本发明涉及货运穿梭车技术领域,具体涉及一种新型物流穿梭车。
背景技术
穿梭车是用来进行存取装卸货物,例如物流专用周转箱、纸箱包装货物等,也可用来从仓储货架的各个水平层移入或移出货物,还可以用于对货物进行集中或分拣。目前使用的穿梭车大部分都是使用电力来驱动电机进行工作的,因此如何保证穿梭车的有效续航是一个大问题,当前的穿梭车一部分采用人工充电方式,当穿梭车电力快耗尽之时,人工利用充电器拉线进行插头式的充电,此种充电方式效率低下,且耗时耗力,同时行走和搬运的方式很难实现自动化搬运并且精准实现各个动作,并且结构较为复杂且体积也较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种结构紧凑、拆卸维修方便且智能化集成并且可以精准实现行走、顶升、搬运和故障报警等功能的新型物流穿梭车。
发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型物流穿梭车,包括车体、超级电容、直行轮、直行电机、横行轮、横行电机、同步带、定位传感器、充电触点、顶升电机、顶升架、同步带二、编码器、PLC控制器、顶升凸轮,顶升位置传感器,伸缩叉、拨杆、伸缩叉位置传感器、伸缩叉电机、天线和控制器,所述车体底部分别设有直行轮和横行轮,所述直行轮的水平高度低于横行轮的水平高度,所述直行电机和横行电机分别设在车体上,所述直行电机通过同步带与直行轮联动,所述横行电机通过同步带二与横行轮联动,所述超级电容设在车体上,所述超级电容分别与直行电机、横行电机、充电触点、顶升电机、PLC控制器、伸缩叉电机和控制器电连接,所述车体边缘设有定位传感器和充电触点,所述顶升电机设在车体上与顶升凸轮联动,所述顶升凸轮与顶升架相抵,所述顶升架底部设有横行轮,所述直行轮和横行轮上设有编码器,所述伸缩叉与车体滑动配合,所述伸缩叉的端部设有拨叉,所述伸缩叉电机设在车体上且与伸缩叉联动,所述车体上还设有伸缩叉位置传感器,所述PLC控制器分别与控制器、定位传感器、编码器、顶升位置传感器、伸缩叉位置传感器、伸缩叉电机和天线信号连接,所述控制器分别与直行电机、横行电机和顶升电机电连接。

发明的有益效果是:本发明的新型物流穿梭车一方面其结构设计布局简洁且紧凑,并且采用模块化设计整机的各个机构安装和拆卸以及维修也极其方便,同时可以实现直行、横行和精准定位的功能并且可以完成车体顶升、利用伸缩叉搬运物品且实现精确可控并且可以及时发现故障并报警。

在具体实施时,车体通过直行电机带动直行轮进行直行,由于直行轮是通过同步带联动,所以可以保持整个车体的运动处于前驱或后驱的稳定运行模式,同时直行电机的行进距离和行进方式通过编码器和PLC控制器进行控制,同时在车体需要进行横行时,通过顶升电机带动顶升凸轮转动,从而使得顶升凸轮将顶升架顶起,并且由于竖直导向杆的存在使得顶升架保证竖直升降,横行轮落下时横行轮会低于直行轮,进而再通过横行电机带动同步带二使得横行轮进行横行操作,当车体通过直行轮和横行轮按照PLC控制的行走位置时,车体上的定位传感器和定位传感器二会分别定位轨道上的定位点,并进行停留取货操作。
在停留取货时,伸缩叉电机通过传动机构与伸缩叉联动,使得伸缩叉可以从车体的旁侧滑出,同时为了精准判断拨杆是否是放下或收起状态,在伸缩叉导轨的端部的上、下两端分别设有拨叉位置传感器,同时拨叉位置传感器会将该传感器信号反馈给PLC控制器,同时伸缩叉位置传感器20设在车体上,所述伸缩叉传感器二24设在车体1侧壁上,可以检测伸缩叉是滑出状态还是收缩状态,并可将该状态反馈给PLC控制器,从而实现准确定位和反馈伸缩叉的移动状态。
