Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数由下列原料组成:CYD128环氧树脂50份,缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂50份,端基亚胺中间体50~70份,增韧剂5~15份,120固化剂30~40份。CYD128环氧树脂和缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂复配后,与端基亚胺中间体反应,可生成性能优良的亚胺环氧胶黏剂。在制备过程中,添加由丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯制备的增韧剂,可提升其力学性能。新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂的制备工艺简单,易于工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂及制备方法。
技术背景
环氧树脂胶黏剂因可室温固化、收缩率低、粘接强度高、工艺简单等优点而广泛用于国防和民用领域。随着科技的快速发展,人们对环氧树脂的固化工艺、耐温性和力学性能提出了更高的要求。影响环氧树脂胶黏剂粘接强度的主要因素有环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂以及促进剂等。
目前,对环氧树脂胶黏剂的研究大多集中在增加胶黏剂的韧性,或在增韧的同时提高其耐温性。采用的手段主要是其他树脂与环氧树脂物理共混或化学改性,或在环氧分子中引入新的基团。随着工业的飞速发展,要求胶黏剂具有更高的附着强度。
亚胺环氧胶黏剂,指以聚酰亚胺对环氧树脂进行改性,优化环氧树脂的性能,包括:内应力较大、性脆、高温下易降解、易受水影响等。因此,为了使其适应更高的要求,对环氧树脂进行改性。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂,以改善环氧胶黏剂的力学性能。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂,按照重量份数由下列原料组成:
CYD128环氧树脂50份,缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂50份,端基亚胺中间体50~70份,增韧剂5~15份,120固化剂30~40份。
所述的增韧剂指经以下方法制备:
氮气保护下,丙烯酸丁酯10g,丙烯腈10g,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯10g,加入到30g乙酸乙酯中,升温至50℃,搅拌30min,缓慢滴加1g引发剂AIBN,反应5h,可得到所述增韧剂。
一种新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)CYD128环氧树脂50份,缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂50份,加热至110℃,搅拌2h;
(2)加入端基亚胺中间体50~70份,升温至160℃,反应4h;
(3)降温至100℃,加入增韧剂5~15份,搅拌2h;
(4)降温至室温,加入120固化剂30~40份,搅拌均匀,可得新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂。
本发明的优点与效果
胶黏剂在制备过程中,环氧胶、亚胺中间体、增韧剂的选择都对产品性能产生影响。CYD128环氧树脂和缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂复配后,与端基亚胺中间体反应,可生成性能优良的亚胺环氧胶黏剂。在制备过程中,添加增韧剂可改善亚胺环氧胶黏剂的力学性能,由丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯在引发剂作用下制备的增韧剂,有着优良的增韧效果,可明显改善亚胺环氧胶黏剂的力学性能。新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂的制备工艺简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,但不发明不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
(1)CYD128环氧树脂50份,缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂50份,加热至110℃,搅拌2h;
(2)加入端基亚胺中间体50份,升温至160℃,反应4h;
(3)降温至100℃,加入增韧剂5份,搅拌2h;
(4)降温至室温,加入120固化剂30份,搅拌均匀,可得新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂。
实施例1所制备胶黏剂的力学性能如表1所示,剪切强度按照GB 7124-86,采用万能材料试验机测试,冲击强度按照GB/T 2567 2008,采用ZBC-4型摆锤冲击试验机测试。

实施例2
(1)CYD128环氧树脂50份,缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂50份,加热至110℃,搅拌2h;
(2)加入端基亚胺中间体55份,升温至160℃,反应4h;
(3)降温至100℃,加入增韧剂7份,搅拌2h;
(4)降温至室温,加入120固化剂35份,搅拌均匀,可得新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂。
本实施例2所制备胶黏剂的力学性能如表2所示。

实施例3
(1)CYD128环氧树脂50份,缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂50份,加热至110℃,搅拌2h;
(2)加入端基亚胺中间体62份,升温至160℃,反应4h;
(3)降温至100℃,加入增韧剂9份,搅拌2h;
(4)降温至室温,加入120固化剂39份,搅拌均匀,可得新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂。
本实施例3所制备胶黏剂的力学性能如表3所示。

实施例4
(1)CYD128环氧树脂50份,缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂50份,加热至110℃,搅拌2h;
(2)加入端基亚胺中间体68份,升温至160℃,反应4h;
(3)降温至100℃,加入增韧剂12份,搅拌2h;
(4)降温至室温,加入120固化剂40份,搅拌均匀,可得新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂。
本实施例4所制备胶黏剂的力学性能如表4所示。

实施例1至4中所述的增韧剂指经以下方法制备:
氮气保护下,丙烯酸丁酯10g,丙烯腈10g,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯10g,加入到30g乙酸乙酯中,升温至50℃,搅拌30min,缓慢滴加1g引发剂AIBN,反应5h,可得到所述增韧剂。
Claims (3)
1.一种新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数由下列原料组成:CYD128环氧树脂50份,缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂50份,端基亚胺中间体50~70份,增韧剂5~15份,120固化剂30~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述增韧剂,经以下方法制备:氮气保护下,丙烯酸丁酯10g,丙烯腈10g,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯10g,加入到30g乙酸乙酯中,升温至50℃,搅拌30min,缓慢滴加1g引发剂AIBN,反应5h,可得到所述增韧剂。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)CYD128环氧树脂50份,缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂50份,加热至110℃,搅拌2h;
(2)加入端基亚胺中间体50~70份,升温至160℃,反应4h;
(3)降温至100℃,加入增韧剂5~15份,搅拌2h;
(4)降温至室温,加入120固化剂30~40份,搅拌均匀,可得新型亚胺环氧胶黏剂。
