本发明公开了一种使用寿命长的高分子橡胶减震垫,其特征在于:由以下质量份的组分组成:顺丁橡胶40~60份、硅橡胶10~29份、丁苯橡胶20~40份、聚四氟乙烯 10~20份、白炭黑20~30份、偶联剂1~5份、交联剂2~3份、引发剂1~3份和微发泡剂0.5~3份。本发明的高分子橡胶减震垫采用顺丁橡胶、硅橡胶和丁苯橡胶作为基底,添加白炭黑和微发泡剂能够达到承受压力大、耐磨性能好且弹性性能好的效果,本发明中添加聚四氟乙烯能够有效增加本发明的减震垫的抗腐蚀能力。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种使用寿命长的高分子橡胶减震垫。
背景技术
目前,现代工业社会的飞速发展,高分子材料的运用越来越广泛,各大高校、研究机构都设置有高分子材料研究中心,高分子材料是由相对分子质量较高的化合物构成的材料,包括橡胶、塑料、纤维、涂料、胶粘剂和高分子基复合材料,高分子是生命存在的形式。所有的生命体都可以看作是高分子的集合。减震垫是高分子应用的重要领域之一,常规减震垫的减震效果差,在重物的压力之下容易损坏,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种使用寿命长的高分子橡胶减震垫,以解决背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种使用寿命长的高分子橡胶减震垫,其创新点在于:由以下质量份的组分组成:顺丁橡胶40~60份、硅橡胶10~29份、丁苯橡胶20~40份、聚四氟乙烯 10~20份、白炭黑20~30份、偶联剂1~5份、交联剂2~3份、引发剂1~3份和微发泡剂0.5~3份。
进一步的,一种使用寿命长的高分子橡胶减震垫,由以下质量份的组分组成:顺丁橡胶45~55份、硅橡胶15~25份、丁苯橡胶25~35份、聚四氟乙烯 12~18份、白炭黑23~27份、偶联剂2~4份、交联剂2~3份、引发剂2~3份和微发泡剂1~2份。
进一步的,一种使用寿命长的高分子橡胶减震垫,由以下质量份的组分组成:顺丁橡胶50份、硅橡胶20份、丁苯橡胶30份、聚四氟乙烯 15份、白炭黑25份、偶联剂3份、交联剂2份、引发剂2份和微发泡剂2份。
本发明有益效果为:本发明的高分子橡胶减震垫采用顺丁橡胶、硅橡胶和丁苯橡胶作为基底,添加白炭黑和微发泡剂能够达到承受压力大、耐磨性能好且弹性性能好的效果,本发明中添加聚四氟乙烯能够有效增加本发明的减震垫的抗腐蚀能力。

本发明的高分子橡胶减震垫采用顺丁橡胶、硅橡胶和丁苯橡胶作为基底,添加白炭黑和微发泡剂能够达到承受压力大、耐磨性能好且弹性性能好的效果,本发明中添加聚四氟乙烯能够有效增加本发明的减震垫的抗腐蚀能力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的高分子橡胶减震垫,其特征在于:由以下质量份的组分组成:顺丁橡胶45~55份、硅橡胶15~25份、丁苯橡胶25~35份、聚四氟乙烯 12~18份、白炭黑23~27份、偶联剂2~4份、交联剂2~3份、引发剂2~3份和微发泡剂1~2份。
