各种家庭装饰布制用品，如窗帘、地毯，应当优选具有阻燃性能并且具有一定硬挺度的织物。硬挺整理是织物后整理的一种，它利用具有一定粘度的天然或合成的高分子物质制成的浆液，在织物上形成薄膜，从而使织物获得平滑、硬挺、厚实、丰满等手感，并提高织物强力和耐磨性。通过采用化学整理，以提高加工深度，获得良好的整理产品。但是目前常用的整理剂，不具有良好的耐洗涤性，织物整理效果不持久，工艺复杂，增加成本，从而限制了市场的推广。而随着环境保护和能源综合利用问题的提出，整理剂向着低能耗、无污染的方向发展。由于不同的整理剂会产生不同的效果，因此选择适宜整理剂及其添加剂助剂等，优化工艺条件，是提高织物硬挺整理效果的关键。只有通过选用合适的整理剂和添加剂，进行工艺优化，对织物硬挺整理，才可以达到高级服饰的要求。

a、将织物在浸轧液中进行浸轧，浸轧时间为6-10min，浸轧率为70-90％，其中，所述浸轧液由如下重量份数的组分组成：二羟甲基二羟乙烯脲1-6份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐12-15份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2-4份、亚麻酸10-14份、柠檬酸钠2-5份、 γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷4-9份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯3-6份、苯乙烯15-17份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-8份、柠檬酸钠3-6份、硫酸铝1-8份；
b、将浸轧好的织物通过蒸箱进行汽蒸，汽蒸时间为8-15min，汽蒸温度为80-86℃；
c、将汽蒸好的织物先用0-10℃冷水洗4-6min后，再用55-60℃的热水洗2-3min；
d、将水洗好的织物通过烘干机进行烘干，烘干时间为10-16min，烘干温度为60-70℃，即得到成品。
所述浸轧液由如下重量份数的组分组成：二羟甲基二羟乙烯脲3.5份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐13.5份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵3份、亚麻酸12份、柠檬酸钠3.5份、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷6.5份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯4.5份、苯乙烯16份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚6.5份、柠檬酸钠4.5份、硫酸铝4.5份。
所述汽蒸时间为10min，汽蒸温度为82℃。
所述浸轧时间为8min，浸轧率为80％。
