial direction thereof toward one end in a radial direction outward of the main decoration 20, an outer surface of the first inclined section 21 toward one end is formed into a main reflection surface, the sub-decoration 30 is formed substantially in an L-shape in cross section, the sub-decoration 30 includes a second flat section 32 and a second inclined section 31, the second flat section 32 extends in the axial direction of the sub-decoration 30 and is disposed coaxially with the first flat section 22, the second inclined section 31 is connected to one end of the second flat section 32 and extends obliquely with respect to the axial direction outward of the one end in a radial direction of the sub-decoration 30, and an inner surface of the second inclined section 31 facing away from the one end is formed into a sub-reflection surface.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the main ornament 20 is mainly composed of a first straight section 22 and a first inclined section 21, the main ornament 20 is formed substantially in an L shape in cross section, the first straight section 22 extends in the axial direction of the main ornament 20 (front-rear direction as shown in fig. 1), one end of the first inclined section 21 is connected to the front end of the first straight section 22, and the first inclined section 21 extends obliquely outward in the radial direction of the main reflecting surface of the main ornament 20 with respect to the axially-directed one end of the first inclined section 21, the axially-directed outer surface of the one end of the first inclined section 21 forms the main reflecting surface, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the first inclined section 21 extends obliquely forward in the radial direction of the main reflecting surface of the main ornament 20 outward with respect to the axial direction of the first inclined section 21 (front-rear direction as shown in fig. 1), and the front face of the first inclined section 21 forms the main reflecting surface (front face as shown in fig. 1).
Further, the sub-trim 30 is mainly composed of a second straight section 32 and a second inclined section 31, the cross section of the sub-trim 30 is formed substantially in an L shape, the second straight section 32 extends in the axial direction of the sub-trim 30 (the front-rear direction as shown in fig. 1), and the second straight section 32 is disposed coaxially with the first straight section 22, one end of the second inclined section 31 is connected to the front end of the second straight section 32, and the second inclined section 31 extends obliquely outward in the radial direction of the sub-reflecting surface of the sub-trim 30 with respect to the axially-oriented end of the second inclined section 31, and the outer surface of the axially-facing end of the second inclined section 31 is formed into the sub-reflecting surface, for example, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the second inclined section 31 extends obliquely forward in the radial direction of the sub-reflecting surface of the sub-trim 30 with respect to the axial direction of the second inclined section 31 (the front-rear direction as shown in fig. 1), and the rear surface of the second inclined section 31 is formed into the sub-reflecting surface.
Here, the "inner" is understood to be a side directed toward the center of the circle in the radial direction of the main decoration piece 20, and the opposite direction is defined as "outer".
Wherein the light source 10 is arranged between the first and second straight sections 22, 32.
Referring to fig. 1, the light source 10 is disposed between the first straight section 22 and the second straight section 32 and adjacent to the first straight section 22, so that light of the light source 10 can overflow from an included angle between the main decoration 20 and the auxiliary decoration 30, and after being reflected by the auxiliary reflection surface and the main reflection surface, a halation effect gradually weakened along a radial direction of the main reflection surface of the main decoration 20 is formed.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the main decoration piece 20 and the auxiliary decoration piece 30 are coaxially arranged, the inclination angle of the first inclined section 21 relative to the first straight section 22 is smaller than the inclination angle of the second inclined section 31 relative to the second straight section 32, so that an included angle with a certain angle is formed between the tangential extension line of the first inclined section 21 and the tangential extension line of the second inclined section 31, the range that light is reflected to the main reflection surface of the first inclined section 21 through the auxiliary reflection surface at the second inclined section 31 is enlarged, and the halation effect is enhanced.
Wherein the second inclined section 31 extends outwardly a length less than the length of the first inclined section 21. Therefore, the light rays can be reflected to the main reflecting surface of the first inclined section 21 through the auxiliary reflecting surface of the second inclined section 31, and the light rays reflected to the main reflecting surface of the first inclined section 21 by the second inclined section 31 can be prevented from being blocked, so that the visible range of a user is reduced.
Wherein the main reflecting surface and the auxiliary reflecting surface are respectively formed into arc-shaped surfaces protruding towards one end.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the main reflecting surface and the sub reflecting surface are respectively protruded forward in an axial direction (front-rear direction as shown in fig. 1) to form an arc surface, so that not only can the reflection range of light on the sub reflecting surface be increased, but also the reflected light on the main reflecting surface can be distributed along the arc curved surface of the main reflecting surface and gradually weakened in the radial direction of the main reflecting surface, thereby increasing the visual range and the display effect.
Alternatively, the first straight section 22 is integrally formed with the first angled section 21 and the second straight section 32 is integrally formed with the second angled section 31. The integrally formed structure not only can ensure the connection reliability of each component and increase the structural strength of the main decoration piece 20 and the auxiliary decoration piece 30, but also is convenient to form and simplifies the processing procedure, thereby improving the production efficiency of the door ring light-emitting assembly 100, and of course, the first straight section 22 and the first inclined section 21, the second straight section 32 and the second inclined section 31 can also be fixedly connected assemblies, so the application is not limited thereto.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present application, the door ring light emitting assembly 100 of the laundry treating apparatus further includes a light homogenizing sheet 50, and the light homogenizing sheet 50 is disposed between the light source 10 and the sub-finishing member 30.
Referring to fig. 4, the light homogenizing sheet 50 is disposed between the light source 10 and the sub-finishing member 30 adjacent to the light source 10, thereby improving the uniformity of light of the light source 10, reducing the formation of a dark area, and enhancing the display effect of the door ring light emitting assembly 100 by using the light transmittance and light diffusivity of the light homogenizing sheet 50.
Wherein the secondary reflecting surface is formed as a white surface. Thus, by utilizing the reflection characteristic of white light, the light of the light source 10 can be reflected to the main reflecting surface by the auxiliary reflecting surface more fully, thereby enhancing the reflection effect of the auxiliary reflecting surface and further increasing the display effect and the visible range of the light of the main reflecting surface.
Alternatively, the light source 10 is formed by a plurality of LED lamps arranged in series. Therefore, the brightening effect for representing the progress states of various clothes treatment devices can be achieved by arranging the LED lamps, the real-time state of the clothes treatment devices is fed back to the user in time, the manufacturing cost of the door ring luminous assembly 100 can be effectively reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
