Abstract

According to the base cover for the dish washing machine, the coaming is arranged into the integral piece, and the coaming can be matched with the base of the dish washing machine in a clamping mode, so that a user can directly clamp the coaming with the base of the dish washing machine in the assembling process, the base cover can be conveniently and integrally fixed, parts such as a water cup and a washing pump can be shielded and protected, and meanwhile, the coaming can be conveniently assembled and disassembled by the user and timely maintained, so that the cost is reduced, and the user experience is improved.

Technical Field

Background
In the related art, the pedestal cover of the dish washer is of a split structure, each side plate needs to be connected with the lower part of the water tank of the dish washer during assembly, and the pedestal cover is fastened through screws, so that the pedestal cover is inconvenient to install, has a complex structure and is high in manufacturing cost.

According to some examples of the invention, a first buckle or a first clamping groove is respectively arranged on the rear edge of the left side plate and the rear edge of the right side plate.
According to some examples of the present invention, the left side plate and the right side plate are respectively provided with a plurality of first buckles, and the plurality of first buckles are respectively arranged at intervals along the length direction of the rear edge of the left side plate and the length direction of the rear edge of the right side plate.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the coaming 20 includes a left side plate, a right side plate, and a front side plate, the left side plate and the right side plate being disposed at a distance in a left-right direction, a left side edge of the front side plate being connected to a front edge of the left side plate, and a right side edge of the front side plate being connected to a front edge of the left side plate, such that a surrounding space is formed by the left side plate, the right side plate, and the front side plate respectively connected to the left side plate and the right side plate, so that a water cup, a washing pump, etc. of the dishwasher 100 are installed therein, thereby achieving shielding, protecting, and securing an overall appearance effect.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the rear edge of the left side plate and the rear edge of the right side plate are respectively provided with a first buckle 21 or a first slot, in other words, the rear edge of the left side plate is provided with the first buckle 21, while the rear edge of the right side plate is provided with the first buckle 21 (as shown in fig. 4), or the rear edge of the left side plate is provided with the first buckle 21, while the rear edge of the right side plate is provided with the first slot, or the rear edge of the left side plate is provided with the first slot, while the rear edge of the right side plate is provided with the first slot.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the left side plate and the right side plate are provided with a plurality of first buckles 21, and the plurality of first buckles 21 may be respectively arranged at intervals along the length direction of the rear extension of the left side plate (the up-down direction in the example shown in fig. 1) and the length direction of the rear extension of the right side plate, so that the plurality of first buckles 21 may be connected with the base 30 of the dishwasher 100 in a clamping manner, thereby ensuring the reliability of the assembly connection between the base cover and the base 30 of the dishwasher 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, at least one of the left side plate and the right side plate has a first screw hole 22, for example, in the example shown in fig. 4, the left side plate is provided with the first screw hole 22 adjacent to the first bayonet, and the base cover is screwed with the base 30 of the dishwasher 100 through the first screw hole 22 to further secure connection reliability.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of second screw holes 23 may be provided near the upper edge of the front side plate, for example, in the example shown in fig. 1, two second screw holes 23 are provided, and the upper portion of the front side plate is provided at a distance in the left-right direction, and the shroud 20 is fastened to the lower end of the inner tub 10 of the dishwasher 100 through the second screw holes 23, thereby further securing the reliability of the assembly between the components of the dishwasher 100.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some examples of the present invention, the length of the right side plate in the front-rear direction is greater than the length of the left side plate in the front-rear direction, and at the same time, the length of the bottom cover 40 coupled to the surrounding plate 20 in the front-rear direction is greater than the length of the right side plate in the front-rear direction, so that the assembly of the bottom cover with the bottom base 30 of the dishwasher 100 can be facilitated, and the convenience of assembly and disassembly can be improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, the shroud 20 is integrally formed with the bottom cover 40. Therefore, the integral structural strength of the base cover can be further ensured, and the integral maintenance and assembly and disassembly are convenient.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the rear edge of the bottom cover 40 is provided with a plurality of second hooks 41 or a plurality of second locking grooves, for example, the rear edge of the bottom cover 40 may be provided with two second hooks 41 (as illustrated in fig. 5), or may be provided with one second hook 41 and one second locking groove, and the plurality of second hooks 41 or the second locking grooves are spaced apart along the length direction (left-right direction as illustrated in fig. 1) of the rear edge of the base 30, thereby securing the fastening connection between the bottom cover 40 and the base 30 of the dishwasher 100 through the locking engagement, thereby securing the reliability of the connection of the base cover and the base 30.
An assembling process of a base cover for a dish washer according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
The base cover for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a surrounding plate 20 and a bottom cover 40, the surrounding plate 20 includes a left side plate, a right side plate and a front side plate, the rear edge of the left side plate and the rear edge of the right side plate are respectively provided with a first buckle 21, the upper portion of the front side plate is provided with two second screw holes 23 spaced apart and arranged and the rear edge of the left side plate is provided with a first screw hole 22 adjacent thereto, and the rear edge of the bottom cover 40 is provided with two second buckles 41 spaced apart and arranged.
During installation, the first buckle 21 of the right side plate is clamped on the clamping block 31 of the base 30, the second buckle 41 of the bottom cover 40 is aligned and clamped with the clamping block 33 of the base 30, the first buckle 21 of the left side plate is installed, and finally three fastening screws are respectively connected to the first screw hole 22 and the second screw hole 23, so that the rapid installation of the base cover is completed;
when the water tank is disassembled, the three screws of the front side plate and the left side plate are firstly disassembled, then the first buckle 21 of the left side plate is disassembled, the edge position of the left base cover is grasped to pull the left base cover backwards, the second buckle 41 of the bottom cover 40 can be disassembled, and finally the whole base cover is disassembled, so that the water tank bottom part is convenient to maintain.
The dishwasher 100 according to the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes a tub 10, a sump 30, a cup and a wash pump, and a sump cover for the dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The base 30 is arranged at the bottom end of the liner 10, the water cup and the washing pump are respectively arranged at the outer bottom surface of the liner 10, the base cover is connected with the base 30 in a clamping way, and the water cup and the washing pump are shielded in the enclosure space, so that the protection effect can be achieved, and the appearance effect can be ensured.
The dishwasher 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient assembly and disassembly, low manufacturing cost, etc., by adopting the base cover for the dishwasher according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention.

the bottom cover is arranged at the lower end of the coaming, and the bottom cover and the coaming together define a retaining space so as to cover a water cup and a washing pump of the dish washer in the retaining space; the coaming comprises a left side plate, a right side plate and a front side plate, wherein the left side plate and the right side plate are arranged at intervals, the left side edge of the front side plate is connected with the front edge of the left side plate, and the right side edge of the front side plate is connected with the front edge of the right side plate; the rear edge of the bottom cover is provided with a plurality of second buckles or a plurality of second clamping grooves which are suitable for being clamped with the base, and the second buckles or the second clamping grooves are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the rear edge of the bottom cover.
2. The base cover for a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the rear edge of the left side plate and the rear edge of the right side plate are provided with a first buckle or a first clamping groove, respectively.
3. The base cover for a dishwasher according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of the first hooks are provided on the left and right side plates, respectively, and the plurality of the first hooks are arranged at intervals along a length direction of the rear edge of the left side plate and a length direction of the rear edge of the right side plate, respectively.
4. The base cover for a dishwasher of claim 2, wherein at least one of the left and right side plates is further provided with a first screw hole adapted to be bolted to the base.
5. The base cover for a dishwasher of claim 2, wherein the front side plate is provided with a plurality of second screw holes arranged at intervals, and the coaming is connected with the lower end of the inner container of the dishwasher through the second screw holes.
6. The base cover for a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the length of the right side plate in the front-rear direction is greater than the length of the left side plate in the front-rear direction, and the length of the bottom cover in the front-rear direction is greater than the length of the right side plate in the front-rear direction.
7. The base cover for a dishwasher of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the bottom cover is integrally formed with the shroud.
8. A dishwasher, comprising:
an inner container;
the base is arranged at the bottom end of the inner container;
the water cup and the washing pump are arranged on the outer bottom surface of the inner container;
the base cover for a dishwasher of any one of claims 1-7.
