背景技术
现在市场上有各种金属或非金属的蜂窝材料,它们的面板与蜂窝芯板的面积一样大,故很难制作玻璃、陶瓷及石材等硬脆材料的大面积蜂窝材料。
发明内容
本发明是一种马赛克式蜂窝材料。
其技术方案是:在蜂窝芯板的每个六角形孔端嵌入另一种材料的六角形片,以强韧的大面积蜂窝芯板来保护硬脆的小面积六角形片,其优点是:可制作大面积的马赛克式蜂窝材料,其强度高而美观,轻而保温,安装简快且长期使用安全性高,尤其采用特殊材料的六角形片用途更广泛。
具体实施方式
玻璃幕墙用的一种马赛克式蜂窝材料,由一块大面积的铝合金通孔蜂窝芯板与N块小面积的钢化玻璃六角形片组成,且每个六角形孔端均嵌入(不是表面贴合)钢化玻璃的六角形片。
楼板或隔墙用的一种马赛克式蜂窝材料,采用钢丝混凝土的大面积盲孔蜂窝芯板,其每个六角形孔端,嵌入大理石或彩色陶瓷的六角形片,如每个六角形孔端嵌入乳白色玻璃,且(部分)蜂窝孔内安装led灯,即成发光天花板或发光地板。
木塑材料大面积蜂窝芯板与N块小面积彩色玻璃的六角形片组成的一种马赛克式蜂窝材料,还可做桌、柜等玻璃家具,外墙装饰及办公室屏风等。
采用特殊材料的马赛克式蜂窝材料,例如:由一块大面积的合金钢盲孔蜂窝芯板与N块小面积的六角形泡沫铁氧体陶瓷或纳米碳化硅等吸波材料组成的马赛克式蜂窝材料,耐高温耐磨且吸波性能好,可做***甲板及隐形舰艇外壳,雷达屏障等,如用大面积的铝合金盲孔蜂窝芯板与N块小面积的气凝胶六角形片组成的一种马赛克式蜂窝材料,可供车船及飞机等舱室用。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种马赛克式蜂窝材料,其特征是;六角形蜂窝孔内可安装led灯(芯片)。
