技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物，尤其涉及一种防晒伤织物，属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
夏季高温来临，人们普遍穿的衣物非常单薄，常见的服装有短裤、短袖衬衫等，这类服装的裸露部位较多，散热通风的效果比较好。可是在夏日也是阳光直射较强、紫外线较强的时期，在户外活动及工作的人群，如果皮肤长时间暴露在阳光下，非常容易晒伤，轻则红肿、脱皮，重则诱发皮肤癌等重大疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防晒伤织物，能够在穿着凉爽舒适的同时，可以防止皮肤晒伤。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种耐磨防水防晒伤织物，包括触肤层，所述触肤层外依次设有排汗层、透气层、防晒层和反光层，各层通过聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述触肤层采用竹纤维织成；所述排汗层采用三维网格超细纤维基布织成；所述透气层采用亚麻纤维织成；所述防晒层为聚四氟乙烯涂层；所述反光层为高折射率的玻璃微珠及其溶剂。所述触肤层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括织物本体，织物本体由尼龙纺织而成，织物本体外表面设有耐磨层，内表面设有纳米远红外保暖织物层，织物本体与纳米远红外保暖织物层之间设有防水层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
织物的工艺简单，成本低廉，有效地提高了织物表面对阳光的反射能力，能防止皮肤晒伤，同时织物整体透气性好，不会粘黏皮肤。
由尼龙制成的织物本体，其本身就具有十分好的耐磨性能，在织物本体外表面再设一层耐磨层，极大的增强了织物本体的耐磨性能，通过在织物本体的内侧面设置了防水层，防水层可以防止水或者其他液体渗入织物本体内部，从而进入衣物内部，织物本体具有一定的防水性能，在织物本体的最内侧设置纳米远红外保暖织物层，纳米远红外保暖织物层具有十分优异的保暖透气性能。
