The web rewinding device 12 can improve the stability of winding by avoiding winding by means of roller friction, and can realize winding diameter rewinding operations with various specifications by adjusting the winding hooks 123b and the rewinding rollers 122 a.
As shown in fig. 7, the film sealing machine 2 includes a web pushing device 21, a film feeding device 22, and a film cutter device 23, wherein the web pushing device 21 is disposed in the middle of one side of the film feeding device 22, and the film cutter device 23 is disposed in the middle of the other side of the film feeding device 22. Two rolls of film are placed on the first film placing member 221 and the second film placing member 222 of the film feeding device 22, respectively. After the roll material pushing device 21 pushes the roll material to the film and retreats, the film cutter device 23 cuts the film and bonds the head of the film produced after the cutting, and at the moment, the next roll material repeats the process to finish continuous film sealing of the roll material, so that stable and continuous film sealing operation of the roll material is realized, and the production efficiency is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the film sealing machine 2 further includes a roll head positioning device 24, and the roll head positioning device 24 changes the placement of the roll material to position the roll head of the roll material at a certain position. The roll head positioning device 24 includes an air injection mechanism 241 and a roll head positioning mechanism 242. The first conveying mechanism 3 includes a first conveyor belt 31, and the first conveyor belt 31 is driven by a power source to convey in a fixed direction. The reel head positioning mechanism 242 is installed above the first conveyor belt 31, the reel head positioning mechanism 242 comprises an adjusting frame 242a, a positioning wheel assembly 242b and a sensor assembly 242c, the positioning wheel assembly 242b comprises a positioning wheel, the positioning wheel is arranged above the air nozzle 241a and is driven to rotate by a power source, and the tangential direction of rotation of the positioning wheel is opposite to the direction of transmission of the first conveyor belt 31. The sensor assembly 242c includes a sensor and a sensor bracket, the sensor is mounted on the sensor bracket, and the sensor bracket is connected with the adjustment bracket.
By adopting the mechanism, when the first conveyor belt 21 conveys the reeled roll material to the lower part of the rotating positioning wheel, the roll material is contacted with the positioning wheel, and the tangential direction of the rotation of the positioning wheel is opposite to the movement direction of the conveyor belt, the roll material rolls relative to the first conveyor belt 21, at the moment, the air nozzle 241a blows air towards the roll material above the first conveyor belt, the roll material roll head is opened away from the roll material roll core under the action of air flow, the roll material roll head shields the sensor, the sensor receives a signal, the position of the roll material roll head is determined, the reference position is provided, the positioning wheel is subjected to constant control by a computer to obtain the required roll material roll head position, the positioning wheel is controlled to stop rotating, the roll material rolls relative to the first conveyor belt and moves forwards under the conveying of the first conveyor belt. Thus, the automatic positioning of the winding head of the winding drum material is completed, the winding head is prevented from being cut by the thermal resistance wire in the film packaging process, and the continuous and stable production is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, the rewinding packaging machine further comprises a second conveying mechanism 4 and an oven 5, wherein the second conveying mechanism 4 is connected with the first conveying mechanism 3, and the oven 5 is arranged above the second conveying mechanism 4. The wrapping film is generally a heat-shrinkable film, and the wrapping film is subjected to heat baking after wrapping the roll material, so that the compactibility of the film to the roll material wrapping is improved.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, more particularly, a partition plate 52 is disposed in the middle of the oven body 51 in this embodiment, an air heating component 53 and a wind wheel component 54 are disposed on one side of the partition plate 52, an air inlet 521 and two air outlets 522 are further disposed on the partition plate 52, and the air heating component 53 is disposed between the air outlets 522 and the wind wheel component 54. The other side of the partition plate 52 is provided with a V-shaped diversion channel 55, and two bifurcation ends of the V-shaped diversion channel 55 are respectively opposite to the two air outlets 522.
The arrangement of the air outlet 522, the air inlet 521 and the wind wheel assembly 54 ensures that the hot air circulates in the oven 5, thereby improving the heat utilization rate. Meanwhile, the hot air flows to the air outlet 522 under the drive of the wind wheel assembly 54, and the V-shaped flow guide channels 55 guide the hot air to all parts of the oven 5, so that the hot air in the oven 5 cannot be gathered at a certain position, the long and thin roll material is heated uniformly, the film is contracted uniformly, and the coating effect is good.
The rewinding packaging machine of this embodiment further includes a storage table 6, and the storage table 6 is disposed at one end of the second conveying mechanism 4 away from the first transmission mechanism 3, and the discharge table 6 includes a table top, and one end of the table top away from the second conveying mechanism 4 is inclined downward. Because the production line production efficiency is high, will make a large amount of products in the short time, the design of storage platform and slope mesa can make the automatic orderly stack of product, reduces workman's intensity of labour.

the rewinder also comprises a paper core feeding device, wherein the paper core feeding device is arranged above the first paper feeding assembly and close to the rewinder;
the paper core feeding device comprises a bin, a bin gate assembly, a discharge port assembly and a pushing assembly, wherein the bin gate assembly is arranged on the bin, and the bottom of the bin is inclined to one side provided with the bin gate assembly;
