本发明提供了一种由六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇反应制得的含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂,并公开了其制备方法。这种含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂的优点:适用于水性油墨的包装,且具备优异的剥离强度。这种制备方法的优点:制备过程廉价和无污染。

一种含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制 备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,属于材料研究领域。
背景技术
相比于传统的溶剂型双组份聚氨酯胶黏剂,无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂存在无溶剂挥发、操作简便、原料利用率高软硬段可调等优势,这使得其更具有研究和开发价值。随着人们环保意识的提升,薄膜印刷用的水性油墨已开始使用,但是目前国内的无溶剂胶粘剂已经不能满足该市场需求,从而开发一种含水性油墨的包装袋的专用胶产品就成为了目前国内胶水企业的重要方向。使用普通胶水做成的包装袋经过熟化后其剥离强度还达不到材料的粘结强度,严重时甚至会产生脱层,直接影响至软包装制品的正常使用。为了克服现有产品存在的不足,满足市场的新要求,从而开发了一种含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法一种含油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征是:由六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇反应制得。
所述含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂的其制备方法,其特征是:具体步骤如下:
a、聚酯多元醇的制备:
分别取120g新戊二醇、240g 1,3-丁二醇、120g己二酸、100g间苯二甲酸和80g对苯二甲酸于1000mL四口烧瓶中,滴加0.1~0.25g钛酸四丁酯催化剂之后,搅拌并缓慢升温至160℃,此时反应出水,然后缓慢升温至240℃并保温两小时,此时取样测酸价,若酸价低于15mg KOH/g,则酯化反应结束,然后在温度为220~230℃以及压力为-0.1Mpa的条件下下抽真空5小时,得到酸价≤1mg KOH/g以及羟值为50±5mg KOH/g的聚酯多元醇;
b、目标物的制备:
分别取600g六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(NCO%=21.7~22.2)、300g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、50g聚酯多元醇和50g聚四氢呋喃二醇于四口烧瓶中,再加入0.25g二乙烯三胺作为催化剂,升温至100~120℃,真空-0.1MPa条件下,脱水2小时,检测体系含水量少于0.05%为合格,降温至40℃,即得无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂。
进一步,在步骤a中,新戊二醇、1,3-丁二醇、己二酸、间苯二甲酸和对苯二甲酸的质量比为6:12:6:5:4。
进一步,在步骤b中,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的质量为600g;异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯的质量为300g;聚酯多元醇的质量为50g;聚四氢呋喃二醇的质量为50g。
这种新型含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂的优点:适用于水性油墨的包装,且具备优异的剥离强度。
这种制备方法的优点:制备过程廉价和无污染。
具体实施方式
现在结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,以下实施例旨在说明本发明而不是对本发明的进一步限定。
实施例1:
一种含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂,由六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇反应制得,具体步骤如下:
a、聚酯多元醇的制备:分别取120g新戊二醇、240g 1,3-丁二醇、120g己二酸、100g间苯二甲酸和80g对苯二甲酸于1000mL四口烧瓶中,滴加0.1~0.25g钛酸四丁酯催化剂之后,搅拌并缓慢升温至160℃,此时反应出水,然后缓慢升温至240℃并保温两小时,此时取样测酸价,若酸价低于15mgKOH/g,则酯化反应结束,然后在温度为220~230℃以及压力为-0.1Mpa的条件下下抽真空5小时,得到酸价≤1mg KOH/g以及羟值为50±5mg KOH/g的聚酯多元醇;
b、无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备:分别取600g六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(NCO%=21.7~22.2)、300g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、50g聚酯多元醇和50g聚四氢呋喃二醇于四口烧瓶中,再加入0.25g二乙烯三胺作为催化剂,升温至100~120℃,真空-0.1MPa条件下,脱水2小时,检测体系含水量少于0.05%为合格,降温至40℃,即得无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂。
将制得的无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂加入到无溶剂覆膜机的上胶***中,上胶量为2.0g/m2,以牛皮纸以及BOPP膜为基材,制备得到复合材料,进一步熟化之后,根据GB/T2791-1995测试其强度,强度为0.9(N.15mm),说明经无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂得到的复合材料在固化之后具备优异的剥离强度。
对比实施例1:
产品中不加入聚四氢呋喃二醇,其余实验条件同实施例一。制得的复合材料经熟化之后,强度为0.3(N.15mm),且目测出现了严重的脱层现象,说明聚四氢呋喃二醇的加入可有效提高复合材料的粘结性能。
本发明制备得到的无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂,制备过程简单,廉价,且聚四氢呋喃二醇的加入可有效提升印刷有水性油墨的纸塑材料的粘结性能。

Claims (4)

1.一种含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征是:由六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇反应制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征是:具体步骤如下:
a、聚酯多元醇的制备:
分别取120g新戊二醇、240g 1,3-丁二醇、120g己二酸、100g间苯二甲酸和80g对苯二甲酸于1000mL四口烧瓶中,滴加0.1~0.25g钛酸四丁酯催化剂之后,搅拌并缓慢升温至160℃,此时反应出水,然后缓慢升温至240℃并保温两小时,此时取样测酸价,若酸价低于15mgKOH/g,则酯化反应结束,然后在温度为220~230℃以及压力为-0.1Mpa的条件下下抽真空5小时,得到酸价≤1mg KOH/g以及羟值为50±5mg KOH/g的聚酯多元醇;

4.根据权利要求2所述含水性油墨的包装用无溶剂单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征是:在步骤b中,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的质量为600g;异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯的质量为300g;聚酯多元醇的质量为50g;聚四氢呋喃二醇的质量为50g。
