Abstract

本发明开拓了13,14双羟基二十二酸用作润滑 油抗磨添加剂的用途。这种新颖的不含抗磨元素的 摩擦聚合物抗磨型润滑抗磨剂性能优良,使用经济。 由于其不含有硫、磷、锌等抗磨元素,所以也可以适用 于传统的硫磷酸锌型(ZDTP型)润滑油抗磨添加剂 不宜使用的,不允许含有硫、磷、氯、氮或锌等金属元 素的润滑场合。

Description

本发明是以13、14双羟基二十二酸作为润滑油抗磨添加剂的用途发明。
目前13、14双羟基二十二酸仅用作试剂,尚未见文献介绍其产业上的用途,更未见文献有利用13、14双羟二十二酸作为润滑油品添加剂的记载。
本发明的主要目标是将13、14双羟基二十二酸作为高性能的润滑油抗磨添加剂使用。
以往的一些抗磨添加剂,依靠抗磨元素(如硫、磷、氮、氯、锌、钼等)在摩擦面上形成化学膜而起抗磨作用的。然而本发明的13、14双羟基山俞酸抗磨剂不含有任何抗磨元素,经试验发现是依靠摩擦时本身发生摩擦聚合物粘附在摩擦面上起到了减磨作用,这是一种新发展起来的抗磨添加剂。可应用于不能含有硫、氯、氮、磷或锌等金属元素的润滑场合。
本发明的实现方案如下:
将13、14双羟基二十二酸加入金属加工润滑油或工业齿轮油中,在常温或在0℃至50℃温度下在常温至50℃搅拌均匀;按重量百分比的最佳加入比例范围为0.1%至0.3%。
例如将添加了0.2%(重量百分比)13、14双羟基二十二酸的N400中性矿油和添加了1%(重量百分比)二烷基硫磷酸锌(ZDTP)的N400中性矿油、未添加抗磨剂的400#中性矿油进行四球机长期磨损对比试验,试验条件为294N,30分钟、1450转/分,试验结果如下表:表中显示本剂的抗磨效果优良同传统抗磨剂ZDTP相近。

对使用添加了13、14双羟基二十二酸的N400中性矿油润滑的摩擦试样表面进行反射红外光谱测定,测定结果显示如图1所示:
1.双羟基二十二酸羟基中(-OH)基团在3339至2331cm-1处的伸缩振动范围消失,表明羟基团发生了反应。
2.在1526cm-1处出现环状特征峰,表明上述反应有交联反应发生,
3.在666cm-1羟基中(-OH)基面外弯曲振动峰高降低,表明仅应有酯基反应物生成。
4.在9885cm-1羟基中(-OH)基面外弯曲振动消失,表明有聚脂形成。
另取聚合成的双羟基二十二酸聚合物为标样进行红外光谱测定,所得测定结果如图2所示。比较图1和图2的红外图谱,可以发现两者基本相似,但图1所示羟基峰666cm-1处面外弯曲峰和985cm-1羟基上(-OH)峰完全消失,在1705cm处的羟基伸缩振动峰呈鼓突形。综合上述各项试验结果可以证明:双羟基二十二酸加入润滑油品后在摩擦面上发生纲状立构形聚酯反应,从而在摩擦表面形成了摩擦聚脂保护膜层,增强了抗磨作用。
对上述带有聚脂保护膜层的摩擦表面用溶剂石油醚冲洗后再进行红光谱分析,则发现红外图谱消失,仅留下C-H伸缩振动痕迹。由此可知由13、14双羟基山二十二作用产生的摩擦聚酯保护膜层属非化学性质的物理吸附膜,可利用溶剂使之脱附。
本发明开拓了13、14双羟基二十二酸用作润滑油抗磨添加剂的新用途,提供了一种新颖的用于金属加工等场合的润滑抗磨剂。这种新颖的不含硫磷、氮、氯、锌抗磨元素的摩擦聚合物抗磨型润滑油抗磨添加剂性能优良、使用经济。由于其不含有硫、磷、锌、氯、氮所以也可以适用于传统的硫磷酸锌型(ZDTP型)润滑油抗磨添加剂不宜使用的,不允许含有硫、磷、氯、氮、锌等金属元素的润滑环境。

1、13、14双羟基二十二酸用作润滑油抗磨添加剂。
2、13、14双羟基二十二酸抗磨添加剂的使用方法,其特征在于按重量百分比将0.1%至0.3%的13、14双羟基二十二加入金属加工润滑油及齿轮油中搅拌均匀。
