进一步地,所述表面材料由以下重量份数的各组分组成:大豆蛋白纤维6~12份,玉米纤维3~5份,牛奶纤维2~4份,芦荟纤维10~15份,竹炭纤维8~11份,纳米银纤维15~20份,活性炭纤维14~18份,柚子皮20~24份,橘子皮12~16份,麦饭石5~8份,电气石3~6份,金红石7~10份,硅酸钠2~8份,硅酸钾1~5份,氢氧化钙4~9份,双氧水6~8份,聚乙烯4~7份,硼酸3~5份。
进一步地,所述表面材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将麦饭石、电气石、金红石研磨过10目筛,再加入大豆蛋白纤维、玉米纤维、牛奶纤维、芦荟纤维、竹炭纤维、纳米银纤维、活性炭纤维,在压力为180kPa~220 kPa,温度为180~250℃下进行机械破碎和研磨制得粉末;
(2)将风干的柚子皮、橘子皮粉碎过80目筛,加入质量浓度为90%的乙醇溶液,乙醇溶液的加入量为柚子皮和橘子皮总重量的0.3倍,搅拌10~20min;升温至40~60℃,加入硅酸钠、硅酸钾、氢氧化钙、双氧水、聚乙烯、硼酸,搅拌30~60min,得到纺丝原液;
(3)将纺丝原液过滤后,在30~60℃下真空静置脱泡20~30min,然后用常规的湿法纺丝进行纺丝和后处理,得到化纤丝,将化纤丝织造而成布料,得到表面材料。

实施例1

所述表面材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将麦饭石、电气石、金红石研磨过10目筛,再加入大豆蛋白纤维、玉米纤维、牛奶纤维、芦荟纤维、竹炭纤维、纳米银纤维、活性炭纤维,在压力为200 kPa,温度为220℃下进行机械破碎和研磨制得粉末;

(2)将风干的柚子皮、橘子皮粉碎过80目筛,加入质量浓度为90%的乙醇溶液,乙醇溶液的加入量为柚子皮和橘子皮总重量的0.3倍,搅拌10~20min;升温至40~60℃,加入硅酸钠、硅酸钾、氢氧化钙、双氧水、聚乙烯、硼酸,搅拌30~60min,得到纺丝原液;
(3)将纺丝原液过滤后,在30~60℃下真空静置脱泡20~30min,然后用常规的湿法纺丝进行纺丝和后处理,得到化纤丝,将化纤丝织造而成布料,得到表面材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的去味防霉墙布,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂由以下重量份数的各组分组成:鱼粉25~32份,明胶15~23份,水杨酸5~10份,丙烯酸4~9份,聚醚胺2~4份,己二胺1~3份,苯醌2~5份,苯乙烯3~7份,壳聚糖6~9份,松香甘油酯3~5份,甘油4~7份,滑石粉9~12份,云母粉3~6份,硅烷偶联剂5~8份,乙酸乙酯7~11份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的去味防霉墙布,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:在30~40℃下,将鱼粉、明胶、水杨酸、丙烯酸加入到110~120份去离子水中,搅拌10~20min,升温至50~60℃,加入剩余原材料,搅拌30~40min,制得胶粘剂。
7.据权利要求6所述去味防霉墙布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 在背衬材料上均匀涂覆胶粘剂,在压力为20kPa~30kPa,温度为30~40℃下将表面材料与背衬材料贴合,保持牵伸作用30~50min使布平整,干燥后得到去味防霉墙布。
