After the air inlet pipe is arranged, when the atomization water quantity in the atomization water storage device is more and the air pressure is increased, the pressure in the atomization water storage device can be dispersed into the outer washing barrel, and therefore the stability of the air pressure in the atomization water storage device is ensured.
Furthermore, the upper part of the atomization water storage device is provided with an opening, the part of the upper panel corresponding to the opening is provided with an atomization unit cover, and the lower part of the atomization unit cover is provided with an elastic sealing device which can be tightly attached to the opening. Under the state that the user only utilized steam washing function, atomizing unit lid is in the closed condition, and elastic sealing device can closely laminate with the opening on atomizing water storage device upper portion, avoids the atomized water to spill over from the opening part. In addition, if the user needs to care for the clothes, such as fragrance adding or fluffing, the cover of the atomization unit can be opened, and then the fragrance adding agent or the fluffing agent is added from the opening at the upper part of the atomization water storage device, so that the fragrance adding or fluffing effect of the clothes can be realized simultaneously in the steam washing process.
Furthermore, a sensor capable of controlling the operation or the closing of the atomization generator is arranged at the opening. When a user opens the atomizing unit cover, the sensor can respond to the opening, the atomizing generator is controlled to stop running, the atomized water is prevented from overflowing from the opening, and meanwhile, the working noise of the atomizer is prevented from being transmitted to bring bad experience to the user; after the user adds odorant or leavening agent, when closing atomizing unit lid, the sensor can control the atomizer and continue work, can not lead to the long-time interrupt of steam, promotes washing nursing and uses experience.
The user can independently perform the steam washing function by using the washing machine with the steam washing function, namely, the dirty clothes are subjected to stain removal treatment; or the clothes can be nursed after the dirty clothes are subjected to the stain removal treatment; alternatively, only clean clothes are treated to add fragrance, puff or remove wrinkles.
It can be naturally understood by those skilled in the art that, in view of the technical features described in the technical solution of the present invention, corresponding control buttons and corresponding circuit designs, such as a steam washing button, a steam nursing button or other corresponding buttons, are necessarily disposed on the touch panel of the washing machine.
The washing machine with the steam washing function of the embodiment has the advantages that the steam generation speed is high, the time is short, the energy consumption is saved, and the steam generation amount is large and continuous; because the speed of the fan and the atomizer generating atomized water in the washing machine can be adjusted, the temperature of steam can be conveniently controlled so as to adapt to washing and nursing of clothes made of different materials, the applicability is good, and the market application value is high; the washing machine is additionally provided with the steam washing module under the condition that the general structure of the existing washing machine is not changed, so that the development investment is less, the production cost is low, and the washing machine can be sold at a lower price; the idle space in the overall structure of the fully-existing washing machine improves the space utilization efficiency, the size of the washing machine is not required to be further increased, and convenience is brought to installation and use of a user.
Other structures and the like which may be obvious to those skilled in the art are not the gist of the technical solution of the present invention, and are not specifically described for the sake of brevity.
Example two
The technical scheme is different from the first embodiment in that: the heating elements used to heat the atomized water produced by the atomizer are different and the heating element employed is a heat pump unit comprising a compressor and a condenser module. Other technical solutions are the same as the embodiment, and only the distinguishing techniques will be described in detail below.
In this embodiment, the heating element is a heat pump unit including a compressor and a condenser module, wherein the condenser module is disposed inside the air duct, and the compressor is disposed in an idle space between the washing outer tub and the casing. The washing machine of the embodiment has the advantages that the speed of generating steam is high, the steam quantity is large and continuous, the purpose of steam washing protection is favorably realized, and the energy consumption is lower than that of the washing machine with the steam washing effect in the prior art.
The heating element is arranged in the air duct and at the downwind position of the air flow generated by the fan. The fan runs at a high speed to generate negative pressure to drive the airflow to move, and the atomized water enters the air channel along with the airflow and contacts with the heating element in the downwind direction under the action of the airflow and is rapidly heated to form steam. The atomized water does not need additional power source for assistance so as to achieve the purpose of contacting with the heating element, and the energy consumption is saved by the action of the airflow.
EXAMPLE III
The technical scheme is different from the first embodiment in that: the air duct is different from the concrete connection part of the washing outer barrel, and is not connected with the part of the washing outer barrel close to the barrel opening and the part of the washing outer barrel close to the barrel bottom, but connected with two sides of the middle part of the barrel body of the washing outer barrel, as long as the air can circularly flow.
Other technical solutions are consistent with the embodiments and are not described herein.
The washing machine with the steam washing function prepared according to the technical scheme of the embodiment has the advantages of large steam quantity, continuous and stable steam, good washing or nursing effect of clothes and capability of achieving the beneficial effect similar to the first implementation on the whole.
Compared with the washing machine with the steam washing function in the prior art, the washing machine with the steam washing function has the advantages of simpler design, cost saving, less energy consumption and good market application value.
It can be naturally understood by those skilled in the art that, in view of the key technical features described in the technical solution of the present invention, corresponding control buttons and corresponding circuit designs, such as a steam washing button, a steam nursing button or other corresponding buttons, are necessarily disposed on the touch panel of the washing machine.
The embodiments in the above embodiments can be further combined or replaced, and the embodiments are only used for describing the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the concept and scope of the present invention, and various changes and modifications made to the technical solution of the present invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the design idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A washing machine having a steam washing function, characterized by comprising: the device comprises an atomization water storage device, an atomization generator arranged in the atomization water storage device, an air duct provided with a fan and a heating element arranged in the air duct;
the atomization water storage device is provided with a water inlet and an atomization outlet, the water inlet is connected with the electromagnetic valve through a water inlet pipe, and the atomization outlet is connected with the air duct through an atomization pipe; the air duct is connected with the washing outer barrel to realize air circulation; the atomization generator is connected with a power panel of the washing machine through a power line;
the bottom of the atomized water storage device is provided with an inclined chamfer structure, the upper part of the atomized water storage device is provided with an overflow opening, and the overflow opening is communicated with an outer washing barrel or a drain valve through a pipeline.

The washing machine with steam washing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air duct is connected to an upper portion of the washing tub near the tub opening through a first hose, and is connected to a lower portion of the washing tub near the tub bottom through a second hose to circulate air.
3. The washing machine with the steam washing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the atomization outlet of the atomization water storage device is connected with a part of the air duct close to the fan through an atomization pipe, and the atomization generator is an ultrasonic atomizer.
4. A washing machine with steam washing function as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein said heating element is provided within the duct downstream of the fan.
5. A washing machine with steam washing function as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the heating element is a serpentine heating tube.
6. A washing machine with steam washing function as claimed in claim 5 wherein the atomized water storage device is further provided with an air inlet connected with the washing outer tub through an air inlet pipe to stabilize the air pressure in the atomized water storage device.
7. A washing machine with steam washing function as claimed in claim 6 wherein the upper part of the atomizing water storage device is provided with an opening, the upper panel is provided with an atomizing unit cover at a position corresponding to the opening, and the lower part of the atomizing unit cover is provided with an elastic sealing device closely attached to the opening.
8. A washing machine with steam washing function as claimed in claim 7, wherein the opening is provided with a sensor for controlling the operation or shutdown of the atomizing generator.
9. A washing machine with steam washing function as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the heating element is a heat pump unit comprising a compressor and a condenser module, the condenser module being arranged inside the air duct.
