本发明涉及一种变量叶片泵,包括泵体、泵体内部的定子、定子内部的转子和配油盘,泵体两端外侧分别为压油口和吸油口,压油口与吸油口与泵体的连接处为喇叭口,配油盘与转子之间通过转动轴连接,定子的内壁设有一圈耐磨层,转子上设有多个叶片,叶片以定子为圆心呈环形等高均匀分布。本发明具有结构简单、制造成本低、使用平稳、延长叶片使用寿命的优点。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种液压领域,具体地说是一种变量叶片泵。
背景技术:
液压泵是将机械能转换为液压能的能量转换装置,在液压***中,液压泵作为动力源,向液压***提供压力油,液压泵的种类很多,单作用叶片泵就是其中一种,多用于变量泵,变量叶片泵是靠叶片、定子和转子之间构成的密闭工作腔容积变化而实现吸油和压油的工作泵,根据各密封工作容积在转子旋转一周吸、压油次数决定,目前变量叶片泵结构复杂,叶片容易卡死,使用不够平稳,制造成本高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种结构简单、制造成本低、使用平稳、延长叶片使用寿命的变量叶片泵。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种变量叶片泵,包括泵体、泵体内部的定子、定子内部的转子和配油盘,转子偏离定子中心设置,泵体两端外侧分别为压油口和吸油口,压油口与吸油口与泵体的连接处为喇叭口,配油盘与转子之间通过转动轴连接,定子的内壁设有一圈耐磨层,转子上设有多个叶片,叶片以定子为圆心呈环形等高均匀分布。
本发明进一步改进在于:叶片为6个或8个。
本发明进一步改进在于:每个叶片为不锈钢材质,每个叶片厚度为3.5cm。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:定子内设置有转子,在转子上设置有多个叶片,当转子转动时,由于离心力的作用,定子、转子、叶片和两侧的配油盘形成若干个密封的工作空间,当转子转动,叶片间的工作空间逐渐增大,由吸油口吸油,叶片间的工作空间缩小,油液从压油口压出,叶片为不锈钢材质,每个叶片厚度为3.5cm,叶片不容易被卡死,延长叶片的使用寿命,本发明结构简单、制造成本低、使用平稳、延长叶片使用寿命,同时喇叭口的设置起到增加油液油量的作用。

如图1示出了本发明变量叶片泵的一种实施方式,包括泵体1、泵体1内部的定子2、定子2内部的转子3和配油盘4,转子3偏离定子2中心设置,泵体1两端外侧分别为压油口5和吸油口6,压油口5与吸油口6与泵体1的连接处为喇叭口10,喇叭口10的设置起到增加油液流量的作用,配油盘4与转子3之间通过转动轴6连接,定子2的内壁设有一圈耐磨层7,转子3上设有6个或8个叶片8,叶片8以定子2为圆心呈环形等高均匀分布,每个叶片8为不锈钢材质,每个叶片8厚度为3.5cm。
定子2内设置有转子3,在转子3上设置有多个叶片8,当转子3转动时,由于离心力的作用,定子2、转子3、叶片8和两侧的配油盘4形成若干个密封的工作空间,当转子3转动在一侧,叶片8间的工作空间逐渐增大,由吸油口6吸油,当转子3转到另一侧,叶片8间的工作空间缩小,油液从压油口5压出,叶片8为不锈钢材质,每个叶片8厚度为3.5cm,叶片8不容易被卡死,延长叶片8的使用寿命,本发明具有结构简单、制造成本低、使用平稳、延长叶片使用寿命的优点。

1.一种变量叶片泵,包括泵体(1)、所述泵体(1)内部的定子(2)、所述定子(2)内部的转子(3)和配油盘(4),其特征在于:所述转子(3)偏离所述定子(2)中心设置,所述泵体(1)两端外侧分别为压油口(5)和吸油口(6),所述压油口(5)与吸油口(6)与泵体(1)的连接处为喇叭口(10),所述配油盘(4)与所述转子(3)之间通过转动轴(9)连接,所述定子(2)的内壁设有一圈耐磨层(7),所述转子(3)上设有多个叶片(8),所述叶片(8)以所述定子(2)为圆心呈环形等高均匀分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述变量叶片泵,其特征在于:所述叶片(8)为6个或8个。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述变量叶片泵,其特征在于:每个所述叶片(8)为不锈钢材质,每个所述叶片(8)厚度为3.5cm。
