技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂领域,尤其涉及一种风机箱的清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
风机箱分为防排烟型和通风型两种类型,有离心式和轴流式。通风机应尽可能布置在地坪上或平台上,以便维护和检修;离心通风机当配用的电机功率小于或等于65kW时,可不装设仅为启动用的阀门。当因排送高温烟气或空气而选择离心锅炉引风机时,应设启动用的阀门,以防冷态运转时造成电机过载。因洗涤剂纯度不高,设备上油污污渍清洗不干净、不彻底,即使清洗干净,易造成设备材质的隐性损坏;洗涤剂纯度不高,不宜使用喷枪进行清洗,需要拆卸部份电气、机械设备,操作复杂,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种风机箱的清洗剂及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种风机箱的清洗剂,包括下列重量份数的物质:过磷酸钙8-13份,二氯磷酸苯酯4-13份,二月桂酸二丁基锡9-13份,有机添加剂8-16份,调节剂1-2份,顺丁烯二酸10-16份,氯化钙5-16份,次氯酸钠6-15份,分散剂1-3份,聚乙烯醇9-16份,聚乙烯无卤阻燃剂4-8份,丙三醇20-25份。
一种风机箱的清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方中的物料分别放入研磨机中研磨,物料的研磨细度小于等于150目。
(2)将研磨好的浆料放入高速分散釜内,进行搅拌、分散,得到涂料。
优选的,所述的高速分散釜的工作转速为3500-3600转/分。
本发明的有益效果是:操作方便简单,具有良好的渗透溶解性,清洗油污污渍干净彻底,对机械设备的材质无任何隐性损坏。

(1)将配方中的物料分别放入研磨机中研磨,物料的研磨细度小于等于150目。
(2)将研磨好的浆料放入高速分散釜内,进行搅拌、分散,得到涂料。
