本发明公开了一种多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置,包括净化器主体和容器,所述净化器主体的上游端设有过滤网,沿着所述净化器主体的内壁周向开设四个凹槽,沿着所述容器的外壁周向开设四个与凹槽相对应的凸体,所述凸体和凹槽相互固定卡扣,所述容器中装满活性碳纤维,所述容器的内壁上固定安装无孔挡板的底面周围,所述容器的底端固定安装有机滤膜,所述有机滤膜的下游端安装有超滤膜,此多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置结构简单,设计新颖,既可以实现高效的过滤有机溶剂,又方便活性碳纤维的更换,使该净化装置过滤效果达到更高理想,适合被广泛推用。

技术领域
本发明涉及有机溶剂净化装置领域,具体为一种多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置。
背景技术
很多制药和精细化工企业在生产过程中,在生产工艺过程中采用各种有机溶剂和催化剂如含苯类、烃类、醇类、酮类等完成产品工艺后,会产生很多副产品及多种复杂成分的有机废气,不仅污染环境,恶化生产条件对人健康造成很大的风险。再次,废气气流中通常会存在有滤网所无法滤除的微粒,而此等微粒乃会堵塞住活性碳的孔洞,降低活性碳的吸附能力,且一旦微粒堵塞于活性碳的孔洞后就难以去除,而现有的有机溶剂净化装置,在实际使用时,有机溶剂净化装置过滤效果并不理想,而且活性碳还不易更换。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置,包括净化器主体和容器,所述净化器主体的上游端设有过滤网,沿着所述净化器主体的内壁周向开设四个凹槽,沿着所述容器的外壁周向开设四个与凹槽相对应的凸体,所述凸体和凹槽相互固定卡扣,所述容器中装满活性碳纤维,所述容器的内壁上固定安装无孔挡板的底面周围,所述容器的底端固定安装有机滤膜,所述有机滤膜的下游端安装有超滤膜。
优选的,所述容器为环形容器,且容器的侧壁为带孔侧壁。
优选的,所述无孔挡板为圆锥形,且无孔挡板的数量为两个。
优选的,所述过滤网位于容器的上游端。
优选的,所述过滤网的孔径为0.1mm。
优选的,所述凸体和凹槽的交接处设有密封橡胶垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:此多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置结构简单,通过在净化器主体的上游端设置过滤网,可以直接过滤掉直径较大的杂质,通过在净化器主体的内壁上开设有凹槽,在容器上设有相对应的凸体,凹槽和凸体相互卡扣在一起,在容器上放满活性碳纤维,既可以实现对有机溶剂的吸附,又方便活性碳纤维的更换,通过设置两块无孔挡板,增加了有机溶剂与活性碳纤维接触面积,提高了过滤的效率,在容器的底端紧接着设置有机滤膜和超滤膜,高效的过滤有机溶剂,使该净化装置过滤效果达到更高理想。

一种多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置,包括净化器主体1和容器8,所述容器8为环形容器,且容器8的侧壁为带孔侧壁,所述净化器主体1的上游端设有过滤网2,沿着所述净化器主体1的内壁周向开设四个凹槽9,沿着所述容器8的外壁周向开设四个与凹槽9相对应的凸体7,所述凸体7和凹槽9相互固定卡扣,所述凸体7和凹槽9的交接处设有密封橡胶垫,所述容器8中装满活性碳纤维4,所述过滤网2位于容器8的上游端,所述过滤网2的孔径为0.1mm,所述容器8的内壁上固定安装无孔挡板3的底面周围,所述无孔挡板3为圆锥形,且无孔挡板3的数量为两个,所述容器8的底端固定安装有机滤膜5,所述有机滤膜5的下游端安装有超滤膜6。
通过在净化器主体1的上游端设置过滤网2,可以直接过滤掉直径较大的杂质,通过在净化器主体1的内壁上开设有凹槽9,在容器8上设有相对应的凸体7,凹槽9和凸7体相互卡扣在一起,在容器8上放满活性碳纤维4,既可以实现对有机溶剂的吸附,又方便活性碳纤维4的更换,通过设置两块无孔挡板3,增加了有机溶剂与活性碳纤维4接触面积,提高了过滤的效率,在容器8的底端紧接着设置有机滤膜5和超滤膜6,高效的过滤有机溶剂,使该净化装置过滤效果达到更高理想。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置,包括净化器主体(1)和容器(8),其特征在于:所述净化器主体(1)的上游端设有过滤网(2),沿着所述净化器主体(1)的内壁周向开设四个凹槽(9),沿着所述容器(8)的外壁周向开设四个与凹槽(9)相对应的凸体(7),所述凸体(7)和凹槽(9)相互固定卡扣,所述容器(8)中装满活性碳纤维(4),所述容器(8)的内壁上固定安装无孔挡板(3)的底面周围,所述容器(8)的底端固定安装有机滤膜(5),所述有机滤膜(5)的下游端安装有超滤膜(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置,其特征在于:所述容器(8)为环形容器,且容器(8)的侧壁为带孔侧壁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置,其特征在于:所述无孔挡板(3)为圆锥形,且无孔挡板(3)的数量为两个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置,其特征在于:所述过滤网(2)位于容器(8)的上游端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多孔膜渗透蒸发式过滤有机溶剂净化装置,其特征在于:所述过滤网(2)的孔径为0.1mm。
