b、将浸轧好的织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸,汽蒸时间为8-15min,汽蒸温度为80-86℃;
c、将汽蒸好的织物先用0-10℃冷水洗4-6min后,再用55-60℃的热水洗2-3min;
d、将水洗好的织物通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干时间为10-16min,烘干温度为60-70℃,即得到成品。
所述浸轧液由如下重量份数的组分组成:二羟甲基二羟乙烯脲3.5份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐13.5份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵3份、亚麻酸12份、柠檬酸钠3.5份、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷6.5份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯4.5份、苯乙烯16份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚6.5份、柠檬酸钠4.5份、硫酸铝4.5份。
所述汽蒸时间为10min,汽蒸温度为82℃。
所述浸轧时间为8min,浸轧率为80%。
所述烘干时间为12min,烘干温度为65℃。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种平滑硬挺织物的制备方法,该方法本发明的硬挺剂制备工艺简便易控制,整理织物硬挺效果好,释放甲醛量低,性能稳定,耐热稳定性、耐酸碱稳定性和贮存稳定性都极好,并且其成膜性能好,耐洗性好。

实施例1
一种平滑硬挺织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将织物在浸轧液中进行浸轧,浸轧时间为6-10min,浸轧率为70-90%,其中,所述浸轧液由如下重量份数的组分组成:二羟甲基二羟乙烯脲1份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐12份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2份、亚麻酸10份、柠檬酸钠2份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷4份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯3份、苯乙烯15份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、柠檬酸钠3份、硫酸铝1份;
b、将浸轧好的织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸,汽蒸时间为8-15min,汽蒸温度为80-86℃;
c、将汽蒸好的织物先用0-10℃冷水洗4-6min后,再用55-60℃的热水洗2-3min;
d、将水洗好的织物通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干时间为10-16min,烘干温度为60-70℃,即得到成品。
实施例2
一种平滑硬挺织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

b、将浸轧好的织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸,汽蒸时间为8-15min,汽蒸温度为80-86℃;
c、将汽蒸好的织物先用0-10℃冷水洗4-6min后,再用55-60℃的热水洗2-3min;
d、将水洗好的织物通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干时间为10-16min,烘干温度为60-70℃,即得到成品。
实施例3
一种平滑硬挺织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将织物在浸轧液中进行浸轧,浸轧时间为6-10min,浸轧率为70-90%,其中,所述浸轧液由如下重量份数的组分组成:二羟甲基二羟乙烯脲3.5份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐13.5份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵3份、亚麻酸12份、柠檬酸钠3.5份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷6.5份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯4.5份、苯乙烯16份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚6.5份、柠檬酸钠4.5份、硫酸铝4.5份;
b、将浸轧好的织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸,汽蒸时间为8-15min,汽蒸温度为80-86℃;
c、将汽蒸好的织物先用0-10℃冷水洗4-6min后,再用55-60℃的热水洗2-3min;
d、将水洗好的织物通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干时间为10-16min,烘干温度为60-70℃,即得到成品。
本实施例中经过整理的织物硬挺性较好,水洗前的硬挺度为10.5cm,5次水洗后仍可达到10.8cm,下降率为4%。

1.一种平滑硬挺织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括以下步骤:
a、将织物在浸轧液中进行浸轧,浸轧时间为6-10min,浸轧率为70-90%,其中,所述浸轧液由如下重量份数的组分组成:二羟甲基二羟乙烯脲1-6份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐12-15份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2-4份、亚麻酸10-14份、柠檬酸钠2-5份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷4-9份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯3-6份、苯乙烯15-17份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-8份、柠檬酸钠3-6份、硫酸铝1-8份;
b、将浸轧好的织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸,汽蒸时间为8-15min,汽蒸温度为80-86℃;
c、将汽蒸好的织物先用0-10℃冷水洗4-6min后,再用55-60℃的热水洗2-3min;
d、将水洗好的织物通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干时间为10-16min,烘干温度为60-70℃,即得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种平滑硬挺织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述浸轧液由如下重量份数的组分组成:二羟甲基二羟乙烯脲3.5份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐13.5份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵3份、亚麻酸12份、柠檬酸钠3.5份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷6.5份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯4.5份、苯乙烯16份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚6.5份、柠檬酸钠4.5份、硫酸铝4.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种平滑硬挺织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述汽蒸时间为10min,汽蒸温度为82℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种平滑硬挺织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述浸轧时间为8min,浸轧率为80%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种平滑硬挺织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烘干时间为12min,烘干温度为65℃。
