Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于直线导轨的全封式封盖,能够形成供钢带通过的钢带槽,保证钢带处于洁净的运行环境,而且能够通过封闭式封盖,将滑座的上面封闭,防止尘土和油污进入滑座,保持直线导轨精确工作。包括机加工成型的封盖本体,封盖本体包括封盖上板、封盖侧围板和柔性承接板,封盖上板的两端部连接封盖侧围板,封盖侧围板与封盖上板之间的夹角为30°到40°,封盖侧围板呈U形,封盖侧围板设置有防尘弯部,柔性承接板连接在封盖上板的两端部,柔性承接板呈U形弯折,与封盖上板形成供钢带通过钢带槽。

技术领域
本发明属于直线导轨上盖领域,尤其是涉及一种用于直线导轨的全封式封盖。
背景技术
直线导轨运动的作用是用来支撑和引导运动部件,按给定的方向做往复直线运动。在直线传动领域中,技术提升和产品细分已经成为必然趋势,滑轨底座作为关键产品,己成为各种机床、数控加工中心、精密电子机械中不可缺少的重要功能部件,目前,直线导轨的上盖通常会暴露钢带,造成钢带沾的尘土和油污容易进入滑座内部,影响直线导轨的精度,造成加工效率低下。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种用于直线导轨的全封式封盖,能够形成供钢带通过的钢带槽,保证钢带处于洁净的运行环境,而且能够通过封闭式封盖,将滑座的上面封闭,防止尘土和油污进入滑座,保持直线导轨精确工作。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用于直线导轨的全封式封盖,包括机加工成型的封盖本体,所述封盖本体包括封盖上板、封盖侧围板和柔性承接板,所述封盖上板的两端部连接所述封盖侧围板,所述封盖侧围板与所述封盖上板之间的夹角为30°到40°,所述封盖侧围板呈U形,所述封盖侧围板设置有防尘弯部,所述柔性承接板连接在封盖上板的两端部,所述柔性承接板呈U形弯折,与所述封盖上板形成供钢带通过钢带槽。
进一步的,所述柔性承接板的外端连接有支撑架,所述支撑架为Z字形。
进一步的,所述封盖上板的中部下方垂直设置有定位柱。
进一步的,封盖本体的表面镀有锌膜层。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的用于直线导轨的全封式封盖具有以下优势:
封盖本体由封盖上板、封盖侧围板和柔性承接板组成,封盖侧围板与封盖上板之间的夹角为30°到40°,形成具有一定坡度的流线型曲面,封盖侧围板的防尘弯部,U形折弯能够防止灰尘和污渍进入滑座,柔性承接板与封盖上板之间的钢带槽,能够提供钢带通过的空间,有助于将钢带密封在洁净的封闭环境工作,相较于传统,钢带暴露式上盖,能够更好地防止灰尘油污进入滑座,提升直线导轨的运行精度,提升直线导轨的工作效率。
支撑架能够起到柔性支撑滑座的作用,提升上盖的稳定性。
定位柱能够定位钢带的位置,保持钢带的准确平稳运行。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以通过具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1所示,一种用于直线导轨的全封式封盖,包括机加工成型的封盖本体1,所述封盖本体1包括封盖上板2、封盖侧围板3和柔性承接板4,所述封盖上板2的两端部连接所述封盖侧围板3,所述封盖侧围板3与所述封盖上板2之间的夹角为30°到40°,所述封盖侧围板3呈U形,所述封盖侧围板3设置有防尘弯部5,所述柔性承接板4连接在所述封盖上板2的两端部,所述柔性承接板4呈U形弯折,与所述封盖上板2形成供钢带通过钢带槽6。
所述柔性承接板4的外端连接有支撑架7,所述支撑架7为Z字形。
所述封盖上板2的中部下方垂直设置有定位柱8。
封盖本体1的表面镀有锌膜层。
本实例:封盖本体1由封盖上板2、封盖侧围板3和柔性承接板4组成,封盖侧围板3与封盖上板2之间的夹角为30°到40°,形成具有一定坡度的流线型曲面,封盖侧围板3的防尘弯部5,U形折弯防止灰尘和污渍进入滑座,柔性承接板4与封盖上板2之间的钢带槽6,提供钢带通过的空间,有助于将钢带密封在洁净的封闭环境工作。支撑架7起到柔性支撑滑座的作用,提升上盖的稳定性。定位柱8定位钢带的位置,保持钢带的准确平稳运行。

1.一种用于直线导轨的全封式封盖,其特征在于:包括机加工成型的封盖本体,所述封盖本体包括封盖上板、封盖侧围板和柔性承接板,所述封盖上板的两端部连接所述封盖侧围板,所述封盖侧围板与所述封盖上板之间的夹角为30°到40°,所述封盖侧围板呈U形,所述封盖侧围板设置有防尘弯部,所述柔性承接板连接在所述封盖上板的两端部,所述柔性承接板呈U形弯折,与所述封盖上板形成供钢带通过钢带槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于直线导轨的全封式封盖,其特征在于:所述柔性承接板的外端连接有支撑架,所述支撑架为Z字形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于直线导轨的全封式封盖,其特征在于:所述封盖上板的中部下方垂直设置有定位柱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于直线导轨的全封式封盖,其特征在于:封盖本体的表面镀有锌膜层。
