本发明的有益效果是:采用了海藻素植物胶纯属绿色环保海洋植物胶,并且价格低,海藻素腻子粉,生产内外墙腻子粉不需要加灰钙,免去了吸潮结块失效的问题,大大提高了产品质量和稳定性降低了生产成本效果显著便于推广应用。
本发明采用了无机凝胶材料偏高岭土,和海藻素植物胶,无水硫酸钙,加一定比例的催化物氧化钙在碱性的激发下加水起化学反应生成硅酸盐性质的无机凝胶,生产出的腻子粉坚硬无比平且抗老化时间久,寿命长,易存放。

1.本发明型涉及一种海藻素腻子粉,其特征是:利用一种高活性无机材料偏高岭土,无水硫酸钙,海藻素植物胶,与水结合在氧化钙的碱性环境下激发活性转换成无机凝胶硅酸盐水泥一样的硬度,和耐水性加水搅拌即可对建筑装修批涂。
2.其特征在于所述偏高岭土50%,无水硫酸钙40%,氧化钙激发剂10%海藻素植物胶0.5%。
3.全能胶粉8%,双非粉92%,水35%混合均匀后对墙壁即可涂刷。
4.其特征是一种海藻素植物胶,纯海洋植物环保绿色无毒胶粘度好价格低廉。
