本发明公开了一种粘合剂及其制备方法,所述粘合剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:马丙共聚物20‑30份、过氧化氢5‑7份、水性聚氨酯10‑15份、淀粉5‑10份、羟甲基纤维素5‑10份、木质素磺酸钠3‑5份、瓜尔胶3‑5份、聚甲基硅氧烷3‑5份、去离子水30‑50份。本发明的粘合剂主要应用于水性涂料印花和乳化印花***。本发明的粘合剂具有出色的粘合性能,可以使印花区域拥有非常高的牢度,包括湿摩擦牢度、干摩擦牢度和水洗牢度等。本发明的粘合剂制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且无毒无害,对人体不刺激,挥发性低。

本发明属于纺织助剂技术领域,更具体是涉及一种粘合剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上存在的印花粘合剂的湿摩擦牢度、干摩擦牢度和水洗牢度等很差,而且一些粘合剂使用含有刺激性味道的试剂,不环保,对人体有损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种粘合剂及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种粘合剂,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:马丙共聚物20-30份、过氧化氢5-7份、水性聚氨酯10-15份、淀粉5-10份、羟甲基纤维素5-10份、木质素磺酸钠3-5份、瓜尔胶3-5份、聚甲基硅氧烷3-5份、去离子水30-50份。
优选地,所述的粘合剂,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:马丙共聚物20份、过氧化氢5份、水性聚氨酯10份、淀粉5份、羟甲基纤维素5份、木质素磺酸钠3份、瓜尔胶3份、聚甲基硅氧烷3份、去离子水30份。

步骤1,在反应釜中加入马丙共聚物20-30份、过氧化氢5-7份、聚甲基硅氧烷3-5份、去离子水30-50份,升高温度至50-60℃,氮气保护,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤2,降温至30-40℃,加入水性聚氨酯10-15份、瓜尔胶3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤3,加入淀粉5-10份、羟甲基纤维素5-10份、木质素磺酸钠3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤4,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体粘合剂;
步骤5,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体粘合剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的粘合剂具有出色的粘合性能,可以使印花区域拥有非常高的牢度,包括湿摩擦牢度、干摩擦牢度、水洗牢度等。

4、本发明的粘合剂成膜连续、平滑、柔软、易变形。
5、本发明的粘合剂不含APEO,符合OEKO-TEX 100标准
6、本发明的粘合剂制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且无毒无害,对人体不刺激,挥发性低。
7、本发明的粘合剂所用各种原料之间相互配伍,协同作用,共同组成性能优异的产品。
8、简化工艺,操作安全简单,易于工业化生产,本发明的使用可收到良好的经济效益。
具体实施实例

步骤5,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体粘合剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

步骤5,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体粘合剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
实施例2

步骤3,加入淀粉8份、羟甲基纤维素8份、木质素磺酸钠4份,800转/分钟,搅拌15分钟;
步骤4,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体粘合剂;
步骤5,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体粘合剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
实施例3

步骤3,加入淀粉10份、羟甲基纤维素10份、木质素磺酸钠5份,1000转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
步骤4,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体粘合剂;
步骤5,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体粘合剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

步骤3,加入淀粉8份、羟甲基纤维素8份、木质素磺酸钠5份,900转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
步骤4,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体粘合剂;
步骤5,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体粘合剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
测试例
水性涂料印花过程中采用实施例1、2、3、4的粘合剂,测试结果如下:

1.一种粘合剂,其特征在于:所述粘合剂包括如下重量份数的原料:马丙共聚物20-30份、过氧化氢5-7份、水性聚氨酯10-15份、淀粉5-10份、羟甲基纤维素5-10份、木质素磺酸钠3-5份、瓜尔胶3-5份、聚甲基硅氧烷3-5份、去离子水30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘合剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:马丙共聚物20份、过氧化氢5份、水性聚氨酯10份、淀粉5份、羟甲基纤维素5份、木质素磺酸钠3份、瓜尔胶3份、聚甲基硅氧烷3份、去离子水30份。

步骤1,在反应釜中加入马丙共聚物20-30份、过氧化氢5-7份、聚甲基硅氧烷3-5份、去离子水30-50份,升高温度至50-60℃,氮气保护,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤2,降温至30-40℃,加入水性聚氨酯10-15份、瓜尔胶3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤3,加入淀粉5-10份、羟甲基纤维素5-10份、木质素磺酸钠3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤4,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体粘合剂;
步骤5,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体粘合剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
