Abstract

本发明为一种机械式单杆变速箱选换挡操纵机构,变速箱的侧面设有软轴固定支架,软轴固定支架上分别设有选档软轴连接叉和换挡软轴连接叉;变速箱的侧面设有旋转臂固定支架,“Z”字形的旋转臂固定支架上通过旋转轴再配合设有旋转臂,旋转臂的上端连接有选档软轴,选档软轴通过选档软轴连接叉连接至驾驶室里的操纵机构;旋转臂的下端连接有连接杆,连接杆横向连接有外换挡摇臂。外换挡摇臂的下端通过换挡软轴连接至换挡软轴连接叉最后输出至驾驶室操纵机构;外换挡摇臂的上端设有花键孔并与变速箱的横向换挡杆连接。其优点是使变速箱操纵机构的高度降低,尤其是对于驾驶室和车厢的安装腾出了空间,在原双杆操纵的基础上降低约110mm左右,手感好。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车的操纵技术,一种商用车机械式单杆变速箱选换挡操纵机构。
背景技术
目前商用车用的机械式变速箱,操纵形式主要分双杆和单杆两种。
双杆变速箱的选档轴和换挡轴是分开的,一般采用两根软轴分别控制,其优点是结构简单、布置方便;缺点是选档轴位置较高,超过了变速箱顶盖的高度,底盘装配时,变速箱上操纵机构的高度会超过车架上翼面,在改装某些对整车高度有严格要求的专用车时,会影响到上装的布置,从而增加整车和重心的高度。
单杆变速箱的选档和换挡都集中在一根轴上,依靠轴的轴向伸缩和径向旋转来实现变速箱的选档和换挡操作,均采用一根硬杆控制。
优点是变速箱操纵机构高度低、操作轻便,手感较好;缺点是结构复杂,不容易布置。
发明内容
本发明综合了双杆操纵变速箱和单杆操纵变速箱的优点,规避了两者的缺点,特提出一种机械式单杆变速箱操选换挡纵机构。
为此本发明的技术方案为,一种机械式单杆变速箱选换挡操纵机构,包括变速箱,其特征在于:所述变速箱的侧面设有软轴固定支架,通过安装孔固定在变速箱离合器壳上,软轴固定支架上分别设有选档软轴连接叉和换挡软轴连接叉;变速箱的侧面设有旋转臂固定支架,通过安装孔固定在变速箱顶盖上,其中旋转臂固定支架呈“Z”字形;
“Z”字形的旋转臂固定支架上再配合设有旋转臂,其中旋转臂的中间和“Z”字形的旋转臂固定支架的下边并通过旋转轴活动连接;
旋转臂的上端连接有选档软轴,选档软轴通过选档软轴连接叉连接至操纵机构;
旋转臂的下端连接有连接杆,连接杆横向连接有外换挡摇臂;外换挡摇臂的下端通过换挡软轴连接至换挡软轴连接叉最后输出至驾驶室操纵机构;外换挡摇臂的上端设有花键孔并与变速箱的横向换挡杆连接。
有益效果:
本发明中由于软轴固定支架固定在变速箱的侧面和“Z”字形旋转臂固定支架的配合设置,安装方便,使变速箱操纵机构的高度降低,在原双杆操纵的基础上降低约110mm左右,为专用车上装的安装腾出了空间,手感好。
软轴固定支架上分别设有选档软轴连接叉和换挡软轴连接叉;使得选档软轴和换挡软轴能在一个软轴固定支架上归集,操控方便。
“Z”字形的旋转臂固定支架上再配合设有旋转臂,其中旋转臂的中间和“Z”字形的旋转臂固定支架的下边通过旋转轴活动连接;不仅使得换档有空间操作,也使得选挡灵活。
驾驶员在驾驶室内横向摆动操纵杆时(选档),选档软轴带动旋转臂绕旋转轴灵活转动,通过连接杆带动外换档臂沿变速箱的左右方向运动,从而驱动变速箱的横向换挡杆伸缩,完成选档过程;选档到位后,驾驶员通过前后操作操纵杆时(换档),换挡软轴带动外换档臂沿着花键孔旋转,从而驱动变速箱的横向换挡杆旋转,完成选档过程。
本发明合理的结构设计不仅安装方便,节约空间,也使得整个操作过程流畅,操纵方便,手感好。

具体实施方式
本发明中如图1/2/3/4所示,图中纸省略了变速箱的示图。
一种机械式单杆变速箱选换挡操纵机构,包括变速箱,所述变速箱的侧面设有软轴固定支架1,通过安装孔10固定在变速箱离合器壳上,软轴固定支架1上分别设有选档软轴连接叉11和换挡软轴连接叉12;变速箱的侧面设有旋转臂固定支架2,通过安装孔10固定在变速箱顶盖上,其中旋转臂固定支架2呈“Z”字形;
“Z”字形的旋转臂固定支架2上再配合设有旋转臂3,其中旋转臂3的中间和“Z”字形的旋转臂固定支架2的下边并通过旋转轴5活动连接;
旋转臂3的上端连接有选档软轴6,选档软轴6通过选档软轴连接叉11连接至操纵机构;
旋转臂3的下端连接有连接杆4,连接杆4横向连接有外换挡摇臂8,外换挡摇臂8的下端通过换挡软轴7连接至换挡软轴连接叉12最后输出至操纵机构;外换挡摇臂8的上端设有花键孔9并与变速箱的横向换挡杆连接。
工作原理:
驾驶员在驾驶室内横向摆动操纵杆时(选档),选档软轴6带动旋转臂3绕旋转轴5灵活转动,通过连接杆4带动外换档臂8沿变速箱的左右方向运动,从而驱动变速箱的横向换挡杆伸缩,完成选档过程;选档到位后,驾驶员通过前后操作操纵杆时(换档),换挡软轴7带动外换档臂8沿着花键孔9旋转,从而驱动变速箱的横向换挡杆旋转,完成选档过程。
本发明具有布置方便、变速箱操纵机构高度低,在原双杆操纵的基础上降低约110mm左右,手感好的特点。

1.一种机械式单杆变速箱选换挡操纵机构,包括变速箱,其特征在于:所述变速箱的侧面设有软轴固定支架,通过安装孔固定在变速箱离合器壳上,软轴固定支架上分别设有选档软轴连接叉和换挡软轴连接叉;变速箱的侧面设有旋转臂固定支架,通过安装孔固定在变速箱顶盖上,其中旋转臂固定支架呈“Z”字形;
“Z”字形的旋转臂固定支架上再配合设有旋转臂,其中旋转臂的中间和“Z”字形的旋转臂固定支架的下边并通过旋转轴活动连接;
旋转臂的上端连接有选档软轴,选档软轴通过选档软轴连接叉连接至驾驶室操纵机构;
旋转臂的下端连接有连接杆,连接杆横向连接有外换挡摇臂;外换挡摇臂的下端通过换挡软轴连接至换挡软轴连接叉最后输出至驾驶室操纵机构;外换挡摇臂的上端设有花键孔并与变速箱的横向换挡杆连接。
