一种热解垃圾时采用气缸摆动式掉渣设备，本发明由热解上炉体(1)、网格式热解框(2)、热解下炉体(3)、气缸摆动掉渣器(4)组成，其中：热解上炉体(1)与热解下炉体(3)连接；在热解下炉体(3)的台阶上搁置着网格式热解框(2)；在网格式热解框(2)的两侧设置着气缸摆动掉渣器(4)，并且该网格式热解框(2)的两侧设有支耳一(7‑1)和支耳二(7‑2)与气缸摆动掉渣器(4)配套。本发明结构新颖，通过设置气缸摆动掉渣器可以在气缸摆动时推动支耳，进而推动网格式热解框，将网格式热解框内的热解后的生活垃圾渣料自动抖落掉下来，解决了需要人工一点一点掏出来的麻烦，具有很强的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工设备领域，具体涉及一种热解垃圾时采用气缸摆动式掉渣设备
背景技术
生活垃圾处理设备尤其是控氧热解设备的炉箅子出渣一般均为人工一点一点的人工掏渣，操作繁琐、费劲，粉尘飞扬不卫生。需要设计一种省力干净的新型技术和装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处而提供一种热解垃圾时采用气缸摆动式掉渣设备。本发明创造性的设计一种网格式热解框，在其上设置支托板并搁置在热解下炉体的台阶上，又在网格式热解框适当部位设置支耳；再设置气动缸摆动掉渣器，使热解的渣料通过设置在网格式热解框上的支耳在气动缸摆动下将渣料抖落下来。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现：
提供一种热解垃圾时采用气缸摆动式掉渣设备，本发明由热解上炉体(1)、网格式热解框(2)、热解下炉体(3)、气缸摆动掉渣器(4)组成，其中：热解上炉体(1)与热解下炉体(3)连接；在热解下炉体(3)的台阶上搁置着网格式热解框(2)；在网格式热解框(2)的两侧设置着气缸摆动掉渣器(4)，并且该网格式热解框(2)的两侧设有支耳一(7-1)和支耳二(7-2)与气缸摆动掉渣器(4)配套。
所述的一种热解垃圾时采用气缸摆动式掉渣设备，网格式热解框(2)由支耳一(7-1)、支耳二(7-2)、热解框支托板(5)、网格框(6)组成，其中：网格框(6)的上部设置有热解框支托板(5)；网格框(6)的两侧设有支耳一(7-1)和支耳二(7-2)。
所述的一种热解垃圾时采用气缸摆动式掉渣设备，其特征在于：气缸摆动掉渣器(4)由滑动套(8-1)、滑动套(8-2)、连杆一(9-1)、连杆二(9-2.)、气缸一(10-1)、气缸二(10-2)、气管一(11-1)、气管二(11-2)组成，其中：在气缸一(10-1)的前端设有连杆一(9-1)，在气缸二(10-2)的前端设有连杆二(9-2)；在连杆一(9-1)的前端设有滑动套(8-1)，在连杆二(9-2)的前端设有滑动套(8-2)；在气缸一(10-1)的前端和气缸二(10-2)的后端设有气管二(11-2)，在气缸一(10-1)的后端和气缸二(10-2)的前端设有气管一(11-1)。
本发明运行时，物料经过进料口落入网格式热解框，在加温后热解，烟气上升从烟气出口排出；热解的碳渣在空气助燃下变为渣料；渣料在气缸摆动掉渣器的摆动下被抖落下来，然后从出渣口排出。
本发明有益的效果：
(1)本发明结构新颖，通过设置气缸摆动掉渣器可以在气缸摆动时推动支耳，进而推动网格式热解框，将网格式热解框内的热解后的生活垃圾渣料自动抖落掉下来，解决了需要人工一点一点掏出来的麻烦，具有很强的实用性。
(2)由于采用了气缸操作，自动化程度提高，劳动强度降低，而且卫生条件得到改善。

1.一种热解垃圾时采用气缸摆动式掉渣设备，其特征在于：本发明由热解上炉体(1)、网格式热解框(2)、热解下炉体(3)、气缸摆动掉渣器(4)组成，其中：热解上炉体(1)与热解下炉体(3)连接；在热解下炉体(3)的台阶上搁置着网格式热解框(2)；在网格式热解框(2)的两侧设置着气缸摆动掉渣器(4)，并且该网格式热解框(2)的两侧设有支耳一(7-1)和支耳二(7-2)与气缸摆动掉渣器(4)配套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热解垃圾时采用气缸摆动式掉渣设备，其特征在于：网格式热解框(2)由支耳一(7-1)、支耳二(7-2)、热解框支托板(5)、网格框(6)组成，其中：网格框(6)的上部设置有热解框支托板(5)；网格框(6)的两侧设有支耳一(7-1)和支耳二(7-2)。
