2. The system of claim 1,
the vehicle-mounted host is also used for determining the position information of the vehicle through the Beidou satellite navigation system and the running information of the vehicle; the vehicle running information comprises a vehicle speed and a vehicle running direction, and when a Beidou satellite navigation system signal is stronger than a preset value, the position information of the vehicle is obtained through the Beidou satellite navigation system; when big dipper satellite navigation system signal equals or is less than when the default, the positional information of vehicle is obtained after the speed vector to the vehicle carries out the integral according to the time, its size of speed vector is the speed of a motor vehicle that contains in the vehicle operation information, and its direction is the vehicle direction of travel that contains in the vehicle operation information, the speed of a motor vehicle is gathered through the OBD interface by on-vehicle host computer and is obtained, the vehicle direction of travel is obtained after the integral is carried out according to the time by the vehicle steering angle that on-vehicle host computer gathered through the OBD interface.

the vehicle-mounted host is also used for reading the speed information and the fault information of the vehicle and transmitting the speed information and the fault information to the server;
the server is also used for storing the speed information and the fault information of the vehicle.

the server is further used for sending alarm information to the client according to preset alarm conditions, wherein the preset alarm conditions comprise one or more of position range conditions, speed range conditions and fault conditions; the position range condition is triggered when the position of the vehicle is outside a user-set range, the speed range condition is triggered when the speed of the vehicle is in an overspeed state or outside a user-set speed range, and the fault condition is triggered when the vehicle has a user-set fault.
5. The system of claim 4, further comprising:
the cab monitoring module is arranged in a cab of a vehicle and comprises a camera, a sound pick-up, a loudspeaker and communication equipment, and is used for monitoring the cab and communicating with a driver to realize monitoring, scheduling and management of the driver.
6. The system of claim 3, wherein the server is further configured to compress the stored location information and velocity information by:
the server reads the stored position and speed information of the vehicle corresponding to the preset time at intervals of preset time, and the position and speed information is used as second data to be compressed;
the server reads the position and speed information of the vehicle corresponding to the last section of fitting after the last compression as first data to be compressed;
the server combines the second data to be compressed and the first data to be compressed according to a time sequence to form data to be compressed;
the server carries out piecewise linear fitting on the data to be compressed, wherein the piecewise linear fitting conditions are as follows: in each linear fitting range, the position error of the vehicle is lower than a preset maximum position error, and the speed error of the vehicle is lower than a preset maximum speed error;
the server keeps the result of the piecewise linear fitting and the position and speed information of the vehicle corresponding to the last segment of fitting in the piecewise fitting;
and deleting the position and speed information of the vehicle corresponding to all the other sections except the last section by the server in a fitting manner, and completing the compression within the preset time.
7. The system of claim 2,
and the vehicle-mounted host computer is also positioned according to the mobile communication network.

The system of claim 1 or 6, wherein the on-board host is further configured to perform data fusion on the positioning result determined by the Beidou satellite navigation system, the positioning result determined by the vehicle operation information, and the positioning result determined by the mobile communication network, and the fusion method is to perform data fusion by using Kalman filtering, wherein when the Beidou satellite navigation system signal strength is lower than a preset threshold, only the positioning result determined by the vehicle operation information and the positioning result determined by the mobile communication network are subjected to data fusion.
9. The system of claim 6,
the preset maximum position error is a numerical value, and the numerical value is not less than 1.25 m;
the preset maximum speed error is a proportional value, and the proportional value is less than 10%.
