技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种凉席面料及其制备工艺，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着健康、生态的生活理念逐渐深入人心，人们对纺织品的要求越来越高，产品的单一功能已不能满足消费者追求舒适、绿色、环保、保健等多元化的需求。当夏季高温来临，床铺上的凉席，会贴身使用，传统型的凉席采用藤、麻、蔑编织而成，体感凉爽，但是材质坚硬，容易划伤皮肤，目前市场上流行的席子也有牛皮席等高档凉席，但是抗菌性能差，透气性差，现有夏季家纺凉席品种单一，功能性差，抗菌能力不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种凉席面料及其制备工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种对人体没有危害凉席面料，包括底层，所述底层的外部依次设有固定层和外层；所述底层采用亚麻纤维织成；所述固定层采用汉麻纤维织成，线密度1.12-1.41dtex；所述外层采用超高分子聚乙烯粘胶涂层，经密为120-140根/10cm，纬密为100-125根/10cm。所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝和纬丝均采用20D/50S莫代尔包覆涤纶纱，经丝和纬丝一上一下相间交织形成平纹组织。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
一种凉席面料，面料整体结构简单，面料柔软耐水洗，表面的高分子量聚乙烯粘胶体感凉爽。液氨整理改善麻织物的粗糙、不柔滑、易皱、缩水率大的弱点，并充分发挥其优点，以满足客户要求。从麻纤维内部结晶解取向，释放内应力。增加了弹性、强度；改善了手感和尺寸稳定性。
本发明改变了以往织物易变性、强力差等缺点，具有抗皱、耐磨的优点，并且柔软，手感细腻光滑，悬垂性好，绿色环保，对人体没有危害，非常适合高品位精致生活人群对健康环保织物的追求和喜爱。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本发明涉及一种对人体没有危害凉席面料包括底层，所述底层的外部依次设有固定层和外层；所述底层采用亚麻纤维织成；所述固定层采用汉麻纤维织成，线密度1.12-1.41dtex；所述外层采用超高分子聚乙烯粘胶涂层，经密为120-140根/10cm，纬密为100-125根/10cm。
一种凉席面料制备工艺，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：①将亚麻纤维络筒；②汉麻纱络筒；③固定；④整经⑤穿经⑥织造⑦冷堆⑧高分子量聚乙烯粘胶混纺纱喷涂⑨液氨整理；其中，浆纱工艺配方采用混合浆液：PVA-1799：10-30份、PVA-0588：20-25份、羧甲基淀粉钠( CMS-Na )：2-3份、CLH-98T多元共聚丙烯酸浆料：1-2份、LJJ-JSPHJ高效平滑剂：1-2份、浆纱水溶性蜡片：1-2份、15％纳米ZnO溶液：0.2-1份、浆液Ph值7.5；上浆采用双浸双压，压力1 .4-2 .2N/cm，车速2 .1-2 .8m/min，烘燥温度75℃。
所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝和纬丝均采用20D/50S莫代尔包覆涤纶纱，经丝和纬丝一上一下相间交织形成平纹组织。
