The washing cabinet 6 is arranged on the side surface of the outer cylinder 4, the width of the washing cabinet 6 is narrow, the lower part of the washing cabinet 6 is arranged on the bottom plate of the washing machine, the upper part of the washing cabinet can reach the position of the tray base 2, and the washing cabinet 6 can form a cabinet-shaped space with the length of about 60cm, the height of about 90cm and the width of about 8cm and is enough for placing at least one set of western-style clothes and western-style trousers hung on the clothes support.
And the high-pressure pump 72 is installed at the bottommost position of the washing cabinet 6 and is used for pumping liquid in the washing cabinet 6 and forming high pressure to circulate to the upper part of the sealing cover 61 through the second water inlet 722 through the circulating pipe 721 so as to spray, wash or rinse high-pressure clothes such as western-style clothes and trousers in the inner space of the washing cabinet 6.
And after the high-end clothes are sprayed and washed at high pressure, the second drain valve 62 is opened, and the washing water or the rinsing water is drained out of the washing cabinet 6 to the outside of the washing machine.
Tee bend 43 is connected a tee bend 43 between the water pipe that links to each other with first drain valve 41 and second drain valve 62, lets through this tee bend 43 that the waste water that first drain valve 41 and second drain valve 62 discharge all through the drain pipe outside of washing machine, and is more integrated, pleasing to the eye, and then prevents inconvenience and unaesthetic that two drain pipes brought.
The control valve 8 is opened to enable the mixed washing water in the outer cylinder 4 to enter the water inlet pump 9, and then the water pump 9 is started to pump the washing water mixed with the detergent into the high-pressure spraying side cavity 63 of the washing cabinet 6 through the first water inlet 82.
The beam 712 is arranged in the washing cabinet 6, has a beam support 713, and can be used for placing the beam 712, so that a user can hang clothes on the beam 712 of the washing cabinet 6 after the clothes are supported by the clothes support, and then high-pressure spraying washing is carried out.
The spraying side plate 71 is provided with a high-pressure spraying side cavity 63 inside the washing cabinet 6, the water inlet pump 9 can pump water, the water mixed with the detergent is pumped into the high-pressure spraying side cavity 63 through the water inlet, the spraying side plate 71 is provided with high-pressure spraying fine holes 711, the coverage area of the high-pressure spraying fine holes 711 is larger than that of the clothes, and the water or clean water mixed with the detergent can be sprayed on the clothes at a high speed for washing or rinsing.
The fixed seat 714 and the spraying side plate 71 are further provided with the fixed seat 714, the fixed seat 714 and the spraying side plate are of an integrated structure or are fixed on the spraying side plate 71 through a fixing part, the fixed seat 714 can be connected with a movable fixing device 715 through an elastic part (rubber, a spring and the like), and the movable fixing device 715 can be opened to fix sleeves or feet of valuable clothes.
Through the technical scheme, the high-pressure pump 72 is started, so that the washing water at the bottom of the washing cabinet 6 can be pumped to the second water inlet 722 of the washing cabinet 6 and enters the washing cabinet 6, and is sprayed on clothes at high speed through the high-pressure spraying fine holes 711 on the spraying side plate 71, and the left part and the right part of the clothes are fixed by the fixing device because the upper parts of the clothes are supported and fixed by the clothes, so that the washing water sprayed at high pressure can effectively penetrate through the clothes to wash dirty clothes, the clothes can be prevented from being washed under the condition that the clothes are not fixed, the clothes are washed onto the wall surface of the washing cabinet 6 by the washing water, the washing water can penetrate through the clothes, the effect of the washing water is poor, the problem that the clothes are curled and wrinkled under the impact of the washing water can be avoided.
When the clothes are hung and washed by high-pressure spraying, the clothes are fixed and have no wrinkles; and the clothes to be washed are fixed by the clothes support and the fixing device, the clothes are positioned in the middle of the chamber of the washing cabinet 6, and even if water impacts, the clothes cannot be attached to the wall surface of the washing cabinet 6, so that the washing water and the rinsing water can penetrate the clothes more effectively, and the washing ratio of the clothes is improved.
In addition, the washing machine of the present invention can also realize the washing function of the conventional general washing machine, and after washing/rinsing is completed, water passes through the first drain valve 41, then passes through the tee joint 43, and is discharged out of the washing machine through the drain pipe.
When the washing machine is used for ordinary washing, the washing machine can also be used for carrying out high-pressure spray type washing on clothes which are expensive to wash, easy to wrinkle and multiple in ornaments, the clothes can be hung in the washing cabinet 6 to finish the washing/rinsing process, and the waste water after washing and the waste water after rinsing are discharged out of the washing machine through the second drain valve 62, the tee joint 43 and the drain pipe.
Of course, the user can select the common washing program and the non-abrasion washing program at the same time, and the washing machine can simultaneously carry out two washing modes, thereby being more convenient for the user to use.
The washing cabinet 6 can be additionally provided with a drying module, so that the clothes can be dried by the drying module after washing and rinsing the valuable clothes, and the drying module can adopt electric heating and/or infrared heating and other modes.
The method has the advantages of simple structure, few added components, low cost, no abrasion, good washing effect, stronger function and better user experience, and can ensure that enough space structure exists under the condition that the volume of the washing machine is increased extremely, and the clothes are washed in a hanging state.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment proposes a control method of a washing machine for non-abrasion washing, comprising the steps of:
s1, when detecting that the washing key is not worn down, injecting water into the washing cabinet by using the water inlet structure of the washing cabinet;
s2, after the washing cabinet is filled with water, starting a high-pressure pump to carry out internal circulation high-pressure spraying washing;
and S3, discharging the washing wastewater after the washing is finished.
Preferably, the steps further comprise:
s4, after the washing program is finished, injecting water into the washing cabinet by using the water inlet structure of the washing cabinet;
s5, after the washing cabinet is filled with water, starting a high-pressure pump to perform internal circulation high-pressure spray rinsing;
s6, discharging rinsing wastewater after rinsing is finished;
and S7, after the rinsing wastewater is completely discharged, starting the drying module to dry the hung clothes.
Preferably, in steps S1 and S4, the step of filling water into the washing cabinet by using the water inlet structure of the washing cabinet is specifically:
s11, enabling water flow to enter the outer barrel after passing through the washing box, starting the water guide unit to feed water into the high-pressure spraying side cavity or the hanging cavity, and performing primary spraying washing or rinsing on the hung clothes;
and S12, closing the water guide unit when the water level in the washing cabinet reaches a predetermined spray level.
Preferably, step S12 is specifically any one of the following:
a, when a water level sensor arranged in the washing cabinet detects that the water level of the washing cabinet reaches a preset spraying water level, closing a water guide unit; or
And B, when the water guide unit is started, the timer starts to time, and when the time is accumulated to a preset time threshold value, the water guide unit is closed.
It is further preferable that the rinsing water of the next stage of the washing cabinet operation is introduced into the tub of the washing machine body while the step S2 is performed. More preferably, the water outlet of the outer cylinder is opened firstly, the outer cylinder is washed, then the water outlet is closed, and then the rinsing water is fed.

Claims (13)

1. A washing machine without abrasion washing comprises a washing machine body and a shell, wherein the washing machine body is provided with a water inlet unit and an outer cylinder and is characterized by further comprising a washing cabinet capable of hanging clothes and a high-pressure spraying assembly for washing and hanging the clothes, the washing cabinet is arranged on one side of the outer cylinder and is communicated with the outer cylinder through a water guide unit, the water inlet unit, the outer cylinder and the water guide unit of the washing machine body form a water inlet structure of the washing cabinet, and the high-pressure spraying assembly is an internal circulation spraying and washing structure of the washing cabinet;
the washing cabinet is characterized by further comprising at least one spraying side plate provided with high-pressure spraying fine holes, the spraying side plate is fixed inside the washing cabinet and divides the washing cabinet into a high-pressure spraying side cavity and a hanging cavity, water in the outer cylinder flows into the high-pressure spraying side cavity or the hanging cavity through the water guide unit, and the water guide unit is closed when the water level in the washing cabinet reaches a preset spraying water level.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water guide unit includes a water guide pipe and a water inlet pump, the water inlet pump is installed at a lower portion of the outer tub, and a bottom of the outer tub communicates with the washing tub through the water guide pipe.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the water guide duct communicates with an upper portion of the washing cabinet to perform primary spray washing of the laundry suspended in the washing cabinet.
4. The washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein a control valve is provided on the water introduction pipe.
5. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high pressure spray assembly comprises: the spraying device is arranged on the lower portion of the washing cabinet, the spraying device is communicated with the high-pressure pump, and water at the bottom of the washing cabinet is pressurized by the high-pressure pump and then sprayed onto hung clothes through the spraying device.
6. The washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the spray means is at least one spray pipe or at least one spray side plate provided with high pressure spray fine holes;
one end of the spray pipe is communicated with the high-pressure pump, and the other end of the spray pipe is a spray opening extending into the upper part of the washing cabinet.
7. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the mounting is of integral construction with the spray side plate or the washing cabinet.
8. A washing machine as claimed in claim 7 wherein the mounting is provided with a movable fixing means.
9. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the top of the washing cabinet is provided with a sealing cover.
10. A control method of a washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, when detecting that the washing key is not worn down, injecting water into the washing cabinet by using the water inlet structure of the washing cabinet;
s2, after the washing cabinet is filled with water, starting a high-pressure pump to carry out internal circulation high-pressure spraying washing;
and S3, discharging the washing wastewater after the washing is finished.
11. The control method according to claim 10, characterized by the step of further comprising:
s4, after the washing program is finished, injecting water into the washing cabinet by using the water inlet structure of the washing cabinet;
s5, after the washing cabinet is filled with water, starting a high-pressure pump to perform internal circulation high-pressure spray rinsing;
s6, discharging rinsing wastewater after rinsing is finished;
and S7, after the rinsing wastewater is completely discharged, starting the drying module to dry the hung clothes.
12. The control method of claim 11, wherein the step of injecting water into the washing cabinet by using the water inlet structure of the washing cabinet in steps S1 and S4 is specifically as follows:
s11, enabling water flow to enter the outer barrel after passing through the washing box, starting the water guide unit to feed water into the high-pressure spraying side cavity or the hanging cavity, and performing primary spraying washing or rinsing on the hung clothes;
and S12, closing the water guide unit when the water level in the washing cabinet reaches a predetermined spray level.
13. The control method according to claim 12, wherein step S12 is specifically any one of the following:
a, when a water level sensor arranged in the washing cabinet detects that the water level of the washing cabinet reaches a preset spraying water level, closing a water guide unit; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and B, when the water guide unit is started, the timer starts to time, and when the time is accumulated to a preset time threshold value, the water guide unit is closed.
