Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of sorting equipment, and particularly relates to a color sorter, which improves a fixed slide way of a traditional color sorter into a turnover slide way with an adjustable inclination angle, so that the application range of the color sorter is greatly improved, the practicability of the equipment is improved, and the use cost of the equipment is reduced; in addition, the impact of the materials on the inner wall of the hopper is reduced by using the buffer plate, so that the splashing phenomenon of the materials is greatly reduced, and the waste is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of sorting equipment, and particularly relates to a color sorter.
Background
The color selector is equipment for automatically sorting out heterochromatic particles in particle materials by utilizing a photoelectric detection technology according to the difference of optical characteristics of the materials. Color sorters are currently used in the field of discrete materials or packaging industries, food quality inspection and classification. The look selects the machine to be a high accuracy and divides the sorting equipment, consequently has higher requirement to equipment fixing stability, and in addition, the look selects the machine to require differently to the aperture size of play feed bin in different service environment, and how to improve look selection machine stability under the prerequisite of guaranteeing to go out feed bin aperture adjustable is a problem of waiting to solve urgently.
In addition, most of color sorter slideways in the prior art are of fixed structures, users cannot adjust the inclination angle of the slideway according to the needs of the users, and often need to purchase a plurality of machine types with different specifications to sort different types of materials, so that the use cost is improved.
Secondly, the color sorter in the prior art has the defect that when the materials are fed, the materials are easy to splash around after impacting the inner wall of the hopper due to the large fall between the materials and the bottom wall of the hopper, so that a great deal of waste of the materials is caused.

a color sorter comprises a feeding device, a slide way, a sorting box, a nozzle, a discharging bin and a slide way adjusting device; the slide way adjusting device comprises a turnover support, one end of the turnover support is hinged with the color selector rack along a horizontal axis, and the slide way is fixedly connected with the turnover support relatively to enable the inclination angle of the slide way to be adjustable; a driving mechanism for driving the overturning bracket to overturn and a locking mechanism capable of locking the overturning bracket at any angle are arranged between the overturning bracket and the rack;
the feeding device comprises a hopper and a vibrating conveying groove, the feeding end of the vibrating conveying groove is positioned right below the outlet of the material port, and the discharging end of the vibrating conveying groove is suspended above the feeding port of the color selector slide way; the hopper is internally provided with a buffer plate which is arranged in a downward and oblique mode from the inner wall of the hopper, and the buffer plate can completely cover the discharge hole of the hopper when viewed in the vertical direction;
the slideway adjusting device also comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, wherein one end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the swinging end of the overturning bracket, the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the second connecting rod, the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the rack, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, the overturning bracket and the rack form a four-connecting-rod structure together, and opposite sides of the four-connecting-rod structure are parallel in pairs; the feeding device of the color selector is arranged on the first connecting rod, so that the feeding device can swing along with the feeding port of the slideway and can keep the posture of the feeding device unchanged.
The discharging bin comprises a finished product bin, a defective product bin and a leaking bin, wherein the feeding end of the finished product bin is arranged opposite to the lower port of the slide way, so that normal materials can naturally slide into the finished product bin under the action of gravity, the feeding end of the defective product bin is positioned on a throwing path of defective materials blown by the nozzle, so that the defective materials blown by the nozzle can fall into the defective product bin, and the leaking bin is positioned on the side, opposite to the defective product bin, of the finished product bin 141 and used for receiving the scattered leaked materials; and a shared wall is arranged between the finished product bin and the defective product bin and is positioned at the upper ends of the finished product bin and the defective product bin, and one end of the shared wall far away from the feed inlet is used as a rotating shaft to be arranged in an overturning way, so that the shared wall can be overturned towards the finished product bin or the defective product bin to change the size ratio of the feed inlets of the finished product bin and the defective product bin.
The driving mechanism comprises a motor, a gear is arranged on a main shaft of the motor, an arc-shaped rack is arranged on the overturning bracket or the second connecting rod, the arc center of the arc-shaped rack is coaxial with a hinged shaft of the overturning bracket or the second connecting rod on the rack, and the arc-shaped rack is meshed with the gear.
The locking mechanism comprises a first arc-shaped hole formed in a side plate of the rack and a bolt arranged on the turnover support or the second connecting rod, the arc center of the first arc-shaped hole is coaxial with a hinged shaft of the turnover support or the second connecting rod on the rack, and the bolt penetrates through the first arc-shaped hole and is provided with a locking nut on the other side of the arc-shaped hole.
The two side edges of the common wall are provided with ear plates attached to the inner surfaces of the side walls of the finished product bin and the defective product bin, the ear plates are provided with second arc-shaped holes, the curvature centers of the second arc-shaped holes are positioned on the axis of a hinge shaft of the common wall, the side walls of the finished product bin and the defective product bin are provided with screw holes corresponding to the second arc-shaped holes, and screws sequentially penetrate through the screw holes and the second arc-shaped holes and are clamped with the side walls of the finished product bin and the defective product bin through groove nuts.
The invention has the technical effects that the fixed slideway of the traditional color sorter is improved into the turnover slideway with adjustable inclination angle, thereby greatly improving the application range of the color sorter, improving the practicability of the equipment and reducing the use cost of the equipment; in addition, the impact of the materials on the inner wall of the hopper is reduced by using the buffer plate, so that the splashing phenomenon of the materials is greatly reduced, and the waste is avoided.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, a color sorter comprises a feeding device, a slide 12, a sorting box, a nozzle, a discharging bin and a slide adjusting device;
the slide way adjusting device comprises a turning support 15, one end of the turning support 15 is hinged with the color selector rack 10 along a horizontal axis, and the slide way 12 is fixedly connected with the turning support 15 relatively to enable the inclination angle of the slide way 12 to be adjustable; a driving mechanism for driving the overturning bracket 15 to overturn and a locking mechanism capable of locking the overturning bracket 15 at any angle are arranged between the overturning bracket 15 and the rack 10; the invention relates to a method for preparing a Chinese medicament
The fixed slide of the color sorter is improved into the overturning slide with the adjustable inclination angle, so that the application range of the color sorter is greatly improved, the practicability of the equipment is improved, and the use cost of the equipment is reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, the feeding device includes a hopper 11 and a vibrating conveying trough 111, a feeding end of the vibrating conveying trough 111 is located right below an outlet of a material port, and a discharging end of the vibrating conveying trough 111 is suspended above a material port of the color sorter slide 12; be equipped with buffer board 112 in the hopper 11, buffer board 112 sets up from hopper 11 inner wall slant downwardly extending, and look along vertical direction, buffer board 112 can cover the discharge gate of hopper 11 completely. As shown in fig. 4, the discharging bin includes a finished product bin 141, a defective product bin 142 and a leaking bin 143, wherein a feeding end of the finished product bin 141 is disposed opposite to a lower port of the chute 12, so that normal materials can naturally slide down into the finished product bin 141 under the action of gravity, a feeding end of the defective product bin 142 is located on a dropping path of defective materials blown by the nozzle, so that the defective materials blown by the nozzle can fall into the defective product bin 142, and the leaking bin 143 is located on a side of the finished product bin 141 opposite to the defective product bin 142 and is used for receiving the dropped leaking materials; a common wall 144 is provided between the finished product bin 141 and the defective product bin 142, the common wall 144 is located at the upper ends of the finished product bin 141 and the defective product bin 142, and the common wall 144 is turned over by using an end away from the feed opening as a rotating shaft, so that the common wall 144 can be turned over toward the finished product bin 141 or the defective product bin 142 to change the size ratio of the feed openings of the finished product bin 141 and the defective product bin 142. The invention realizes the opening sizes of different chambers of the discharging bin by utilizing the common wall which is hinged, ensures the adjustable opening of the feeding bin, ensures the stability of the equipment structure and reduces unnecessary vibration.
The slide way adjusting device further comprises a first connecting rod 151 and a second connecting rod 152, one end of the first connecting rod 151 is hinged with the swinging end of the overturning support 15, the other end of the first connecting rod 151 is hinged with the second connecting rod 152, the other end of the second connecting rod 152 is hinged with the rack 10, the first connecting rod 151, the second connecting rod 152, the overturning support 15 and the rack 10 form a four-connecting-rod structure together, and opposite sides of the four-connecting-rod structure are parallel in pairs; the feeding device of the color selector is arranged on the first connecting rod 151, so that the feeding device can swing along with the feeding hole of the slide 12 and can keep the posture of the feeding device unchanged.
Preferably, the driving mechanism includes a motor, a gear 154 is disposed on a main shaft of the motor, an arc-shaped rack 153 is disposed on the overturning bracket 15 or the second connecting rod 152, an arc center of the arc-shaped rack 153 is coaxial with a hinge shaft of the overturning bracket 15 or the second connecting rod 152 on the frame 10, and the arc-shaped rack 153 is engaged with the gear 154.
Preferably, the locking mechanism includes a first arc-shaped hole 109 formed in a side plate of the frame 10, and a bolt 155 disposed on the turning bracket 15 or the second connecting rod 152, an arc center of the first arc-shaped hole 109 is coaxial with a hinge shaft of the turning bracket 15 or the second connecting rod 152 on the frame 10, the bolt 155 passes through the first arc-shaped hole 109, and a locking nut is disposed on the other side of the first arc-shaped hole 109.
Preferably, the two side edges of the common wall 144 are provided with ear plates 145 attached to the inner surfaces of the side walls of the finished product bin 141 and the defective product bin 142, the ear plates 145 are provided with second arc-shaped holes 146, the curvature centers of the second arc-shaped holes 146 are located on the hinge axis of the common wall 144, the side walls of the finished product bin 141 and the defective product bin 142 are provided with screw holes corresponding to the second arc-shaped holes 146, and screws 147 sequentially penetrate through the screw holes and the second arc-shaped holes 146 and pass through the groove nuts to clamp the ear plates 145 and the side walls of the finished product bin 141 and the defective product bin 142.
Further, the two sides of the feeding end of the slideway 12 are provided with fan-shaped guard plates 121, and the fan-shaped guard plates 121 are assembled such that when the slideway 12 swings back and forth within a stroke range, the discharging end of the feeding device can be located in the shielding area of the fan-shaped guard plates 121.
