本发明涉及一种面料的染整加工方法,具体涉及一种T/R氨纶四面弹面料的染整加工方法。所述的生产工艺,步骤如下:配布→卷染机前处理→过水烘干→高温高压溢流染色机煮练→预定型→烧毛→染色→烘干→助剂定型→蒸呢→过水定型→检验打卷包装。通过本发明所述的生产工艺生产的T/R氨纶面料具有以下特点:手感柔软,弹性好,织物蓬松,面料尺寸稳定性优良;有效的避免了T/R氨纶织物的回缩问题,使布面更加平整光洁,大大改善了织物的热缩和水洗缩率大的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料的染整加工方法,具体涉及一种T/R氨纶四面弹面料的染整加工方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平不断的提高,人们对于服饰的面料功能性要求也越来越繁多。对于仅仅只有保暖作用的传统冬季服装,其臃肿累赘、缺乏新意的风格已经难以满足消费者的消费理念,民众更加渴望新颖有活力的新品面料出现。如今,含氨纶弹力的织物在国内外市场上十分流行,这类产品具有较高的收缩性和优良的回弹性,手感柔软,穿着舒适并能显露出形体美,加上易吸汗、不会产生静电等原因,使其在市场上一直有很大的优势。
T/R氨纶四面弹面料的生产技术,是从常规产品转向高附加值产品的生产,T/R氨纶弹力织物市场发展潜力较大。因氨纶弹力纱的含量一般较少,且以包芯纱的结构存在,在张力较大的生产流程中不易得到良好的收缩,导致生产出的面料弹力不大。这一问题成了生产中的难题,为了解决此问题,使织物得到良好的弹性,找到该类产品的一种加工方法来解决上述问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种T/R氨纶四面弹面料的染整加工方法,解决现有技术对T/R氨纶四面弹面料染整加工过程中因张力大而出现的弹性小、手感板的问题,生产的面料织物组织力强,弹性好,尺寸稳定,手感蓬松柔软。
本发明为解决上述问题采用的技术方案,步骤如下:配布→卷染机前处理→过水烘干→高温高压溢流染色机煮练→预定型→烧毛→染色→烘干→助剂定型→蒸呢→过水定型→检验打卷包装。
本发明所述的T/R氨纶四面弹面料的染整加工方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)每缸配布800-1200米;
(2)卷染机前处理:使用纯碱、去油剂对面料洗涤处理;
(3)过水烘干;
(4)高温高压溢流染色机煮练:使用纯碱、精炼剂处理;
(5)预定型:温度170-190℃,车速30-50m/min,超喂10%;
(6)烧毛:采用两正一反或一正一反烧毛方法,烧毛速度24-30Hz;
(7)染色:采用分散染料和活性染料分别对面料原料染色;
(8)烘干:温度150℃,车速50-70m/min,超喂10%;
(9)助剂定型:温度160-180℃,车速40-60m/min,柔软剂20-40g/L;
(10)蒸呢:蒸汽压力为0.6bar,内向外60s,外向内90s,抽冷时间150s;
(11)过水定型:温度130-150℃,车速30-50m/min,超喂5%;
(12)检验打卷包装。
其中:
步骤(2)所述的纯碱的浓度为5g/L。
步骤(2)所述的去油剂为去油灵101。所述的去油剂耐碱性、耐高温。
步骤(2)所述的去油剂的浓度为5g/L。
步骤(3)所述的过水烘干的条件为:温度140-160℃,轧车压力3.0bar,车速30-50m/min。
步骤(4)所述的纯碱的浓度为1.5g/L。
步骤(4)所述的精炼剂为淄博丹瑞工贸公司生产的精炼去油剂DR-N6。所述的精炼剂耐碱性、耐高温、洗涤作用强。
步骤(4)所述的精炼剂的浓度为1g/L。
步骤(9)所述的柔软剂为淄博丹瑞工贸公司生产的高浓柔软剂DR-69A和江苏格立特助剂公司生产的爽弹整理剂1472。
所述的爽弹整理剂1472的浓度为10g/L,高浓柔软剂DR-69A的浓度为10g/L。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过本发明所述的生产工艺生产的T/R氨纶面料具有以下特点:手感柔软,弹性好,织物蓬松,面料尺寸稳定性优良。
2、由于氨纶的特性,为防止高温高压溢流染色机煮练时出现皱条现象,在前处理前增加过水烘干至关重要,能够有效防止因收缩造成的质量问题。
3、本工艺有效的避免了T/R氨纶织物的回缩问题,使布面更加平整光洁,大大改善了织物的热缩和水洗缩率大的问题。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但不限定本发明。
实施例中用到的所有原料除特殊说明外,均为市购。
实施例中使用的实验材料、实验设备和试验药剂如下:
实验材料:
使用的T/R氨纶四面弹面料以经向为32支阳粘与40D氨纶丝加捻和纬向32支阳粘与75DDTY与40D氨纶加捻为原料,克重为338g/m2,门幅180cm。
实验设备:
卷染机,定型机,烧毛机,高温高压溢流染色机,罐蒸机,打卷机。
试验药剂:
纯碱,精炼剂,去油剂,分散染料,活性染料,软水剂,冰醋酸,元明粉,高温匀染剂,皂洗剂535,柔软剂。
所述的去油剂为去油灵101。
所述的精炼剂为淄博丹瑞工贸公司生产的精炼去油剂DR-N6。
所述的柔软剂为淄博丹瑞工贸公司生产的高浓柔软剂DR-69A和江苏格立特助剂公司生产的爽弹整理剂1472。
实施例1
所述的T/R氨纶四面弹面料的染整加工方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)配布:每缸配布米数950米。
(2)卷染机前处理:纯碱5g/L,去油剂5g/L,95℃保温60min。进布平整,卷绕密实。
(3)过水烘干:温度150℃,轧车压力3.0bar,车速40m/min,落布门幅165cm。
(4)高温高压溢流染色机煮练:纯碱1.5g/L,精炼剂1g/L,温度120℃,处理时间30min。
(5)预定型:温度180℃,车速40m/min,超喂10%,落布门幅155cm。
(6)烧毛:根据布面情况采用一正一反烧毛方法,烧毛速度26Hz。
(7)染色:
分散染色工艺处方为:
分散兰F-L 2.1%
分散橙F-C 0.42%
分散红F-H 0.1%
冰醋酸 0.8g/L
匀染剂 1g/L
软水剂 1g/L
工艺条件:130℃×40min;
活性染色工艺处方:
工艺条件:60℃×40min+95℃×30min。
(8)烘干:温度150℃,车速60m/min,超喂10%。
(9)助剂定型:温度160℃,车速45m/min,柔软剂1472 10g/L,柔软剂69A 10g/L,落布门幅152cm。
(10)蒸呢:蒸汽压力P为0.6bar,内向外60s,外向内90s,抽冷时间150s。
(11)过水定型:温度130℃,车速40m/min,超喂5%,落布门幅150cm。
(12)检验打卷包装。
实施例2
所述的T/R氨纶四面弹面料的染整加工方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)每缸配布1200米;
(2)卷染机前处理:纯碱5g/L,去油剂5g/L,95℃保温60min。进布平整,卷绕密实。
(3)过水烘干:温度160℃,轧车压力3.0bar,车速50m/min,落布门幅165cm。
(4)高温高压溢流染色机煮练:纯碱1.5g/L,精炼剂1g/L,温度120℃,处理时间30min。
(5)预定型:温度170℃,车速30m/min,超喂10%;
(6)烧毛:采用两正一反烧毛方法,烧毛速度30Hz;
(7)染色:采用分散染料和活性染料分别对面料原料染色;

(8)烘干:温度150℃,车速50m/min,超喂10%;

(11)过水定型:温度140℃,车速30m/min,超喂5%;
(12)检验打卷包装。

对实施例1-3和对比例1产品进行性能测试,测试项目如下,测试结果见表1:
湿摩擦牢度,参照GB/T3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》测定,用评定变色灰色卡评级。
水洗牢度,按GB/3921.3《纺织品色牢度试验耐洗色牢度:实验3》评定,用评定变色用灰色卡评级。
断裂强力,根据GB/T3923.1-1997《纺织品织物拉伸性能低1部分断裂和断裂伸长率的测定》。

(1)每缸配布800-1200米;
(2)卷染机前处理:使用纯碱、去油剂对面料洗涤处理;
(3)过水烘干;
(4)高温高压溢流染色机煮练:使用纯碱、精炼剂处理;
(5)预定型:温度170-190℃,车速30-50m/min,超喂10%;
(6)烧毛:采用两正一反或一正一反烧毛方法,烧毛速度24-30Hz;
(7)染色:采用分散染料和活性染料分别对面料原料染色;
(8)烘干:温度150℃,车速50-70m/min,超喂10%;
(9)助剂定型:温度160-180℃,车速40-60m/min,柔软剂20-40g/L;
(10)蒸呢:蒸汽压力为0.6bar,内向外60s,外向内90s,抽冷时间150s;
(11)过水定型:温度130-150℃,车速30-50m/min,超喂5%;
(12)检验打卷包装。

5.根据权利要求1所述的T/R氨纶四面弹面料的染整加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的过水烘干的条件为:温度140-160℃,轧车压力3.0bar,车速30-50m/min。
